Here's what's up: Rebuilt 292, needs new gaskets, rusted manifold smoking badly from right bank. Leaking both transmission fluid and power steering fluid, which is all perfectly clean signaling it's been freshly added. This thing left a puddle on my garage floor in multiple spots easily a quart worth. The car lurches so badly when you accelerate or stop. The problems with this are all related to some weld modifications around the suspension items and the frame...there's no real consistency. The photos also show the trunk open, but I can't access it and have yet to locate how to open anywhere, and Hans never replied back to me with how to open it. Bottom line is that this was a quick "put together" car that was built by a novice, and shame on me for trusting these guys for a real car. This is not a real car. It can be close and will be but it will be several thousand more dollars. I could not even enjoy this car at the end of my summer here as it was unsafe to drive. They show a square body s-10 pickup with every chrome gehaw imaginable, a 2 can spray undercoating to hide rust, and beautiful paint job with a bubbling spot, guess what? Rust hole was filled with expanding styrene and painted over, that's right, Styrofoam! 502 crate engine had broken boss on iron head casting, prob was just a junkyard 396! Had lame excuse why heads weren't aluminum. Sales guy was unknowledgeable. Receipts for false "502" engine valve cover decals. Reciepts for every item, decals paint rattle cans of undercoating but NO receipt for the bragged about 502 crate engine. Piece of garbage all dressed up with chrome and good paint. Litteraly a piece of junk and falsely advertised. They blame everything on the consignee, take no care in it at all, only try to hoodwink buyers for selfish greed. He first sent me multiple pictures and a video of the car seeing I do live in a different state and was unable to actually see the car in person, that was scary and nerve racking for me but he made me feel very comfortable and confident that this purchase was one I would not regret and really enjoy. I purchased a vehicle from this company relying on the sales person to give me an honest review of the shape of the vehicle, as I purchased from out of town. Her description was significantly better than what the vehicle showed up as from the shipping company. I didn't expect show room based on my conversation, however the vehicle was priced much higher than other comparable vehicles listed, so my assumption as well as the description from the sales person was that it should be in better condition than other vehicles in that year and mileage. I was ok overpaying for the price they were asking due to better than most similar vehicles quality. Not only was the car NOT in the shape described, it showed up with multiple functional issues of which my local dealer quote was over $3000 to get fixed. I sent them an email about how unhappy I was and the owner John called me. His offer was to pay $500 of the cost and wanted me to sign a document that I would not write a bad review online. He can keep his $500. I hope this review will help others avoid a disastrous purchase from this untrustworthy lender. read more

DO NOT!!!!.....Repeat, DO NOT use this clown outfit to purchase any vehicle sight unseen without hiring an independant inspector. After viewing online some very nice pictures of a 1967 Chevy Chevelle Malibu, this is what Shaun(sales manager) warranted to me over the phone. "This car had a quality paint and restoration job 20 years ago and it is a well maintained and well cared for vehicle. The car runs very well. No leaks, all systems working properly, dashboard switches working( lighter, wipers, lights)". I knew it was risky but I decided to put a little faith in this company as they tout on their website that 90% of their business is selling classic cars sight unseen and ship them all over the world. Shaun also said that to me so I negotiated in good faith and purchased the vehicle for what I thought was a fair price. When vehicle was delivered on an open carrier (I paid for enclosed shipping), the first thing i saw (other than a filthy car from being transported across country in an open carrier....did I mention that I paid for enclosed shipping) were bondo ripples on the doors, sanding swirls and painted over rust spots. The rear deck just below the rear window looks like it was painted by my 7 year old grandson...... with crayon's!! Complete amature paint job!!! Funny how the pictures online make the car look as if it's in pristine condition. Head lights don't work, horn doesn't work, oil leak(so far a half quart a week), transmission fluid leak, radiator fluid leak and dangerously low breaks. Shaun said the breaks were good, headlights were working and there were no leaks when the car left the showroom!!! My auto mechanic told me I was lucky I didn't kill myself driving the car to the shop with condition the brakes are in. So i'm at the NJ motor vehicle dept. trying to register this car but Shaun sent me the wrong paperwork and the DMV refused to register it. He told me some state DMV's accept the paperwork he sent. Really?!...You can't make this stuff up. Try to get this clown to return a phone call. Impossible!!! Still waiting for them to send me a check for the enclosed shipping I overpaid for. Not holding my breath though. What is extremely disturbing is that they know they have a very unhappy customer(sucker) and they have made no attempt to try to make this right. The sales people (Brendan and Shaun) were great to work with but the 76 Triumph TR6 I bought from