I came here to get all four of my tires changed. After checking prices with my local tire shops and mechanics, this place was recommended to me by one of my co-workers. I have to say that they offered the best prices. I had the pleasure of meeting Alex. He's very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me the option to choose my tires' brand and gave insight on the quality along with the pricing. I don't know much about cars; like almost nothing, but Alex was very knowledgeable. We had great conversation so time flew by fairly quickly. Other than small talk, he taught me about tire maintenance along with some other useful information. Alex noticed that some of my tire valves had been damaged and changed it out for me. If I had continued driving the way I did some of my tires would've given out. My glued rim caps were coming loose so Alex was nice enough to super glue it back on for me haha. First things first, I highly suggest this place. His shop is located on the opposite side of the street as the CVS and Buylow. Alex is the owner of this establishment. He's a really responsive and nice dude. He is willing to negotiate pricing as long as the numbers make sense. As soon as I called to see if he could beat a quote, he started to look through his system right away. I run Continental tires and most shops don't hold them in stock. This shop did not either. He offered to pick up the tires himself from the distributor if I needed it done right away. What a homie! However, that would mean he would have had to close his shop for an hour so I opted to wait. I believe he is the only worker at the shop. Alex kept me updated on the arrival of the tires as well when I should come in. When I did come in, he was able to get the tire off the rims and get the new ones in in a snap. My whole experience with this place was awesome. At no time did Alex try to upsell me or try to rip me off. He even recommended a more cost efficient alternative, which I denied. He has 12 different distributors who sell different tires so he really tries to get you the best price. He sells a lot of Hankook tires and gets a deal from the distributor. He'll get you a great price on them if you need some Hankooks. He has great customer service with how responsive and professional he is. You can tell he's really going the extra mile for you. If you're in need of a tire replacement, first of all, do your research about pricing. If this place makes the most sense price wise, I think you will be very happy with the ease of things.
