My bro,…read moreyou called from the company phone The biggest red flag apart from experience - the "reconditioning." Corollas already have manufacturer paint defects, but that's beside the point. When you see bubbling rust, painted over with touch up in 5 places AND bare metal showing? No. There are no excuses for this in auto. According to them, "you aren't looking for a used car." I do acknowledge used cars are not perfect. However, when the 160-point inspection marks there are no paint imperfections, chips, or rust, this is obviously an issue. Sketchy stuff. Lowest quoted trade-in, illogical reasoning, terrible repairs (rust, which will inevitably get worse and rack up a bill), and typical salesman predatory questioning. They don't like you skipping their bait to the point of visible frustration. This is my experience, but ofc you do you. Best of luck to anyone out there looking for cars and extra luck to those who come here. PS - use the energy in being offended to clean ya ceilings, hella cobwebs for a "successful" dealership lmaooo

It took 3 trips for them to get the paperwork right to buy the car and I traded in my old car and it took them 2 additional weeks to pay off the loan on my old car costing me another $600. I never got a response from the on the payoff of my old car in 2 weeks. Read the fine print beware of excessive fees.

I Regret Buying from Florida Fine Cars - Deceptive and Unprofessional…read more This has been the most frustrating purchase I've ever made. I bought a pickup from Florida Fine Cars and dealt with Philip (salesman), Francisco (finance), and Michael (shop manager) -- and I regret every part of it. Right after I drove the truck off the lot, I noticed the passenger-side wiper blade was broken, and before I could replace it, it scratched the windshield. That should've been checked before delivery -- clearly no proper inspection was done. On the drive home, doing 70-75 mph, the truck lost power, the check engine light came on, and it felt like it was about to stall. I returned to the dealership the next day. Philip wasn't there, so I spoke to Francisco. I explained what happened and asked if I could exchange it -- but everything he showed me was out of my budget. He told me, "We'll take care of it, just let us know if anything else comes up." I pointed out a missing front grill piece and a few other cosmetic issues. He sent me to the front desk where I got a number to schedule with their shop -- but they were booked until the following Monday. They told me to keep the truck and report anything else I noticed. Over the weekend, I washed the truck and that's when I really saw what was wrong. The rims looked cloudy and whitish, the front grill area was a different shade, and there were deep scratches hidden under the heavy dressing they used. It felt like they intentionally covered up flaws. I brought all this to the shop's attention. They kept the truck for nearly a month. When I got it back, they claimed nothing was wrong with the engine. But my scanner had already pulled a cylinder misfire code, which was now just cleared -- not fixed. They literally just reset the check engine light and gave it back to me. I left the truck again after speaking to Michael about the rims. He told me to give him another week and he'd repaint them. I waited -- no call. Left messages -- no response. After three weeks, I finally got him on the phone, and he got defensive, saying they were "busy." I told him how unprofessional that was, and he told me to come in the next day -- said it would be done. I picked up the truck, and after a few washes, the paint started peeling off the rims -- they didn't repaint them. They plastic-dipped them like I wouldn't notice. I messaged Michael again -- no reply. A few weeks later, I hit 70 mph on the highway and the check engine light came on again -- same cylinder misfire. They never fixed it, just hid it long enough to get the truck off the lot. On top of everything, while shopping for insurance, I was told the truck had been in a front-end collision. When I asked Michael, he told me the grill was just repainted because of peeling -- clearly not the full truth. I also realized later that I got talked into extras and add-ons I didn't even need -- and now I'm stuck with a truck full of problems, paying way more than I should have. I feel completely ripped off. They dressed up a problem truck to look good short-term, reset warning codes, and strung me along for weeks with fake promises and zero accountability. They knew exactly what they were doing -- and I trusted them. This whole experience has been nothing but deception. I've been dealing with this for months and I'm still angry and frustrated. If I had known everything beforehand, I would've never bought this truck. Please think twice before buying from Florida Fine Cars. I wouldn't wish this on anyone!!!!

Please bring CASH to avoid the 3% surcharge. Cristian Iral took great care of me, didnt try to upsell and made sure my visit went smoothly. I received notifications every step of the service and even a video from the technician advising me of the results from his inspection. Total time for my service: 1 hour 10 minutes Overall, the Service Center was excellent with the check-in process, best dealership oil change pricing and step-by-step notifications of my service but there are some improvements needed. The waiting room is in dire need of a remodel, it remained nearly the same as the day I first got a car serviced here (2014). They got rid of the complimentary breakfast pastries so I ended up walking to a nearby Dunkin Donuts instead of waiting in their "VIP Waiting Lounge" if I remember the sign correctly.

So we found a car outside the area. We paid the have it transported here from another Carmax. We contacted a local GM dealer and found that Carmaxs Equifax reporting (versus Carfax) was incorrect and manufacturer warranty was finished. We also found the CPO on file was never paid for original dealer and thus not in effect. Urgh .... So we reach out after hours by chat to discuss cancelling and to find out the process when they were incorrect. Not to worry, the car was on a test drive and being sold today. Didn't you see the refund pending for delivery you paid ??? What ... So in effect the delivery was paid and funds received. The car was on hold and Carmax allowed another buyer to test drive and buy a unit held for transport. Then they just refund the money and fail to alert via phone and email. Wow ! Now again we were going to cancel and all is well in end. We won't likely ever consider Carmax for a buy in future however. Bad info on cars, poor hold and transport policies, and true lack of empathy around their business model and loopholes. Just another typical car dealer experience !!!

You go to the lot and you spot what car you want to test drive and they will then set you up with the test drive. I guess it's a good system if you don't see anything you like and you don't waste a salesperson time, but I thought that was kind of odd. We walked around for about 15-20 min and did not find anything that caught our eyes. But at least we now know how it works.