them was seriously misrepresented by their marketing people. Undercarriage photos of 2 other TR6's they were selling around the same time as mine were taken of both of these cars in an identical manner which plainly showed both cars either had original floors or authentic Heritage Original Equipment replacements. However, in the undercarriage photos of my car (if they actually were of my car) the lighting was such that the floors were in deep shadows behind the frame which totally disguised the fact that they were completely rusted away from front to back with makeshift metal pieces patched in and held in place with sheet metal screws. Replacing the patches with proper floor panels resulted in a body shop repair bill of $3,620.00. The paint job which was described in their add as "breathtaking" turned out to not even be up to the lowest level of driver quality with numerous runs, mismatched color and Bondo lines on a hood repair, as well as extensive dust particles impregnated in the paint all over the entire body of the car. The fact that the crappy paint job wasn't even the correct original color for the car just added to the letdown. I haven't yet priced a decent driver quality paint job but estimate that between the floors and the paint it will end up being an easy $6K to bring the car to the level it was presented as being. GR's response to my concerns was an offer to buy the car back for 75% of what I paid for it with me paying to ship it back to them. That would have been a $4,625.00 loss to me so I elected to keep the car and put the money into repairs rather then suffer a dead loss. I would strongly urge any potential buyers to never buy a car sight unseen from GR Auto Gallery but to have an independent prepurchase inspection/appraisal done on any vehicle they intend to buy from GR before committing to the purchase. read more

purchased a car that was listed in the ad as "a very solid car". finally got it to my mechanic and informs me that the frame on this car is probably not gm original and is very thin, the flex in the frame is what caused the brake issues that are being addressed. will have to go to a frame shop to try and re-enforce the frame. metal in the oil pan "could" be from a rebuild that the listing said it had. vaccum lines were messed up so the "smooth functioning transmission ",had to be addressed, to get it that way. would have had to truck car 30 miles back and forth to get this info so i purchased it never suspecting this much wrong. purchased "as is" so a lesson to be learned. owner dodged my call to speak to him directly. im stuck with it.dont make the mistake i made. dont deal with them. read more

Had the car picked up and dropped by the carrier at our second home and did not see it for about 3 weeks which is out side of the window to return it. Non of the gauges worked, battery dead had to get a new one, battery held on by a bungee cord, needs new steering rack badly, on and on, a piece of junk!!!!!! Called to see if they would like to buy it back and even half of what I paid, Nope not even a call back. Been looking for a 70's F100 for a while. The one I bought from this company is the 1975 Gray F100 in their sold inventory. It's absolutely beautiful...on the outside. It's sitting with a local trusted mechanic now and probably will be for another month while parts are ordered and installed. The purpose of buying an older truck was to have something to work on with my father and kids. The extent of the repairs needed was completely unexpected based on how it was presented by this dealer. I wouldn't go as far as calling it a lemon as it has been cosmetically restored and looks great. The vehicle, however, needs major repair and is unsafe to drive. I was told I had about 100 miles left before the rear wheels fell off. Steering box completely worn out causing major steering problems. Rear wheel bearing and seals worn out and gone and rear wheels loose on the axle. Differential housing cracked and leaking and needs to be replaced. Ball joints all need to be replaced. They'll probably find more as the repair continues. I'm looking at another 5-7K out of pocket. I fully expected that certain parts would need to be repaired and I was looking forward to doing those...just not immediately and not to this extent. The buying process was easy as it was all done through email. I never so much received a call thanking me for my business even after wiring them 20K. The shipping was supposed to be 1-3 weeks but it only took a few days. I was out of town and had relayed my father's contact info to the delivery manager but that never seemed to have been communicated to the third party delivery contractor. Luckily, I have Ring doorbell so when it went off while I was out of town, there was a guy standing on my front porch who spoke no English and it was all i could do through the phone to get him to stay on the porch until I could get a hold of my neighbor to sign for the truck. Bottom line...I was a sucker and out of state. I'm a first time buyer and new to all of this and thought this looked like a reputable company. Do NOT purchase a vehicle from GR Auto Gallery. I spoke with Shaun (Salesmen) in great detail about the vehicle I purchased and had him place in writing three deciding factors: 1. The 43K milage shown on the car is original with documentation proving the miles. 