When the technician arrived, she pulled the refrigerator out, and attempted to take back off, which was frozen to the refrigerator. She then said that they can't get parts for that make and model refrigerator, anyway, and can't fix the frost problem, but she still charged for the call. When I messaged the shop's Facebook page asking why they didn't tell the truth about not being able to fix a defrost problem (they knew the problem, the make, and model prior to the appointment), the owner of the shop blocked me, so my husband called and asked that the owner call him, but we haven't heard back. Save yourself some frustration and find a reputable repair shop!

We contacted Niceley's who also played it off as though our technician was just having fun. However, we made it clear right away to the technician that his comments weren't welcome, yet he continued to make the comments again. He was condescending and rude, and if he had been in our home any longer, he would've been asked to leave. We were still charged for this 5 minute visit and we're disappointed in how Niceley's handled this situation.

Got a washer dryer set for a great price and was told if I had issues early on, give them a call…read more The first day a button breaks off and It's been less than a month and the dryer is bad . Bad belt, seized motor. I called to have them come out and they asked me to call the next day and want to charge a service fee. The fixes would amount to close to 1/4 the price of the dryer . I live about 10 mins from the location and won't be a returning customer.
