I feel totally confident in using J &G again. They are very credible and very professional. Decided on them after reading all the positive reviews. While they did a pretty good job of cleaning our house after renters had moved out, they did damage the finish on several of our chrome fixtures. I specifically asked the crew that was sent out if they used abrasives to clean the fixtures and was told "no" but after inspecting the first bathroom they cleaned noticed scratches all over the faucets and bathtub fixtures. One of them showed me the green scouring pad they used to take off the water spots! After speaking to the owner, Jessica, she apologized and told me she would give me a discount/refund. That was two weeks ago and still haven't seen a check. But they did a nice job cleaning our blinds and patio screen tracks (which costs extra). Wish they had stopped cleaning when they saw they were scratching the finish on our fixtures though.

At one point they accidentally broke one of my glass ceiling fan light covers which was concerning but without even telling me they had already gone out to buy not one but three new ones just in case they didn't match and reinstalled! Commuication was top notch and I was told the exact process of everything and honestly I was sad seeing my place so clean! I wanted to move back in! I would highly recommend this company.

It took these ladies hours to get the house cleaner than I thought possible, from the red dirt stains in the bathtub to the red dirt stains on the shutters to the red dirt...well, everywhere. Ah the joys of living with open windows in Makakilo! They were polite, they were punctual, and they were positive that they could tackle the list. We turned the keys in this morning and had only a few small nitpicks from the property manager. We've rented enough places to know to always arrive at the turn in with windex and paper towels in hand, and nothing else was needed. I found Suite Services thanks to Yelp's helpful project quote service. I answered a few quick questions about what I needed and when, and Yelp did the rest, sending inquiries to the businesses it thought might be able to help. Everything was organized under one messenger heading, and I was able to interact with the business owners directly through the app. So convenient, and it netted me not one but two companies that I would hire again without hesitation!

I recall them asking me if I'd like them to throw it out, I also said to leave it on the side. When I checked my cupboards later on, a lot of food was missing. After further checking so was my gate remote. I do not know if they planned on coming back later to rob my place but at great expense I had the codes redone. They also dumped, I mean dumped a whole lot of stuff that they didn't put away on the counter so it was not usable. Terrible. They came next day and tried to remedy the situation, too late. Arguing with the Boss did no good, so we settled on a refund of $100.00 to me. I would not hire this company at all nor trust them alone in my home. I am now getting texts from the owner threatening to sue me for slander. This guy Brad is a bit too much if you write a bad review on his company. I've had about 7 texts in the last few minutes and two phone calls. If you hire them be prepared to deal with the wrath of his anger in the aftermath. Emailed 2 more times asking for receipt of service and refund and get an email back saying I'm threatening them?!?! It is now June 10th How long does it take to mail something in Hawaii FROM Hawaii. Personality wise the owner is very positive and confident, and you feel like you can trust him to do a good job. Like others have noted, though, it's not the best cleaning you could pay for. He tends to go for 'hot spots,' areas you might think need some extra work, but leaves the rest of the spots relatively untouched. For example: sinks scrubbed clean but counters left with grime and dust all over them. The carpet cleaning was fine but nothing special. Like the regular cleaning it's superficial and not very thorough (corners where carpet meets the baseboards don't get cleaned well). Found the price to be reasonable for what was done, so I didn't feel taken advantage of. If you're looking for a quick clean that will probably pass your rental inspection they're fine. But if you're looking to actually live in the place being cleaned, maybe look elsewhere.

Awesome customer service Okihime Cleaning Services. I did read several of the (1) star reviews prior to arranging the appointment which more or less stated that the customers either could not get a response from the company or that there was some sort of scheduling issue. I should have listened to my gut and stayed away. This is definitely not a company that I would put my trust in.