2. The paint on the car is original from the factory with documentation proving this to be true. 3. The interior in the car is original from the factory with documentation proving this to be true. Once I received the written confirmation I agreed to buy the car. When the car arrived I instantly noticed that the emblem on the back of car was sloping down and crooked. This was my first indication that the body might have been worked on. Once the car was on the ground it was obvious. None of the lines were correct on the car on the passenger side. The fit and finish gaps for the door and trunk were huge, sloppy and uneven. There are ripples where the body shop did a hack job on it. Overspray between the body and the bumpers of the paint. I even found a piece of the trimmed body tucked under the back seat where the bodyshop had cut it off. Lastly, I went into the trunk and found the actual patch where it was welded on. Next I went through the interior and quickly discovered that everything had been replaced with repop materials. We took the back seat apart and flipped it over to see the coils and paper. It was all brand new, paper was still soft and tacky and the tag from the shop that performed the work was left on the coils. (side note: all replacement screws were metric on the entire inside). After viewing the engine compartment it was quickly realized that everything was redone. The previous owner went so far as to find the factory stickers and put them throughout to give it that original feel. To bad they put 351CJ on the carburetor cover, when this a 351 Cleveland. Everything had been painted or replaced through the entire engine compartment. The odds of the engine having original milage are slim to none. I sent all of this to GR Auto Gallery and they said they refused to refund my money AND the cost for the shipping. They claim that there is no way to prove my findings. Even after I sent them a video showing the patch weld and a picture of the trimmed metal they still said seeing the actual bodyshop work does not mean it was done. In essence, GR Auto Gallery either doesn't have a clue what a unmolested original car looks like, or they only protect the seller and not the buyer. Their only intention is to get the car sold no matter what it takes and will say anything to make this happen. They just cross their fingers and hope the buyer doesn't know anything about old cars or won't sue them. This is going to end up being a lawsuit and they could care less. read more

Extremely poor customer experience, strongly recommend avoiding any business with this group I bought a 2005 Jaguar XJR from GR auto Gallery in late December, 2017. I picked the car up in early January. Cars transmission had a major malfunction less than 25 miles from the dealership, with more than 375 miles left on my drive home. Car was also unable to create heat, and the windshield washers were not operational. I was able to nurse it home through rough conditions, and then had it towed to a well-regarded, independent Jaguar shop. What the shop found was disappointing to say the least: The car was critically low on both transmission fluid and engine coolant. When filled with test fluids both the transmission and coolant system exhibited significant leaks. Damage to the transmission was catastrophic, damage to coolant system significant, and the total repair bill to simply get the car in condition to drive down the road was $7500 (now up over to $8000 when full extent of gasket damage from overheat was uncovered). This repair cost is more than 70% of the purchase price of the car, and that does not include the almost 1k I had to spend on tires with their preferred vendor to simply drive away from the lot (I was made aware the car was undrivable in any inclement weather on the current tires after I had wired them the funds). As soon as I had the diagnosis I reached out to the GR sales person, let them know what I had been through in the 3 days since picking up the car, provided any/all detail I could muster, and then asked them if they would be willing to help me in some meaningful way in order to make this right (I asked for them to share the cost 50/50). Their co-owner emailed me back, provided no apology, suggested I had errored in not getting a pre-purchase inspection, told me that they were not going to take any action towards restitution, and then thanked me for my business. I responded by letting them know how unfair I thought that stance was, and that I was highly concerned that they would let a customer drive off their lot with a car that was obviously leaking critical fluids, and in fact was so low on those fluids that the car catastrophically failed before I could get out of their zipcode, and that it was my duty to let the buying public know about my experience. The co-owner responded by saying they had no "crystal ball" that could have told them the car was leaking critical fluids, and as a result was catastrophically low on such fluids. He insisted that I should at least be grateful that they had been kind enough to let me know I needed to buy new tires, after I had paid them for the car, so I did not end up "in a ditch". He then told me that I was free to "rant" all I wanted to about their business online, but it would not affect their happy customers, and that threatening to use "gossip" was not a way to induce them to help me. Again, there was no apology, no responsibility taken for allowing the car to leave their dealer in such a dangerous condition, and nothing that indicated they would do anything to amend for this situation, or do anything different to prevent such a happenstance in the future. I responded to him letting him know I thought the whole thing was unacceptable, that I did not plan to "rant" or "gossip", but that I was simply going to tell my story and let others understand