The barbecue is fantastic. Had the Carolina, a pilled pork sandwich with apple slaw. Plenty of meat, the slaw is yummy. Heard about this place on the radio so I stopped by to give it a try. The meat was superb. Moist , tender and Smokey. I would eat it seven days a week. The sides- not so much. The beans flavoring actually clashed with the flavoring of the turkey. I aske to replace them out for the garlic mashed potatoes and found I didn't care for them either. The service and food has consistently been really good. I'm happy the smoke flavor isn't too strong nor does it get lost in the food. They have found a really awesome balance! The chips and macaroni and cheese are both good. I've also enjoyed the coleslaw and found it to be different from anything else I've tried. I love the Buffalo wings with their BBQ sauce added at the table. I'm not a sausage fan, but their link sausage might be one of my favorite things on the menu. I'm a BBQ lover and always looking for good BBQ, but most times disappointed; either the ribs are too dry and you have to fight to get the meat off or the brisket isn't moist enough and too dry as well. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried the ribs at GQue or should I say, my mouth was doing somersaults! I've tried the brisket and it's good, but to me, the ribs are the pride and joy of this place; in one word, mouthwatering. So tender, that they are not falling off the bone, but at the same time, so easy and effortless to get all that tasty meat off the bone. Perfectly seasoned, and for me, something I look forward to going back and ordering. For wing lovers, their wings are also tasty; dry rub and spicy marmalade are my favorites, even though they haven't brought back the spicy marmalade since they introduced it as a flavor of the week. Bring it back, guys! Only drawback is that the food is a bit pricey at $3 a bone, but in my opinion, well worth it for great ribs. Awesome food, give it a shot if you like great ribs. read more

My wife and I had one sandwich each with one side each and I had a drink. Take a guess....$30! That's insane. The only reason they get away with it is because the location is nestled in the Park Meadows Mall, where all the beautiful people shop. I still haven't eaten a bite, but there is no way the food is worth the price! After eating the food, I will tell you it is very good, and the staff was very attentive. This company has a good thing here, but it is overshadow by the excessive pricing. Note to the owner: get away from the mall so you can afford your location and charge a more reasonable price. Let me first start by saying that I have enjoyed eating at GQue many times. We moved to Morrison and when we found ourselves in the area, we HAD to pick up some ribs to bring home to the family. Being that the 4th of July was just yesterday and ribs ARE America's favorite during the holiday, we were told they were down to the last two racks and we would have to wait 30 minutes for them to come out of the oven; we gladly waited. When I went back in to pick them up, they were cutting up another rack for someone (wait a minute, where did they come from??) and ours was packed up and ready. I didn't think anything of it until we got home and found that at least half of our ribs were dry and greasy; like they had been cut up for individual sale and were just sitting around a long time. At $36 a rack, this is not what I expect and not what I was told I was getting. I waited for fresh ribs to come out of the oven, not old ones that are dried up. I'm so disappointed. read more

I'm actually not to happy with this place. I haven't had the opportunity to taste the food but i really don't care. The attitude I got from the employees was super annoying and unprofessional. Do you guys really think I can't see you giving me dirty looks and side eyes to each other clearly talking trash all because I mentioned I ordered cheese fries and was just given fries. I understand now that the cheese I guess is in a tiny side container but I've never been into the location. I never had your cheese fries and I didn't know that when i ordered it the cheese wouldn't be on them at all. I thought it would be actual cheese on fries. Rather than trying to make me look stupid and laughing when you made the order again with your coworkers you could explain what the misunderstanding was. I even mentioned I don't know how it's made.
