DON'T GO HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I've been taking my Jeep to my mechanic and Jiffy Lube for years now. However, I saw a coupon for a cheap oil change at Just Tires and thought that I would give them a try. I made an appointment for today and showed up a few minutes before hand to check in. Upon check in I was informed that the promo price was actually going to be $50 more and that it would be 1-1.5 hours before they could start my oil change. On the app I had reserved an oil change that said standard synthetic blend or conventional oil change for $24.99 (down from $56.99). I was going for the standard synthetic blend yet somehow was told I would now have to pay $80ish for that. DECEPTIVE AS HELL. From misleading sales prices to providing appointments that mean nothing, this place is a joke for oil change only customers. I understand if things are running a little behind, but what is the point of an appointment if I still have to wait so long. Those with oil change appointments should not be stacked against brake and tire appointments, etc. So I decided to leave and took my business back to Jiffy Lube where I got my oil change in ten minutes, and for $10 cheaper than the Just Tire price. As someone who used to work in the tire business I know how things are done. It was a completely repairable flat and instead they told her it was not repairable and then price gouged her on a single tire that was the "only one they had in stock". They charged her $380 for a single tire, and totally took advantage of her. Once I got home I had the tire taken off to inspect it only to realize they didn't even balance the tire. I came here to get 4 new tires. I called the day before and they had to order the tires. The tires arrived by 11am. The front desk service guy was so nice and professional. His name was Rafa. I watched him with the other customers and I like how he kept it real and didn't tell people they needed new tires if they didn't. They had a deal on tires to save $80 off 4 Goodyear tires. I paid $1,100. Plus tax and a wheel alignment. So $1364 altogether. Which is $200 cheaper than another place I went to. Since the Jeep dealership I usually get my tires from started charging 3% on purchases using credit cards, I will gladly give Just Tires my business and my money instead. It took about 2 1/2 hours for them to change all 4 tires and do the wheel alignment check. The waiting area was spacious, clean, air conditioned and had bathrooms. I recommend this tire shop to everyone I know. I don't know how this place only has 3 stars. I've been here before. The last time I came here and got a tire patched. I came in with a flat tire and told the staff that all I needed was to have my tire patched. When I showed up, I was told that the wait would be 2-3 hours because there was only 1 worker. My tire was completely flat and I didn't have the luxury to drive around for something faster. When they finally started working on my car, I noticed that the hood was open. I went over to ask why they would need to open my hood when all I needed was to have a tire patched. The mechanic explained they do a complimentary service where they check the fluids in the car. I told them not to do that because I had just gotten my car serviced. I was not told this was part of their process there. I was shocked at the price for the work they did. It literally took 20 minutes once they actually started working on the tire. The part for that was $4.99 and was charged $39.50 for the labor. For 20 minutes of actual work! I guess their employees are paid very well. I'm giving 2 stars because the front desk employee was at least honest with the time. Don't expect over the top customer service. Employees are there for their job and that's it. I can't say I saw any of the employees smiling. read more

This place is a life saver. They service TESLA's!!! Took my model S in to get my tires checked on after I noticed the pressure dropped. They found it to be a small metal that punctured my rear driver tire and luckily they were able to take care of it with a repair. Long story short, not too many places service tesla'a and not too many places open so late especially after working hours. Alberto took great care of me and told me arrive before 630pm and they were able to take care of everything. Totally recommend the friendly service and straightforward attitude of the team that they have here. I have been a customer of Just tires for over 4 years now and I will definitely recommend and come back here. I was greeted by Rafael as soon as I opened the door, I explained the situation he said no problem wait here I will check it out for you right away. He was back in no time with good news, nothing in any of the tread and no apparent leaks! He explained that had adjusted the tire pressures and I should be good to go but if anything happens to give him a call. Took my Honda in to get one tire changed , dude recommended alignment so I agreed , turns out they don't know how to do a Fukin alignment after 3 failed attempts and my car pulling to the left hard as hell , which it wasn't doing before I pulled in .. I asked for a refund.. for them to recommend that I come back another day so the manager can fix cus the staff there " isn't as knowledgeable " gtfo, took it to another shop where they showed me how they tucked up my camber and toe and to top it off they left me with no tire pressure on all four tires , would never recommend read more

I was on hold for the entire run. When I walked in there was only person and the manager said they were busy. There was only 1 other person there. this morning I brought over a friend to this location to get a screw removed. And a patch put in the tire, 80% tread It was near the outer part of the tread. I asked the technician if he can fix it he said yes we went inside and the service personnel said there was no way they could do that. You need a new tire. ((I'm an automotive mechanic who worked from tire shops to dealerships, I attend SEMA, sign up for all sorts of demonstrations from tires to new tool products)). When I confronted the technician in front of the sales person, he denied saying yes he can fix it, and when as far as telling me he told me he could not when I had another person as a witness there saying he did say so. I've tried this location in the past 8-10 years ago and they were pretty shady then.. so things have not changed here I will not recommend bringing a car here and I can see if you did you would have nothing but problems trying get them to onto the warranties they sold with the tires or any other service they provided.. It's sad because I would've gave the technician a $10-$20 tip . -2 stars We went to their competitor that was catty corner to this location and they gave us great service ... maybe they should take some tips from RTW. It was one of those lucky days... tire was leaking air due to a puncture wound, unfortunately, it got nailed on the side and it was not patchable, so I had to replace the tire. Staffs were very professional and knowledgeable, not trying to sell me some ridiculously expensive tire that cost more than my car, price was reasonable, without prior appointment, I was in and out within 30min. A little surprised how little inventory they carry in house, there weren't a lot of band names tires available for me to choose. Maybe it was a good thing? We've been coming to this Just Tires location for almost 20 years. Although the sales and technician staff have changed throughout the years, the kind and professional service have not. We have purchased tires from here, gotten our tires re-aligned and rotated, and have tires repaired from nails. Today, I took my husband's car in for a nail that caused a flat tire. I had called in the morning and talked to Fernando Suarez (at front desk) about the best way to get the car there. He said to ask AAA if they can add air to inflate the tire enough to drive the car over, as opposed to putting a spare tire or towing the car (which would take longer and be more expensive). Fernando was indeed correct! The AAA tech was able to assess the safety of the tire, add air, and follow me to Just Tires. Once I got to Just Tires, the strong air conditioning was a welcome relief in the 80 degree heat wave at 9:30am! Welly Garcia, the Just Tires tech, was able to look at my car right away. Fortunately the nail was removed, and the tire was able to be repaired rather than replaced. All this was done in about 30 minutes! They were both very friendly and courteous. I am so thankful for the excellent and fast service I received yet again at this Just Tires location. The comfortable waiting area with coffee, TV, chairs and great AC was a huge plus in this summer heat wave!! read more

Ok, I didn't buy tires here, but that isn't the point. I got air in my tires, but it doesn't stop there. I was concerned I had a flat. Due to how busy they were, they told me to "just pull up and we will quickly check your tire pressures and fill them up as needed" Jose to the rescue, so nice and efficient. He checked my tires, explained about the appropriate tire pressures, and what to do if the tire pressure light comes on again in the upcoming weeks. In the meantime, he put new caps on all of my tires, filled them all with air, and said, "have a great day." So incredible. Will I buy tires here in the future! YES! Why? Because of Jose! That's why!