the nature of their operation. He responded a final time with a two-sentence email offering me a pittance of restitution ($550) if I signed some type of hold harmless paperwork, and tell me they "were sorry that this happened on my purchase". Again, no responsibility taken for the clear neglect they showed, no phone call, not earnestness or honesty. I told them they could keep the money. Bottom line is this: Do not do any business with this group. They clearly do not have any best practices in place to insure the vehicles they sell can even be started without potential damaging effects, but more importantly they take absolutely no responsibility to do such due diligence. The nature of the leaks the car they sold me had makes it hard for me to believe they did not have any warning that there was serious issues, but that is not something I can know with certainty. What I do know is that this group is not a partner, does not take responsibility for their negligent actions, and will not even take the time to simply pick up the phone and show any empathy for a customer who has had an unbelievably bad experience directly caused by that negligence. I have not purchased a vehicle from these folks but have looked at a few in their Grand Rapids facility. In some cases I would echo the comments people have noted before and recommend that anyone that is going to drop a large sum of money go look at the vehicle or at least have an expert do it. Right now they have a nice looking green International Scout on their website where the person writing the description takes great pride in noting the factory Air Conditioning and how comfortable it will make the trip be. Then you look at the pictures of the engine and you see the flat mount where an Air Conditioning compressor is supposed to be.....but there is none. Blatant deception or just someone that has no idea what they are talking about? Not sure......but it definitely highlights the reason to go look at the vehicle. And for anyone south of the Mason-Dixon line...a car in Michigan with "no rust" simply means you cannot see the interior through the fenders from the outside. If it from the north, it has rust, with very few exceptions. This is one of the few states where it is still not uncommon to see fairly new vehicles with rust bubbles and holes coming through the fenders. So....like any other purchase like this....have a professional look at it and then make an informed offer based on condition. read more

if there were a No Star rating - this business would deserve it. When I call to talk to a salesperson, the first rule of sales is manners and service. I got neither of those. This salesman was rude, lazy, and unwilling to fulfill a simple request. Calling from out of state to buy a car on their lot, I made a simple request - a few additional photos. If I'm buying a car for a customer sight unseen, it's a very reasonable request. And the Salesman - ROB - was downright rude in his manner and refused to do answer any additional questions or take any additional photos. Selling this car wasn't a priority for him - he even mentioned that it was on consignment - I hope that whoever they're consigning this car for knows what a craptastic job they're doing representing their car (1946 Ford Super Delulxe - vintage cars require some additional photos to see the quality of the restoration done). We help customers buy cars daily - Rob missed out on a great opportunity to form a lucrative relationship. And completely missed the mark on what is THE MOST BASIC of salesmanship: manners. I've had the itch for a Corvette for many years. One day I looked at my bank account and decided to do something about it. My intent was to find and buy a local car--something within fifty to seventy-five miles of my home. But with winter looming on the horizon, I noticed the availability of nice Corvettes dwindling--already sold or packed off to storage until the following spring. So I expanded my search. One evening I found myself staring at an online ad for a 1992 white C4 coupe being offered for sale at a place called GR Auto Gallery. Over a period of days I kept coming back to that ad. The car looked great--arctic white with red leather--and the price was right, $8,900, with 63,000 miles on the odometer. But the Corvette was in Michigan--five hundred miles from my home. I would either have to have it shipped sight unseen or drive there to take delivery. I went to the GR website and downloaded every available photo of the car, about 80 total. GR has a professional photographer on staff who does a fantastic job. Catches every possible angle of the car, including underneath with the car on a lift. I studied the photos front and back. Nowhere on the exterior did I see a scratch. And the interior looked exceptional, especially considering the age of the car. I also saw nothing of significance on the undercarriage. To get a second opinion, I placed all the photos on a thumb drive and took them to my mechanic, who put them on his desktop and scrutinized them. He noticed a few minor interior flaws, but nothing on the engine or undercarriage that caused him any concern. Still, these were just pictures . . . The next day I called GR Auto Gallery and was put in touch with Keegan Eckert, the young man who was to be my salesman. I hit it off with Keegan from the start. He is without a doubt a "Car Guy." He is also a straight shooter and will go the extra mile to assure you of the quality of the machine you are interested in. Over a period of several days I peppered him with questions about the Corvette. One day he phoned and suggested