Going through placement of a loved one can be an emotional roller coaster. I've seen the worst come out in some family members when mom or dad start to decline. This really feels a lot more like a home than a facility - you don't fear your loved one will be lost in the shuffle or forgotten about like you might have concerns about a large facility. The two staff members are SO warm, considerate, and friendly. They check in often to make sure my dad has everything he needs and is comfortable - always with a smile on their faces. They go above and beyond. And they're likewise kind and warm with family members as well, bringing in chairs so everyone has a place to sit when visiting. The food is well balanced and home cooked. My dad likes the food and always says how well everyone takes care of him there. We do have some experience with other board and care facilities from when my mom could no longer stay at home. PrimeCare is really a lot better than what we've seen in the past. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones, and feel lucky to have found them to take in our dad.

She is truly one of the most helpful, compassionate, and dedicated nurses I've ever met. Alejandra always goes the extra mile whether it's making sure my grandpa is comfortable, taking time to chat with him, or checking in with me personally to give updates on how he's doing. I really appreciate how she keeps me informed about his health and well-being; it means so much to know he's in such good hands. Her kindness and patience shine through in everything she does. She is absolutely the worst she does not care about the patient's. She will lie and tell you she will do something and never does. There are so many examples I could give, the first one is that my mother in law was supposed to be admitted to Brittany House, the day before, Erin went on a three week vacation. She did not communicate with her staff so my mother in law had to wait another three weeks in a skilled nursing facility. After we decided this was not a good fit for my MIL because she is very active and needs socialization, and this is one of the least active assisted living facilities I've ever seen. We needed a verification that my MIL was discharged to be able to qualify for in home supportive services. I called Erin she said she would email it, she didn't. After I sent the email to the business office I finally got what we needed. If possible you should avoid this facility. After I complained about Erin she sent me a email and said, she isn't responsible to do anything after the patient is discharged.

She helped me get my mom in. Evergreen made my mom comfortable and pain-free; her RN Vince was very caring and helped my mom alleviate her pain. RN Ronel was very sweet and kind; he gave my mom a sponge bath on the last day of her passing. I met Dr. Frilling he was very kind and compassionate. For a short time, they made my mom comfortable, and we, her family, were very happy for their service.
