This is a sketchy unprofessional place that cheap people go to... case in point... my parents…read more They got their old 2012 German vehicle serviced here 4 months ago in early June.. $1466 seems unusually high for a battery fuel punp and control module for a vehicle that is unlikely to even sell for that amount... and they seem to trust the owner my Mom calls "Sigh" or "Shy" but is probably Syed. So the car's "new" battery is dead now and Syed says he is not able able to hire a tow truck driver... or so he says and cant tow the car 2 miles in... but gives me a card to someone else. Gonzalez Go... and this guy jumps the battery says its not holding a charge even though the alternator is feeding it. Kicker this referral tow guy says we owe him $80 for the jump... and then says he'll cut it to $40 for cash and that he normally charges $120 in the winter. Uhhm wait a sec. Wilke should be paying for the charge or tow to fix what they charged $1466 for... the car was driven 3 days ago. So I call Wilke who has been dodging my Mom's calls and ignored the 3-4 messages left over 2 days. So Gonzalez Go blocks the driveway and says hes not leaving until he gets $40. I get a receipt from this character to get reimbursement from Wilke before my mom says she doesnt have cash and says follow her to Wilke... which this guy seems reluctant to do... and says he has appts to get to... but sits there trying to extort $40 for 20min. The car stops running as I am yelling at Wilke on the phone and Gonzalez seems to notice and says never mind and takes.off. WTAF ... update as of Oct. They fixed the after two weeks of leaving it there... and tried to charge for it. Yeah right. How new is this battery... ?

I towed it to Wilke, and Syed looked it over and told me the only thing wrong with it was the brakes. He replaced all my brakes for an absolutely super reasonable price, and did so quickly. I received confirmation of my reservation to pick up here. The day of my pick up I received a call from a woman saying it had to be cancelled. No solution offered. The reason given? You shouldn't reserve on line. I should have called in. So then why even offer online reservation? Why work with a truck rental company that you know you can't support the reservations for? Budget offered me no help either. I had to find a last minute truck the day of my move. The stress of that should not have happened. Do not rent a truck here. They cannot be trusted to keep confirmed reservations!

A complete analysis of the car was done which demonstrated that the car was really not worth fixing given the age and miles. When the car was put on the lift, they said I needed suspension replaced and rear shocks replaced. I had them replace the shocks for $200. I had another garage replace the suspension. The garage also told me that the "new" shocks were leaking oil. I went back to E & M to complain. They said the shocks were not leaking and were "fine." I brought the car to another 2 garages and both said the shocks were indeed leaking. I had the garage replace them. I went back today for a refund of my $200 but was told I would have to wait for the "manager" because he had the key to the cash register. A "mechanic" told me to wait or return. I told him I live 45 minutes away and wouldn't wait for the manager to mosey over. Hard to believe that no one else had access to the register. All I can say is that E & M Doctors should be charged with malpractice.

Anyways, I had experienced some trans slipping around 130k on my 2013 civic. He suggested getting a product called Dr. Tranny by lubegard (got it on amazon) for him to add after the drain and fill. My car is at 260k and my trans runs nice. Eddie is real nice and a good, down to earth dude. I'm glad I found him.
