Enjoyed the best couples facials just in time for Valentine's! Our skin feels so soft, moisturized and glowing after our amazing facial experience by Millette. She is amazing and experienced and know her craft. She cares about her clients. The place is easy to find. It is nice and clean. There are lots of good restaurants around too, in case you want to dine after a great facial. I love that she uses natural products. I've had dry skin and after using her products my skin feels so hydrated and glowing. I use the gel cleanser and moisturizer, and vitamin C that she recommended me to use. Her products are awesome. Wonderful experience getting an all natural and vegan facial from Millette! First off she was really easy to book an appointment with and responded right away. She was super flexible and even let me change my apt time last minute. It was me and my boyfriends 4 year anniversary and we hadn't had a facial in years. In fact my boyfriend never had one and was really excited. He had a huge blackhead on his nose for like a whole year and she got it out right away. He was so happy(and I am too haha). What drew me to Millette, which was all the way in Torrence so quite far from us, was that it was vegan and all natural. I didn't want any toxic chemicals on my face and I couldn't find any other place that offered it for her prices. She doesn't have many reviews right now but the ones she does have were all five stars so I felt I trusted her, and I'm so glad I did because the facial met all my expectations and more. It was so so so relaxing and she was really easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable. Best face massage, neck, shoulder, and hand massage. Even a nice little foot squeeze which I so appreciated(To be honest I was praying for a full on foot massage! Haha maybe I can pay extra for that next time). I didn't want it to end. It's the next day and my face looks so nice and the chin acne I had that she did a bunch of extractions on looks SO MUCH BETTER. I'm in awe. I want to come back to see her in two months. I originally found Millette on Groupon and was intrigued by the "vegan facials" she promoted. Instead of purchasing straight from there, I called and scheduled my appointment with her. On the day of my appointment (saturday), she and I chatted about my previous experiences with facials, my current skin care routine, and about life in general. She was very easy to talk to. Once I filled out her paperwork, I was brought back to her little spa room, and had me do the usual- undress the top half, put on the towel robe, take off my shoes, and shimmy under the blanket on top of her table. Once I was ready to go, she began the facial. She started to cleanse, and then examined my face under the light. She asked if she could do an add-on (the diamond peel and oxygen mask), to which I replied I was comfortable with adding both, never having done an oxygen mask before, but having done multiple sessions of diamond peels/microdermabrasion before. After about an hour and a half, my facial was complete. My face felt so amazing! She did end my facial with an amazing massage of my head, neck, shoulders, arms and feet. She asked if I was going to apply make-up after (which I wasnt) so she instructed me to keep up with my current skin care routine, but add in 2 more products from her arsenal. My total came out to a little more than what I was paying before (since I did add-ons and paid for products) and she scheduled me for another appointment 2 weeks from that day. I continued to go about my day, and I realized that I was scratching my face a lot, particularly my cheeks and chin area. I didn't think twice about it. The next morning (sunday), I woke up with scaly, extremely dry skin from my cheeks down. I tried to wash my face and do my complete skin care routine, but it burned. I thought I was having an allergic reaction to something I ate the day before because my skin was so itchy. I did cold ice packs on my face to knock down the swelling and cut the itchiness. My family had pointed out that it looked like i was sun burned, but i spent less than 5 hours in the sun post-facial in the past 2 days. I contacted Millette the next morning (monday), and she told me "it's not unusual [for a diamond peel], you had told me you had done [it] before, but I think i got carried away in the areas youre talking about". I was not happy at that moment. My skin was RAW from how aggressive the diamond peel was, which is why it was scaly. If I said that I hadn't done a diamond peel in over a year, I do question why you would aggressively attack my skin. She suggested I come by the spa later that day (after work) so she could give me another cream. So after work I went, and the cream helped soothe my skin. She apologized for going overboard on the diamond peel, and later agreed to comp my next facial. I hope to update this upon my next facial, as I do not doubt her capabilities as an esthetician. read more

I came here for my first ever facial and Millette was so sweet and made sure to clarify any questions and or concerns I had, while explaining to me, step by step, each of the procedures which made me feel so comfortable. Talking to her about my skin as well as my personal life really made me feel at ease. I'm writing this after my second follow up facial I had with her and I can honestly say that I've not felt this confident walking around without any make up on in SO long. I truly owe it to Millette and I can't wait to come back and have her do more facials on me in the future. If you're on the fence about going here or going to get a facial in general; do it! I've had facials before & thought they were amazing... until I had a facial by Millette. My facial was beyond the best I've ever had! I love her choice of vegan products. Two days later my face sill looks & feels amazing. This place was amazing! It was super relaxing. Millette made sure I was comfortable by playing ambient music . The sureoundings were very clean. The facial felt really good , and my skin was so glowy and smooth afterwards. Millette also gave me skincare tips! I highly reccomend this place , and would love to come back UPDATE (6/4) So i got a 2nd facial because I enjoyed my first one alot! She gave me a free large sample sized product for my acne and she now has a massage table that she switches on during part of the facial. I went the other day to get just my eyebrows done! And found out that i could get a facial for around $50 it was the best facial hands down. Afterwards my skin was super glowy and moisturized which usually never happens. It was definitely worth the hour facial she takes very good care of you and checks on you constantly!
