This review is primarily for their service department. I've only come here for a couple of oil changes and a tire rotation. Service was pleasant and quick, both in the garage and at the payment desk. They weren't pushy, nobody was snarling about anything, and they got my car done on a rainy Monday in about 15 minutes, oil and tires. They also provided text/email notifications about recommended work, a link to pay online, pictures in the email and printed out regarding the recommended work, etc. Very fast, very well-documented, very easy experience for the customer. We didn't end up buying our car here due to unrelated circumstances, but the salesman we worked with (was it Nick?) was entirely pleasant, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy or impatient. He seemed to enjoy his job and to enjoy working with people. While Toyota was pushy and had terrible customer experience, including endless calls and texts even after we told them we're not interested, Subaru was totally chill and respectful the whole time. read more

Brock was absolutely amazing! I found the vehicle I wanted on line, he called me the next day in the morning to touch base, verified the vehicle was still available, I did not even need to test drive, I had everything ready with my credit union to buy, set it all up was there a few hours later to finalize everything. Brett on the other hand needs to work on his people skills, he was overly pushy trying to sell more warranty options I just could not do as I had just paid a large amount of money for my 2025 I just purchased. Wanted me to pay an additional $2,000-$3000 for more additional warranty. I politely declined and just was going with the factory warranty, kept going on about what they all covered i again politely declined, he did a very good job making me very unwelcomed bc i was refusing another warranty, like the $28,000 check i just handed him was not enough. Failed to Go over what the factory warranty offered, failed to go over what it covered, failed to Let me know incase I needed to use the warranty where I can go to get an issue fixed. I had been working my ass off to get a new car, I have NEVER owned brand new and this was a very exciting time for me, and he made that part of purchasing like I didn't even matter he was just all about the money. read more

I have always brought my vehicle here for servicing and have never been disappointed. While it might be on the pricier side than some other places nearby, I know everything has been done well! I really appreciate being given the option for other services that could be fixed now or later and not feeling pressured to always spend as much money as possible. Everyone that has helped me has been extremely friendly and helpful. The waiting area is nice, open, and clean. There are snacks, pop, water, and coffee to enjoy while you wait. They are always quick to get me in with major problems and the fast lane for minor fixes is super convenient. read more

I called Fox Subaru about a 2015 Subaru Outback that they had listed online on their website. It is my son's 17th birthday, so I was going to buy it for him because he just got his license yesterday. Text it online they told me the vehicle was available. I called the dealership, spoke with Adrian talked about the price. He put me on hold, came back on the line with the prices manager offered for the vehicle. I agreed to the price. And he said give me your debit card number to put a $500 deposit down to hold the car until we do the paperwork. As I was giving him the information for my debit card and Bank history, he said hold on one minute someone just walked in and wants to look at the car. I said but they can't because I'm putting a deposit down. So he talked to the manager of the used Department. The manager said those people are here in person and you are on the phone! I said well I want the car, and he said we have to let them see it first then they are here physically! I said everything is done online these days and I want the car!. Needless to say the card that I was in the middle of buying, they sold to someone else because they were there in person! These people are pure s***! I recommend no one to them! They will take your bank information and all your personal information and still let someone walk in and steal the car from under you!! There are already two Subarus in my family! If you're looking for bait and switch billing, this is a great place to go. I previously reported problems with billing here (see photo for previous review details). Owners reached out and gave me credit to use on future changes - the only reason I went back. Today, the billing problem happened yet again. The estimate I signed said ~$70 and yet I was charged ~$110. Just like last time, my concerns were brushed off and I was told this just "happens sometimes" and that some of the items were missing from my estimate. HOW is this at all an acceptable business practice? Furthermore, on one of the visits I made with the credit they gave me, I went in with low tire pressure (and my TPMS sensor on). They marked all tires as checked and within spec, yet not a single tire on my vehicle was within spec when I left; they hadn't been checked at all. I'll never go back. If this were the last place in the world to get an oil change, I'd learn to do it myself. I'll also be looking into reporting these problems up to corporate level Subaru. read more

