I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment but they were able to seat me straight away. Linda was WONDERFUL. She checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was happy with my nails, she even hand mixed the polish for me so the color would match the photo I showed her. I walked in without an appointment at 5:30 and didn't have to wait. Bo got right to work and is one of the most professional nail technicians I've ever worked with. She told me about the history of the business, introduced me to all her colleagues, and said I have nice feet. Even better, she used a tool which softened my bunions and dry skin. It must have taken at least a year or two off my feet. The best part about Lotus is the quick yet thorough service and the welcoming atmosphere. While my nails dried, Virginia patiently listened as I told her all about the latest boy who broke my heart. It felt really good to get validation, and she made me genuinely laugh. The staff at Lotus does a great job of fostering connections with and amongst their clients. We all celebrated another client's recent divorce and discussed ideas for a "divorce party" which was fun and funny. If you haven't gotten a pedicure here yet, what are you doin??? It's the middle of summer and your feet need to look as good as my feet do now. Don't waste your time (literally) at another nail salon if you live in the neighborhood.
