When you tell this to them, they say it's just policy. Policies that aren't secure or user friendly should be called out by customers. Second thing is that the front office person is exceptionally rude and lazy. It's funny how those two qualities always go together. A receptionist is supposed to be at the front office during work hours. When a person comes up and says they can do the form in person, you don't insist that they do it online if you care about your business. Hwang Family Chiropractic is the best chiropractic facility that I've ever been to, and Dr. Hwang is the best chiropractic doctor that has ever treated me - bar none! Dr. Hwang has heavily invested in his practice in terms of the latest equipment and tools to help his patients recover. I was beyond impressed to see that he has many rooms in the facility and each room has specialized equipment to diagnose and treat his patients for a myriad of ailments. He has top of the line equipment such as a spinal decompressor machine, Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy machines, and much more.