I've been around awhile. Bought dozens of cars over the years, both new and used, but never Subaru. Was in market for new car, showed-up at local dealerships including Toyota, Nissan and Honda. Found ourselves gravitating towards Toyota, had interest in vehicles----problem was you couldn't even test drive what you were potentially buying. Then, salesperson indicated we had to move fast to get vehicles not yet at dealership! I just can't buy cars that way... Thought, let's look at Subaru. Have heard good things, and the vehicles I've seen on the road looked interesting. While browsing, got pop-up message from Fox offering $50 to test drive Crosstrek. We made 40 mile trip, and in a short while left the dealership having bought one! Was the easiest car buying experience in my life! I think people often write reviews when they have a complaint. I believe it's important to take time to recognize those who provide products and services at levels that exceed expectations. Fox Subaru staff, Lucas, Kyle and Brett made the car buying process easy. I especially want to thank general manager, Ryan Coe who went above and beyond to make our experience extraordinary---really made us feel welcomed into the Fox Subaru family. We love our new Subaru! As mentioned by others, this review is for the service department: I want to take some time to commend the Fox Subaru service team. My wife's 2018 Forester had a pesky recurring Hill Climb error and MIL that was making us crazy and I decided it was time to see the dealer about it. Dropped it on a Sunday evening and hoped for the best. Jonathan Sinko was our svc writer and he was kind, thorough and professional. The catalyst system had to be replaced completely and the cost was about $5K, which was shocking to hear on a 5 year old car we had only owned for a short while. Without my needing to say a word, Jon got that repair covered under warranty, which I found to be a huge relief. The tech also found other issues that were taken care of for a very reasonable price. Excellent service, both technical and human. Now, it gets better. There were a couple of parts issues that occurred in the supply chain which pushed the total repair time to almost two weeks, about which I did express some concern about significant inconvenience for us. As a result, Jon acquired approval for a loaner and had that car delivered to my home in Hastings, not a short ride. Finally, when our car was ready and paid for online, he had it brought to us and the loaner taken back. Yup, the Fox Subaru team did that for us. Summary: the team there went above and beyond and provided as fine an example of exemplary customer service I have ever experienced, (no offense intended) particularly at a dealership. So I want to thank the entire Fox team and especially Jonathan for making us feel valued and listened to. Hats off! read more

Unfortunately I'm disappointed with Fox Subaru's service. I had a safety recall, and when I called the soonest they could fix it was almost 6 months out. Now skip ahead 6 months, recall has been done however I'm noticing that their work lacked quality. There are gouges on the dashboard, and the AC insert is popped out half an inch and won't go back in... I also have plastic molding that's cracked. All of which were in perfect condition prior to bringing it in. Although I'm thankful they fixed the recall, I wish I waited and brought it somewhere else. I brought my car in twice for oil changes while it had an open recall and no one I formed me about it. When the part failed, it was pulling teeth to get an appointment to get it fixed. They also told me I couldn't have a waiting appointment, which is fun considering that I am handicapped. I'll be taking my car elsewhere for service from now on. The sales department took care of me when I bought it, but service has been a complete disappointment. read more

We dropped our 2014 forester off on 10/15/22 when a few lights on the dash came on. Initially we got a text an hour after drop off saying it was a sensor issue and they could swap it for approx. $400. We approved the service via the text link. A few hours later I received another text saying additional service was needed. It was stating we needed our wiring harness replaced at a price of over $3300. The more info tab said "see service technician for more details". We obviously wanted to have a conversation before approving something with that substantial of a price tag. We proceeded to call subaru 2 times a day for the next 2.5 weeks during business hours, all being sent to voicemail. We had received both Larry and Michael's cellphone numbers, which also went to voicemail every time. We even attempted to stop in on two occasions to figure out the next steps. The communication of what exactly was wrong with our vehicle and how to proceed to fix it was non existent. We even got a message saying our vehicle would be ready to be picked up the next day after 5 weeks and upon going to pick it up, they said again that it was not ready. It took another entire week. After waiting six weeks and having to borrow a vehicle for that entire duration, we made it less than 15 miles away from subaru before our engine light came on and a warning that our engine was overheating. We called Subaru service department again to report the issue and again, were sent to voicemail. This was mid day, and didnt receive a call back until nearly 7pm. The tech told us to just drive the car back to the dealership. We refused to drive it and said it had to be towed due to the fact that it had already overheated and we didn't want to risk more damage. Its a good thing we were insistent because it turns out that a tech forgot to put our coolant back into our vehicle. Driving a car without coolant can cause serious irreversible damage. I am deeply concerned about what damage was done to our car from that 15 mile car ride home. We finally have our car back and as of right now, in working condition, but my car starter no longer works. It feels like a constant losing battle to get decent service at fox subaru. We own a small family business that has been servicing our vehicles at fox ford for over 20 years and we have always had great experiences there. I don't think asking for someone to be able to answer the phone during business hours is requesting a lot. The non-existent communication and customer care is why we will never be purchasing another Subaru, despite the fact that I love my car. I reached out to the General Manager, Ryan Coe, and he did not acknowlege that they didn't put coolant back in our vehicle. He blamed the phone system and thanked me for my feedback. read more