that he carry his cell phone out to the showroom (which judging by the photos looks to be roughly the size of an aircraft hangar, no joke) and do a complete walk-around of the car. I agreed, and Keegan spent the next hour examining everything I could think of . . . body, removable top, rear hatch, engine, headlights, dash lights, gauges, electric seat motors . . . everything. He checked it all and found several things he thought needed to be fixed. Things like a torn speaker cover on the driver's side door. Scratches on the plate surrounding the shifter column. A damaged, decorative plate located between the seat-motor switches. All relatively small matters and things I knew I could fix on my own. He started the car and I could hear the engine fire immediately and purr. He checked the oil and transmission fluid for color and levels. As he spoke, I wrote it all down. When he was finished, he said that if I still wasn't convinced the car was worth the price--and the risk of shipping sight unseen--he could have it sent to a garage down the street for a complete inspection. But by this time I was convinced. The next day we did the deal. That where Anna Steketee came in. Anna is GR's hard working clerical agent and title procurer. She sent me the necessary documents, which I signed and faxed back. The same day I arranged a wire transfer for the car payment. Anna verified the transfer and moved the process ahead. A few days later I received a call from John Hoekstra, owner and co-founder of the Gallery. He told me that transport for the Corvette had been arranged and the car would arrive at my home on the following Sunday. He wanted to know if Sunday was a bad day for me. I assured him it wasn't and he said delivery would be made by a small open hauler. The next day John called again and said, change of plans, but the car was being picked up as he spoke for immediate shipment--I would receive the car on Friday instead of Sunday. The only hitch during this process was that, during transit, the front tires of the Vette bled down due to temperature change. When I was notified of this, I had the car sent directly to the shop where my auto maintenance is performed. The tires were re-inflated and the car offloaded. The guys at the shop scrubbed the rims and sidewalls to assure a solid seal and rebalanced the tires. They also replaced the rear brake pads--the only problem they found during inspection. A few days later I drove the car fifteen miles to the garage where she would be kept. The Corvette cruised along effortlessly and I didn't want to stop driving. It was like being in the cockpit of a small aircraft, smooth and powerful . . . a great car! Thanks, Keegan, Anna, and John! Spent $14,500 for the truck and 400 yards later I had $4,000 of repairs! Asked for them to help me with half the costs and they wouldn't do it... This is not a dealer you want to do business with!!! I purchased a vehicle for a decent amount of money from the Traverse City location. I'm an out of state buyer and did not inspect the vehicle in person before purchasing it. That really wasn't a concern for me having purchased vehicles this way before so that being said , I rely solely on the pictures and the narrative that accompanies the ad. Well , the narrative did not disclose all the "Issues" the vehicle had. I love the car and feel that the price was fair but I do believe that the issues with the car should have been revealed. My other concern is the lack of follow up during and after the purchase. I was required to make follow up calls to check on the status of the purchase and I at least expected a phone call informing me of my vehicles departure from the dealership. I also expected a call from some company representative to inquire as to my satisfaction concerning the purchase and the vehicle. I received neither. It just seems as if this dealership really is not concerned with the buyer and only wants to secure the sale. After the paperwork is signed , you are on your own. No worries though. Buyer beware. During the month of May 2017, I purchased a 1982 Mercedes Benz 240D from Gr Auto Gallery. The car was advertised as being in Excellent Condition. Since I have friends that have purchased cars from Gr Auto Gallery and after reading many reviews from the internet, I decided to trust Cory Wade from Gr Auto Gallery. Cory assisted me with the purchase. There were various deal breakers including whether the vehicle had a functional AC that blew cold air. I was informed by Cory that the car did in fact have a functional AC that blew cold air and informed me that the vehicle was in fact in Excellent condition. Through the transaction, communication with Cory was almost non-existent which was a Red Flag. I should have walked away from this transaction due to the poor communication with GR Auto Gallery. But again, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After transmitting the funds, the real nightmare began when they made arrangements to have the car transported to me in Southern California. They made the arrangements with a transport company called Prestige Transport Inc. and this company was God aweful. I can't tell you how many times I had to call this transport company to try to get any kind of update on the transport of my vehicle to Southern California only to get yelled at by the driver or the main POC at the Prestige. The people at Prestige are obviously foreigners who can barely speak English. And don't get them upset because they have very short fuses. Anyhow, the car ended up getting dropped off at my residence and I was glad to pay Prestige to