The next day I got a phone call from my salesman Charles and we got the car ordered I wanted. When I felt better I went to the dealership and met Charles Webster. He was awesome!! The car was exactly what I had wanted but the previous owner had smoked in it. I was hesitant to buy it but thought I could get the smell out. I could NOT. Two days later, Charles helped me to find the exact same car with no smoke smell and I was able to exchange it within a week. He was kind,patient and above all went the extra mile!! That night we did our own Carfax and found out that the car had been in a wreck (Carmax said the car had never been in an accident). Do not waste your time. We had 45 days to use our loan -- during this process we lost the loan because of waiting around for them. They are not honest and I will never suggest that anyone use Carmax. So I was on highway 55 in rush hour traffic & my car turn off, causing me to be hit from behind! Who's in fault? JD Byrider refuse to fix the problem & I would NEVER get another car from them again! I will never suggest that anyone get a car from them. I've had 2 cars with them in the last 4 year & never been late on a payment. So when my pay week changed, I asked could I change the day I pay (you know since they go by when you get paid) & they told me no. So now I get harassing phone calls the week before I get paid like I can pull $215 out my ass! But when it comes to repairing & replacing the part that's under recall, I have to pay for it. There is no way Acura of Jackson did not know of this diagnostic issue but still sold a used car without fixing. Beware -may want to stop at a service center to check diagnostics while test driving before purchasing a used car from this dealership. Disappointing!!! Dealership never called me back on this issue either.

I was not notified no one knows who canceled it or why it was canceled.