Took it to Fox Subaru for a recall and for the 30,000 mine service. On the good side I got it in on time and it was done reasonably close to expectations. On the bad side, a service that is primarily inspections was done poorly. For example, tire pressure was never checked and corrected. I checked it just before taking it in and all tires were 3 to4 #s lite. They all still were untouched after. Small item but makes you wonder what they really check on their list. Also, overcharged. The 30,000 service has a set hourly time value to it for everything to be done. They charged that number of hours. But I had taken air filter changes off the list. One of those in particular, the cabin filter, takes a while. They didn't discount the hours for that. Again poor attention to the detail that matters in customer service. read more

It was unsatisfying enough that I came and got my vehicle even before any work started. Actually before they even took a look at it. I had oil leaks bad enough that it leaves puddles and will overheat if I don't keep putting more oil in. I dropped my Outback off the night before my 10:45am appt on 6/1 because I have children and waiting around at the shop during the work would not have been ideal. The morning of, I received a text from Rudy who said I could text him any time while my car was there. Almost 2 hours after my appointment started I hadn't heard anything and texted for a status. It shouldn't take 2 hours to look at a car to verify there's oil leaks. I worried they had started working on the oil leaks without calling first as I requested them not to do. I got no reply and called. Someone transferred me to Rudy. He said they were backed up from Saturday jobs and I understand that happens. I had no issue and expected it. Rudy told me no work would be done before they called me. He also told me I was next in line as soon as the crew got back from lunch. I was perfectly pleased with that. Then I waited. And waited. It was around 4 o'clock that I realized they still hadn't looked at it yet and I was just done. I understand things get behind in a shop but when you're told they will look at it next and 4 hours later they still haven't, I just feel lied to. And there was a simple thing they could have done to keep me from feeling that way...communication. Obviously some other job was a higher priority and paid more and I'm just one guy who's business doesn't matter much to a big company like this. I had apprehension about bringing my vehicle to a dealership service department because of that and wasn't surprised. Only thing now was to just go get my car and take it somewhere else. I texted Rudy and asked what time they closed. He replied with "7pm" and that was all. No update or anything. I didn't ask about the status of the car since I was done wasting time. I got a ride back up to the dealership after 6pm and asked for my keys. I asked for my key and a guy at the desk checked his computer and said they hadn't even looked at my car yet. He seemed annoyed at that. I said, "that's why I'm here to get it." I also asked why that happened if it was supposed to be the next one in line after lunch. I didn't get the name of the guy I spoke to there but had the impression it was Rudy as he seemed to know exactly why I was there for my keys and immediately went into trying to explain how he was wronged by someone else at the shop who moved another job in ahead of mine after lunch. It wasn't his fault apparently and he wanted to make sure I was perfectly clear on that before I left. He left to pull my car around front for me. As soon as he got out of my car, he felt the need to remind me it wasn't his fault again. He jumped back into defensive mode saying he wasn't trying to give me excuses but then gave me excuses about how there's two teams of people who coordinate vehicle repairs and only one team of mechanics. And it was the other lady's team who pushed another car in ahead of mine. Not once did he ever do anything to try and keep my business. Didn't offer to get my car in next, he didn't even say sorry, he just wrote me off and proved that I wasn't a priority. Which was fine, I already wrote off Fox Subaru. I didn't care how your internal system is set up. I just wanted my car back so I could take it to a mechanic who doesn't try to disguise "It's not my fault" as an apology. I've wasted enough time trying to get this done. All in all, I wasn't upset with the delays. I expected them at a dealership. But communication is easy...for anyone despite the size of the business. If some rival competitor team of Rudy's had snuck another job in ahead of mine, so be it. But a text or call saying it would be delayed further should have happened. If you promise something to a customer, you should follow through. If circumstances are out of your control, you keep the customer in the loop. That's all you can do and the customer usually understands. That's just how the generation I'm from treats people from whom they want business. And I don't think I'm more than a few years younger than Rudy. He should know that; he just has more important things to care about. And imagine if I had waited there for the 8 hours with my kids for nothing to happen. Like I said, I expected most of this to happen. I was content with just getting my car and taking it somewhere else. I wouldn't even be writing this review and wouldn't have more than frustration at a slight inconvenience if it weren't for them forcing down my throat how wronged THEY were internally. Last week my wife and I visited Fox Subaru. We have a 1999 Legacy SUS that we are planning on putting some money into because it has been such a great car during the ten years we've driven it and we plan on driving it for many more. Since Fox is the Subaru dealer in GR we thought they would be our best option for parts and service. We walked into the service department to see two techs behind desks, one eating take-out and the other playing games on his phone, neither of which took the time to greet us let alone ask if they could help. After an awkward pause we walked through the door to the cashier's desk and waited for the customer in front of us to finish, only to be told by the cashier that we'd have to see the techs ... yes, the ones who had already ignored us. When we finally got the attention of lunch tech and began giving him our vehicle info, he practically rolled his eyes when he asked, "1999?" I said, "Yes, 1999. It's a great car." At that point I had already nearly decided this wasn't working, and when he put our appointment out in January I politely said, "Never mind. We will go elsewhere." Rarely have I ever seen such a lack of courtesy or professionalism. Apparently Fox Subaru and I are in agreement that they neither want or need my business. Brought my car in for a timing belt and oil pump replacement. On the drive home, I suddenly ended up with heating issues and a check engine light. After another repair and 3 more times going back and forth, I was quoted another thousand dollars in repairs I decided to cut my losses and try to work on it when I had time. Went to Fox Subaru and wanted to look at a new car. First of all no place to park and when parked not in a spot, trying to stay off of the main path, we went inside. We looked around, looked at some sales people who stared back at us blankly, and finally went outside to look in the window of a model not on the showroom floor. The Express lanes are really nice for quick services such as oils changes, tire repairs, etc. I just drive up when it is convenient for me and I am out in no time. I took my 2020 Outback to Fox to get the driver window fixed (it wouldn't go up and down reliably) and all they did was replace the battery - they said that was causing the problem. Carfax shows a new battery installed 4/7/22 and this supposed repair in Grand Rapids was on 9/28/22. About 6 months on a battery! And they charged over $400 to replace a battery that was fine. Never did fix the window or any of the electrical issues we had. Another repair center found the window track in the door defective and repaired it. Unless you have gobs of money to just throw around for kicks, do NOT use this dealership! read more

