Although the ice cream is delicious, waiting in the drive-through for 20 minutes to get soft serve ice cream is unacceptable and ridiculous. Yes there is a que of cars, and yes someone comes out to you're car to take orders ahead of the receiving window but when the people in the building have no clue what I order it definitely makes the situation even more frustrating and pointless at the same time. I'm a local resident and have been for years. It was super nice to see them re-open and my whole family was very excited and could not wait to go in. I truly hope you work on your poor and slow Service. Hopefully this changes, I won't sit in line for 20 minutes for soft serve ice cream as much as I like you're ice cream. read more

We were staying across the street from them while in town. This place sounded good for an ice cream and coffee. It wasn't-it was GREAT! The fresh coffee, the ice cream was fantastic (I got a Reese's Dream Mountain Glacier- chocolate, peanut butter, and peanut butter cups), and the service was friendly and fast. She even gave me some free ice cream with a milk bone in it for each of my dogs. They were over the moon for that sweet treat. Thank you so much for helping us make a great memory. read more

We love their soft serve. My husband and I are both very lactose intolerant, but going here is worth the pain later. I recently found out from a friend that they give top priority to homeless teenagers when they hire new employees, which makes me want to visit them that much more often. It also means that I will give higher tips to my cashier when I go out there. read more

What the hell. I was super excited that this place had reopened because they USED to be amazing. But now? It's just like every other place out there. I get that you want to cut corners and save costs, increase your profit margins, blah blah blah, but what made this place awesome was the fact that you used real ingredients to make ALL the ice cream. There was a problem with my order. It was supposed to be pulled pork mac n cheese. I talked to two employees the day of the order. they were really nice but didn't have any pulled pork so I had to go back today to get a new order. The woman who helped me today, gave me a new order but her attitude was like she was aggravated and unhappy about giving me a new order. I left with a very negative feeling. read more

The staff handled the grand opening very well for being as busy as they were. I'm visiting family that live in Grand junction. My sister took us there for a lil sweet treat today. We happened to arrive during their "happy hour". 11am-1pm. I ordered a 5 oz swirl of the flavor if the week- buttered beer and chocolate. I know my serving was more than 5oz. Not complaining at all. Buttered beer was yummy. Sort of a butterscotch flavor. Service was good. Atmosphere was inviting and the place was clean. Super awesome classic cars parked out front. The soft serve was very creamy but it melted quickly. But hey, it's summertime and it was 90plus degrees out. Looking forward to going back. read more

We waited in the drive thru line for about 15 minutes, and literally right when we pulled up to the speaker to order, the clock struck 9:00 and a guy came out and told us to leave because they closed at 9. Horrible way to run a business when your turning people away that arrived before 9 and had been waiting in the line. Won't be coming back since they don't value customers. read more

Was really hopeful for the grand opening. Although the new place is beautiful and has a fun atmosphere, the ice cream was incredibly meh. Same soft serve you can find anywhere. Although after writing that I do prefer Sonic over Graff because it's creamy and delicious. This was colored, frozen, sugar water...and for this it was too much $. Sad! I was really hoping for homemade quality! I'd like to think they were just over-run with it being their second week of business but this may be their new normal. Customer service was good. Graff Dairy has amazing ice cream!!! They also have delicious milk and well the eggs are just eggs but they have pretty big crates full of them for cheap. I know most of us just go to the grocery store for that but the ice cream is still totally worth it. :) read more

My experience yesterday makes me sad because I LOVED Graff Dairy before. But we showed up five minutes before closing time at 6 p.m. (what ice cream place closes at 6 in the summer?), eager to try the new place, and were informed that they were CLOSED and no, we could not go in, even though it was not closing time yet. How long does it take to get an ice cream cone? I would understand if they ran out of ice cream or something, but that apparently wasn't the case. I'll think twice about making another attempt to buy ice cream there. read more

Graff Dairy used to be a once amazing place. Homemade ice cream, so fresh you could smell the cows. However now the once delicious frozen treat has been desecrated. They so called bought the recipe, but you can be for certain that it is truly just soft serve. The same processed dessert that you'd get at a local McDonald's. We love the flavor of their milk and of course ice cream shakes etc. We have been a 2 gallon a week milk buyer for years but the milk keep going bad a week or more before the expiration date. I get it doesn't have preservatives, that's part of why we buy it, but they need to be able to provide consistency on how long the milk will stay in your fridge. Until that problem is resolved we'll have to go back to grocery store milk. :-( read more

I hate to write a bad review, but I don't know if this place used to be completely different than it is now. This place is essentially a gas station. Soft serve (standard vanilla, chocolate, or mixed) 'ice cream' although they will make shakes out of it. The shakes are more milk than 'ice cream' though. If you are looking for ice cream, do yourself a favor and skip this place. Anything you can get from the grocery store is dramatically better. read more
