The only reason I picked this place was due to an emergency pedicure. But trust me . It was my first and last The guy didn't know how to properly cut nails , or cuticles.. he was digging and cutting on my skin -- a super ouch experience . Then the scrub was the worst part . I feel like I'm going to have to do my own scrubbing when I get home to get that extra baby feet feeling ; seemed like he was scared to use it . Nicole is such a sweet woman and she took such great care of my nails. I got a simple gel manicure and 2 of my nails had bubbles in it and Grace fixed it right away with a smile on her face. She was so pleasant to sit with & we had great small talk. About the place itself... Its definitely a small place (only 3 nail chairs and 2 pedicure chairs), but it's clean! It's also a great spot if you're looking to do something simple! Not a super wide color selection, but it gets the job done. Pricing... I got a gel manicure for $20 + 20% tip, which isn't bad AT ALL. I love this hidden gem & I will definitely be back! They just scored a new customer! My friend also got acrylics done by Jay, and she was awesome! I love it when Nichole was there, she always does my nails great. But the other day I went , she wasn't there. Her employees were. Without her , they rush and are very disrespectful. They called my friend and I picky because we told them to fix something since it wasn't what we wanted. When everything was finished, we didn't get what we wanted. So we didn't give them a tip since it took them 2 hours and 30 minutes to get a basic full set. So wen we walked out , they called us cheap. They didn't know that I knew how to speak Chinese too. I've gone here twice now for gels because of the cheap prices. The first time they lasted decently for about 10 days. By 14 days, 2 whole nails had completely come off and the remained were peeling up on all edges. The nail tech had also gotten the polish all over my cuticle which required 2 other techs to try and cut and file it off since it's not like normal nail polish. On my second visit, the tech applied 3 coats, with drying under the UV and all before deciding that the nail polish was too old and dry. After a full hour she had to soak the polish off in acetone, file my nails down again, and start over. I was super unhappy about the waste of time and the extra damage to my nails. It's straight acetone! And then the scraping and filing...no good. Once i had a new color, the tech applied only 2 coats of color which didn't full cover my nails. You can still see translucent areas through the polish. So after THREE days this started to chip. Now on day 5 I have 2 huge chips missing and it's peeling up on 3 other nails. Going somewhere else for my next gels. As for the shop itself... The inside is dated and small but the employees are nice. The owner does seem to really push her employees around and kinda yells orders to them in front of clients...I hate to say that because she's actually really friendly to the customers but it makes me feel really weird when she does it. read more

Very unprofessional. I called at noon for a 4:30 appointment for a friend and I. When they started my friends nails at 5:00, another client who had been waiting prior to us arriving, was obviously angry, as she should be, since she had foil sitting on her nails for almost an hour. After waiting an hour past my appointment time they were finally ready to start my manicure to which I said no thank you. I came in for a walk-in and both workers were already working on 2 girls. The one worker called Nicole who came in for me. I'm not sure if she was already on her way or not but I was very impressed. I'm giving it four stars because the technician was really pleasant, price was good and her pedicure lasted so far two weeks. I usually go to my mother in laws but was in hurry and this is around the corner from me. The place needs a lot of work. There is a couch by the entrance covered in brown spot. I would not sit on that. My hot towel had nail polish stains and their nail polish selection is very small. But my tech took her time and game a really nice and lengthy massage. I would go back regardless of the things I mentioned. If you like clean high end nail salons, with a lot of nail color selection this place is not it. What can I say? The prices are CHEAP, but the service are INCREDIBLE! Unlike other nail salons, the staff members take their time to satisfy my obsessive compulsive needs for perfect-ness. Lol. It is a small business FYI. Their rush hour is around 4 to 7 pm, so go there earlier, if you don't like to wait. I wanted to try a new nail salon & came across this one because it had relatively good reviews/ratings. However, I was so disappointed and disgusted. I asked the guy the second that I got in the seat for a pedicure if they take out ingrown toenails.. they reassured me that they can. But they're still there and I can still feel them. Instead, the man kept digging into my skin and hurting me. I kept saying "Ouch" and "stop" but he kept going and left a bit of a scar. The man used some sort of scrubber on my feet but I watched the lady use it on the girl next to me. Guess how he cleaned the scrubber... just wiped it on the dirty towel that my nails and cuticles were all over. Not a pleasant experience. Idk about anyone else, but when I get my nails done I really look for cleanliness and there was none shown at this salon. They just wipe everything off with a towel. They don't even spray it with any sort of cleaner/disinfectant. There were two people in there waiting to get their nails done so I feel like the lady rushed my gel manicure. She also cut me which still hurts. I went to wash my hands and the supplies from the previous pedicure was in the sink.. DISGUSTING. In the picture, you can tell that she left the gel glue on my fingers and didn't even bother to take it off or the excess nail polish around my cuticles. I never experienced so much pain while getting a pedicure/manicure when all I wanted to do was relax. PSA: they also had a pest control, which in my opinion, should not be out in the open!! read more

Walking by this place, I saw a sign for $38 mani-pedi... I obviously had to try it. It was my friends birthday, so I thought it was the perfect time to go. As soon we we walked in we were greeted and led to the chair to start our pedis. About 5 minutes into our pedis two girls came in for their appointment. It seems as if there was some confusion, and the nail technicians thought we were the girls with an appointment. It was all down hill from there. The lady working on my feet began rushing through my pedicure. Literally it lasted a total of 15 minutes. It was sloppily done, and overall not relaxing because for the most part all she did was paint my toe nails. Before it ended the girls with the appointment left, which made me think the manicure would be better... WRONG. That was also super rushed. My friend and I started our mani-pedis at the same time, but my pedi was completed 20-25 minutes before hers. Are you kidding me? As I was getting my nails done, I watched as my friend was getting an actual relaxing pedicure. When my fingernails were done, my friend's pedicure hadn't even finished. Although it's unacceptable for them to rush through their services, it made it worse since my friend and I came in for the same services together (and we were the only two people in the salon). I sat there for 50 minutes waiting for my friend's mani to be completed. Half the things that they did on her nails, hadn't been done to mine. Overall a very disappointing experience. read more

I hate to write a bad review, but this place was terrible. It took them 2 hours to do a mani/pedi. My friend's gel manicure took over an hour because the man painted over her cuticles and one of the ladies had to redo everything. I had air bubbles in my manicure and my toe polish was smudged and in my skin. The lady who did my friend's nails didn't know how to do nail designs. Techno-club music was blasting the whole time.