I will NEVER EVER go back to your dealership again. My daughter got an oil change and her air filters changed on 8/27/21. She told you she was driving her 2012 Outback to Colorado. Well guess what, her oil drain plug blew on 196 in Benton Harbor (see Zielke Towing, Benton Harbor review) on 9/06/21. This could have been an easy tragedy. No one, not one person at Subaru Emergency roadside assistance would help in any way, nothing. But that is a different issue. I have questioned your service department in the past (over charging, or simply not knowing what you are doing). We have purchased all of our Subaru's from your dealership, and I am done. I will never ever go back. I am so grateful for Zielke Towing. I am so grateful that she did not get hit by another car. I am so grateful her engine did not blow up. Not only did you NOT service her car properly, but you did not even put the type of oil in her car that you charged her for. I cannot understand how you remain in business. You have permanently lost mine. I will be contacting Subaru corporate to report this and how it was mishandled by your service and Roadside Assistance department. Fox Subaru - Oil pouring from her 2012 Outback. - Car Dealers Near Me - Grand Rapids, Michigan

I had heard many great things about Fox Subaru so I was initially excited to purchase a car through them. My experience has been less than stellar. Once the final quote was settled, everything went downhill. 1) Paid a deposit on a Tuesday. Car was scheduled to be delivered to dealership on Friday. I had to ask the salesman what I should do to speed up the process once the car arrived. I supplied all the information I was told to provide. Friday comes, no call. Reach out once again and told I won't be able to pick up the car (initially planned to have out-of-state co-signer) until possibly Monday but they would send the paperwork Saturday. Salesman said I would be contacted Saturday. Next day, no call. Send email stating my frustrations and expecting a call Monday morning. Monday: No call until 3:30 PM when I'm already driving to dealership to get my deposit back. They say I can finally meet with the business manager. Wait for over 2 hours for a 5 minute conversation to then wait another 2 hours for paperwork. But we finally get the car that night. 2) Chose to get a hitch installed. Salesman told me to call the shop to get part ordered and then dealership would handle everything else. I did this, and the shop had no clue what I was talking about. Called salesman who said he would take care of it. Parts came in, still in the time period where I did not have the vehicle, shop still had no clue what I was saying. 3) Paid for extra service requiring another appointment. Day I picked up vehicle, salesman said he would call me the next day (Tuesday) to schedule this service and hitch installation for Friday. Did not get a call. I called and sent an email Wednesday and did not get a reply until Thursday. Said there was an appointment Friday morning, I asked about a loaner, at first seemed hesitant about this but would follow up with me to confirm. I get no confirmation so I don't think I have the appointment set. Sent text Thursday night, no reply. Friday morning after I have now driven to work, I get a reply that he has a loaner vehicle for the appointment I didn't know was confirmed. 4) Only received 1 key, was told 2nd key would be ordered. Can you guess if I've heard back about this key yet? I was mildly frustrated before, but this whole experience has completely made me lose any trust in Fox Subaru. All in all, not impressed. After an oil change on March 4 at Fox Subaru noticed some oil spots on garage floor on April 2. Took it back to service department that day, and was told it was not from their work but another location. Scheduled first available appointment for April 10, 8 a.m. when they would also do a recall repair. Estimated time: 1 and 1/2 hours. On April 10 they had no record of my appointment and said I would have to leave the car till Monday the 13th. Later on the 10th received an estimate of more than $1600 for fixing leak. Also a notice that car was due for major 60,000 mile service for another $600. I said I just had that. Response: oh, our tech must have missed that. When I went to dealer to pick up car, entered wearing a mask cause of virus. Got to hallway to service where there was a tape barrier, and someone without mask tells me i will have to go back through showroom cause they are closed. I point out that the entry door should be locked with a sign telling people how to enter. He says "don't get pissed". All in all, not a good set of experiences. read more

