Finally got my Consultant (Daniel) who could have cared less promise to waive the diagnostic fees for my inconvience to charge me 2 weeks later and state that he did not recall the conversation. 2 mangers within the month they had my truck!!!! Just take trade it in and try again before dealing with these guys! No LONGER A CHEVY GUY!

The next day I got a phone call from my salesman Charles and we got the car ordered I wanted. When I felt better I went to the dealership and met Charles Webster. He was awesome!! The car was exactly what I had wanted but the previous owner had smoked in it. I was hesitant to buy it but thought I could get the smell out. I could NOT. Two days later, Charles helped me to find the exact same car with no smoke smell and I was able to exchange it within a week. He was kind,patient and above all went the extra mile!! I will buy my next car from CarMax and Charles!!

If I didn't like it I could return the car. I involved Corporate and the Corporate person told me the General Manager agreed to do the repairs. After speaking in person to the Manager he refused the repairs. Through some base paint on it and said it meets their standards. Wouldn't meant any reasonable persons standards. Their standards must be so low you have to dig them up. Don't believe anything they tell you at CarMax. And Corporate is no help.

After speaking to someone, they were the only place willing to look at my car the next day, mind that my car was an Infiniti so it wasn't the direct brand. It was Xmas eve and I brought my car in 1st thing in the morning cause I was trying to avoid any busy crowd plus it was a short day for the business. Within a short time of waiting my car was diagnosed and the part was compatible so I had them fix it and the price was a bit high (labor) but it was ok, especially cause I predicted much worse. Thanks to Scott for taking it in and getting it done, and in addition the staff cause especially on Xmas eve, they were trying to take care of everyone who came thru that door before they closed. Despite having an appointment, she waited nearly two hours for a routine oil change, which was very frustrating. It is now May & needless to say, no one has reached out or even looked at it. & my car has been with their mechanics for a oil change. The part on my car that's under recall makes the stall in the gears, misread the gas & cut off while driving. So I was on highway 55 in rush hour traffic & my car turn off, causing me to be hit from behind! Who's in fault? JD Byrider refuse to fix the problem & I would NEVER get another car from them again! I will never suggest that anyone get a car from them. I've had 2 cars with them in the last 4 year & never been late on a payment. So when my pay week changed, I asked could I change the day I pay (you know since they go by when you get paid) & they told me no. So now I get harassing phone calls the week before I get paid like I can pull $215 out my ass! But when it comes to repairing & replacing the part that's under recall, I have to pay for it. As well as the damage due to being hit cause my car stop in the middle of a busy highway. If I didn't care about my credit, they could have this car back & make this someone else's problem. Best Car Buying Experience EVER!!…read more Everything about purchasing my vehicle from Acura of Jackson was perfect. Went in after work (5:30-5:45) and met with Greg. He from the beginning seemed very grateful for my business and had everything ready to go for me when I got there. Even though I wasn't purchasing a new Acura from them, everyone at the dealership treated me like I was buying the nicest vehicle they had. Signed for the vehicle around 8:30 that night and was happy with the outcome. Matt Milner in the finance office got my payments where I asked him to after no time at all. Again, I was thrilled with my deal. Now for what separates this experience from others. I went in the next day to have my new car detailed and fueled up. When I got there, I was greeted by the general manager (again, treated like I just bought a brand new NSX or something) and he was so excited to tell me that Matt (finance manager) had been working on my deal still and thought he had me a better deal. I had already signed the deal, and Matt went WAY above and beyond and kept working on my deal for TWO days! He nearly cut my interest rate in HALF! And reduced my payment by $70 a month.. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! Keep in mind that I had never met any of these guys before the day I purchased my car. They had zero reason to do this. I was satisfied with everything. It is 2026…read morethe car has been totaled and I have been told that I do not have gap insurance due to it being canceled four days after I purchased the vehicle. I was not notified no one knows who canceled it or why it was canceled. My monthly payments did not decrease so for three years I've been paying for gap which is including in my monthly payments and now I'm stuck trying to figure out what happened and how to fix their error.
