Made a pit stop here on a Saturday afternoon after lunch and it did not disappoint. First, there is a lot of parking outside the corner lot. Inside, it's very clean with plenty of seating. The associates greeted me when I came in and allowed me to test out a few flavors before committing to my usual (Black Raspberry Chip is DELICIOUS!). There are so many flavors to choose from that will satisfy anyone's cravings. There is even a freezer to buy pre-scooped ice cream as well that my family got to enjoy later on. read more

This is a nice ice cream shop that I'm sure 1 million people have been to because it's a chain and people like ice cream my wife loves ice cream tremendously so she was very excited and happy to go to graders when I took her out for a surprise date night. I don't eat a lot of sugar I don't eat much sweets so I just try to buy to hers and it was extremely sweet but she really loved it so that's all that matters so I'll give this place a four out of five because the people inside were nice and it was a clean environment read more

Clean, fast -- and they have my favorite ice cream flavor, Graeter's Black Raspberry Chip. What more can you really want? We came to this Graeter's after dinner over the weekend. There was a line when we walked in, but the clerks moved everyone through pretty quickly and with a smile. I love that Graeter's is consistant. You know what to expect from store to store. They don't have a ton of flavors but what they have is well made using the French pot method. The aforementioned black raspberry chip is thick and decadent. The chocolate is some of the best I've tasted, and it's always a fun surprise when you come across a particularly large chunk in the ice cream. Fun fact: They swirl in the chocolate when it's melted, and then it solidifies in the cold ice cream. And if you want a fun treat get your ice cream in a chocolate dipped waffle cone or cup or for an even more fun treat get a chocolate dipped waffle cone or cup with sprinkles. Another tip: Even if you order just one scoop, the scoop will fill whatever receptacle -- cone, cup, waffle cone, etc. -- that you buy with it. So if you're in the mood for a little bit more, get a waffle cone. This Graeter's location also has pints and gallons to take home, at about the same price you find in grocery stores, if not a little cheaper. They also sell cakes. I miss Graeter's already. I think there's a different deal every month. In April, it's buy one, get one free sundaes if it rains. Oh, and it rained on my visit! I love the giant chunks of chocolate chips in a lot of the flavor offerings. My cookie dough chip was more humongo chip than it was cookie dough, but I was fine with that. Ice cream selection was pretty good. Me and my daughter both got Sorbet and it was delicious. My wife got the a chocolate coconut chocolate chip or something like that. She enjoyed it. I wasn't crazy about the price. In total we got 3 scoops, one mini cone, one regular cone, and a bottle water. It was $18 and I gave $2 tip so $20 total. Normally we hit the frozen yogurt shops, but this is close to the house. What I think is so cool is that the employees here are people. Some places seem to have robots working behind the counter that remind me of the It's a Small World ride at Disney. Not here, though. On a recent trip the guy working really went out of his way to interact with our young girls. Hate to admit it but I thought it was fake until I watched him cheerfully interact with each and every family that was in line after us. Little stuff like that is actually big stuff and my girls loved it. Friendly staff just makes ice cream better! They have a great selection and we have yet to go in and have anything that we would not have again. The store is clean, the staff is friendly, the price is right, plenty of parking, and our girls love it. Can't really ask for more than that. read more

When you go Graeter's ice cream store you pay a premium price for what is supposed to be premium ice cream. I would not recommend this place. The ice cream was mostly melted, the whip cream was flat in a hot fudge Sunday. In the root beer float, the ice cream melted before eating it, the root beer was hot and foamed up so there was very little of it. Go to McDonald's the ice cream better and cheaper. read more