I have had two experiences here. Once brought my car in for minor service and requested they also check the software in my navigation system. They forgot nav is still unusable. The second time I tried to schedule service for a Urgent Safety Recall. The earliest appointment was six months out. I ended up calling Subaru Factory Service and they called and spoke to the service manager. He said he would call me and get me in sooner and agreed this was unreasonable. He never called. If you want good work done on your vehicle, take it anywhere but Fox Subaru. Their service department has damaged multiple vehicles that we have brought in, nearly caused an accident when a repair failed and have never taken any kind of responsibility when they are confronted. Recalls that were quoted to be done in 2 hours have resulted in cars staying at the dealership for 7 days due techs breaking components. They will try to hide their mistakes and unless you inspect your cars after getting them back, I would have no confidence in their work. My family has bought no less than 5 Subarus and we have loved the cars over more than 15 years of ownership. We do our own maintenance on the vehicles and know the cars inside and out, and really take pride in keeping them immaculate. We only take the cars to Fox Subaru for recalls because of the poor experiences we have had there. The first problems with this dealership were when there was a recall on a brake line that could rust and burst. Within 3 years of having the dealership "fix" the brake lines, both vehicles that had been serviced experienced brake line ruptures, exactly where the recall had specified a problem, in one case nearly causing an accident. When confronted about the botched repairs, the service manager said that "other things cause brake lines to rupture" and only relented when I brought documentation from Subaru of America with how they should have repaired the lines. With the Takata airbag recalls the entire dash has to be removed on Gen 4 Subarus to replace the passenger airbag. On all 3 cars we brought to Subaru, they damaged the dashboards when prying them, leaving chunks missing right in the center above the radio, and broke the mounting tabs for the dash leaving it loose.The dealership actually returned all the cars to us without mentioning the obvious gouges in the dash. Their only excuse when confronted with the damaged it is that "it is difficult to take the dashboard out". They seem to forget that it is their job to not damage your car when working on it, and try to make you feel bad that you would want your car returned to you how you brought it in. It is not the customers concern if a recall is hard to complete, that falls to the dealership and Subaru of America to figure out. It is also worth mentioning is that the "repair" they do to the dashes after damaging them involves essentially melting a stick of plastic into the gouges. This then degrades after 6 months and does not match the pattern of the surrounding plastic, leaving a permanent blemish. This service department has been deceitful, disrespectful and tried to hide their mistakes thinking that you will take their word at face value, and not know how to call them on their poor work. If you value your vehicle take it anywhere else. It's really disappointing because before Fox owned this dealership it was fantastic. It's been a a handful of months now since I purchased my Subaru here. I had my previous car for almost 14 years and, since it was paid off, was hesitant about adding a car payment to my life. We are Subaru lifers and finally decided it was time to become a two car family. We drove our 12 year old Forester to Fox and started looking at new 2019 Outbacks. We were greeted by Nick who provided awesome service, was super friendly to our toddler, and found us the car we wanted within an hour. When we picked the car up to drive home the next day, Nick had homemade cookies for our kiddo and had programmed great radio stations into the car. He synced my phone, changed the clock to Illinois time (where we live), and gave us a really informative lesson in the Outback's features. The people of Fox did not try to up-sell us at all. It was the best car experience ever. Highly recommend this group and Nick! read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. Took my vehicle in after a recall notice (AKA Subaru made a mistake and now I have to take my time to bring my car in for them to correct their mistake) Was quoted 6-7 hours for the recall service and I was sent on my way. After waiting for an hour I asked if it was possible to get a loaner since I didn't really have 6 more hours to wait outside. I was told they hadn't even started on my car yet, but they could get it done in 20 min (they REALLY didn't want to give me a loaner) I continued to wait outside for another hour. After I asked again when my car would be finished the customer service rep finally replied after no response for 15 minutes. I also let a service worker know there was a dead bird outside the service area (gross) he said he saw it- after waiting 2 hours outside and staring at this dead bird I told a supervisor about the bird as clearly the service worker saw it and ignored it. So I come into town from Chicago to take care of my mothers Outback at Fox Subaru as its the only Subaru dealer in Grand Rapids and the service is relatively good - Its just not what I am use to at the Subaru dealers that I have been to in Phoenix and Chicago on my own Outback - I am use to the extra service like being walked to the cashier and being given the inspection form for the vehicle that shows the fluids and such . Also I cannot find any coupons for service like on my Subaru dealer in Chicago or Phoenix - I guess when you are the only game in town you dont need to do the extras - but it is still decent enough and the service cashier is always extra nice. read more

