I was told that I had a bad roller and a problem with the ignition switch as was quoted 575.00 for the repair. The service was to be completed Mon with a window of 330pm to 530 pm arrival time. At 306pm on Monday received a call that the part did not come in, 20 minutes before scheduled arrival! Service was then scheduled Tuesday. Tech showed, on time, a different person Chuck, friendly and courteous puts on the new roller and ignition switch and the dryer does not work. He says he will contact the office and they will call. He then tells me that he thinks it's a sensor issue. He left giving me no estimate. I called the office after an hour of waiting to be told they needed to speak to the manager. Another hour goes by and they called to tell me the part cost "worst case scenario" would be 1200.00 . They would refund the ignitor switch because that wasn't the problem. I declined...a brand new dryer of this type is 1300...I asked to talk to the manager who is on vaca until next week! I had given them a check for 250 for the 125 service call plus tax and half of the repair... i would not recommend this company.