get them quickly out of my life. That was probably one of the most stressful experiences I've ever had in my life. Again, this is the sort of company that GR Auto Gallery highly recommended which reflects poorly. Anyhow, I was obviously happy upon the arrival of the car. I figured, that I could now enjoy the vehicle. To my surprise, the car had a lot of issues which included the following: 1) driver's door regulator was broken and so the window could not be opened or closed, 2) power booster pump was completely dead (i.e. would not hold suction) making the vehicle a huge safety liability driving it on the road, 3) the speedometer was not functional nor was the odometer and mileage counter, 4) the fuel gauge indicator was stuck and the empty tank light was on although according to GR Auto Gallery, the tank was full, 5) all of the oils in the vehicle including the engine oil, transmission oil, power steering oil, and coolant were all at dangerously low levels, 6) a number of vacuum lines were leaking air in the engine, 7) the main vacuum line that connected to the power booster pump was cracked and had to be replaced, and 8) the AC blows air but not cold. Those are some of the issues that have been identified by my mechanic as needing to be repaired to again make the car safe to drive. To get the AC to blow cold air, the mechanic noted that the AC system would have to be upgraded and that alone would cost an additional $1,200. So needless to say, the car I purchased from GR Auto Gallery was not in the Excellent condition it was advertised in. The car I purchased was not worth what I paid for it. At best, it was probably worth only half of what I paid. I immediately contacted GR Auto Gallery and again, my calls to Cory were not promptly returned. Therefore I spoke with Chris who is the owner of GR Auto Gallery. I asked Chris for a refund which he said was clearly out of the question for him. I asked if they could pick up the car and I could pick a different car which again was out of the question. Chris asked me to take the car to a mechanic to get it diagnosed and get it repaired. Chris noted that he was willing to work with me and would consider reimbursing me $250 if the repair costs were within $1,000 which they are now. I have acted in good faith and have done everything that GR Auto Gallery has suggested but they are leaving me holding the bag alone. I have not heard back from them noting that they will be helping to cover the $250 minimum on their behalf to make the car safe to drive. So GR Auto Gallery doesn't really give folks too many options if you're not happy with the car. To date, I have emailed Cory and Chris all of my receipts for repairs done to date and again, I have not heard anything from either Cory or Chris. To anyone on the internet thinking about purchasing a car from GR Auto Gallery, I am posting this review for your benefit. Buyer be ware. If you do decide to purchase a vehicle from them, either fly out there in person to see the vehicle else get it inspected before purchasing any car from them. Like I said, I have done everything possible to remain professional but my efforts have not been reciprocated by the people who work at Gr Auto Gallery. My transaction has been a nightmare from beginning to end. And it's been two weeks since I got the car and it's still at with the mechanic. read more

BUYER BEWARE Against my better judgement I purchase a vehicle over the phone based on pictures and verbal acknowledgements. I was told the reason the car had only 350 miles on it was based on a three year old restoration and newly rebuilt motor. It was used as a "show" car. (Maybe in Mexico as the restoration was amatuerish at best.) When the vehicle arrived none of the safety items worked-brake lights, turn indicators, etc. and had a major electrical issue where you couldn't take the key out from the locked position without fans running and ergo dead battery. Biggest item however was after driving eight miles the engine blew up. Obviously the consignor knew what he had but surely GR should have known about the electrical and safety issues that were never disclosed. I fully understand what "AS-IS" means and don't anticipates that GR would make things right but could never expect that a newly re-built engine was only good for 8 miles. If I had walked the car at their gallery all the undisclosed flaws would have been noticeable and I would have walked. read more

I wanted to post this feedback in order to advise other potential customers of what to expect at GR Auto Gallery. I have been looking for an antique car for about a year now and discovered GR Auto Gallery. I visited two of the facilities looking for just the right car and could not see the inventory at Traverse City location due to being a Sunday. I did however enter into long discussions about one car with a salesman named Cory. After several discussions I decided to trust him and make an offer over the phone without actually seeing the car in person. A week later I made it to Traverse City to see the car and was taken back when I discovered that the car was better than I expected and that every word Cory had spoke was accurate to the detail. With that said, I have never had such a rewarding experience buying a car. So to other potential customers, please be aware that when dealing with GR Auto Gallery, you get honest, trustworthy responses and quick action where needed. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would honestly have to rate them a 12. In the future when I am ready to buy another classic car, it will be with GR Auto Gallery. read more