2019 Subaru, purchased Nov. 2019, back of passenger side mirror fell off, probably at car wash. I was told the part was in stock, made appt. that day and drove to dealership. After 45 minutes was told the part needed to be sent out for paint and I would be contacted within a "couple of days". Eleven days later I call them. The person I dealt with in service wasn't in, no one else in service knows anything about the part and the parts dept. has "no recollection" of sending it out for paint, and so I still wait.....This is definitely not the stellar service that they advertise. read more

Worst dealership (service department) I have ever been to. They screwed up my 60K mile maintenance service, ended up with fuel line broken under the hood only after 1.5 week after this big service while driving on a busy highway during rush hour. Had to call corporate Subaru to get them taking this big mistake seriously as I have extended warranty of the car. Poor communication - lied to me several times about the timing on getting my car fixed. Father-in-law had also negative experience here. He came here (after 6-month wait time) to get the recall on fuel gauge meter fixed, waited for 30-min and told it was completed. It turned out they never worked on it after he received another letter from Subaru about the recall. He spoke to the manager and was told to schedule another appointment. The 2nd time around, the appointment took 1.5-hr and finally it was fixed. Will never come back here. Chronic reedy, dishonest and untrustworthy personnel. Only work on money-making cases and de-prioritize or refuse work request on warranty. Even if you have a warranty, they quote to charge you money and did not mention about your warranty coverage. Do NOT come here if you want your Subaru last as long as it could be, and if you want a good customer service that everyone deserves as a customer. read more

Writing this review on behalf of my mom, she went in to fix her car that was hit due to a negligent driver. Her insurance advised her to take her car to this place to get fixed. Not only did they complete the fixes sooner than estimated but they were also very nice and friendly. Keep up the good work!!! read more

I just moved to the Grand Rapids area and caught a rock to the windshield of my Forester along the way. A replacement for these windshields cannot be resolved by a quick call to Safelite and it's a groanworthy pricetag to boot (if you know, you know). Thankfully Allix at Fox Subaru and Nicole at Clear Image Auto Glass teamed up to get my car back to looking good as new within a few days (scheduling etc). From drop off to communication about pick up I couldn't be happier with how I was treated. They even washed my car - which is typical for Subaru - but honestly, I didn't expect that today since I had a new windshield replaced. This was sort of a big deal to me because a clean, shiny car is my jam and it's been driving me crazy that I couldn't go detail it. I'm looking forward to working with the Fox Subaru crew for future service and Subaru stuff. Thanks y'all for a great experience! read more
