My husband and I dined at Graham's Grill off Pueblo Blvd last night. The staff were engaged in a heated argument, where one employee was threatening another employee with physical violence and aggressive language. Needless to say, we will not be back. This is not a safe environment for patrons or employees. This was by far one of the worst experiences I've had in Pueblo. They were short-staffed, so wait times for ordering, food delivery, and refills were beyond lengthy. I ordered a meal to take home after ordering drinks and appetizers and waiting so long for them to arrive. Just a cheeseburger and fries to take home, and the picture is what they sent home with me. I would have been embarrassed to feed this to my dog, much less to send home for human consumption! After 20 minutes she still hasn't even acknowledged that we were there. I got up and got myb own menu, bartender looked at us and continued her conversation with the 3 guys in the corner. I've read many negative reviews of this location but need to disagree. Two friends and I had lunch and I was impressed with the level of service as well as food quality. I know that manager Vivian can be a negative influence, but our female server went above and beyond. She checked on us to be certain we were happy with out menu selections and our needs were met. She has managed to stab her supporters in the back as she votes to raise water tap taxes on her supporters. Much like her restaurant. I don't know what kind of growing pains this place had when the other reviews were posted, but I've been coming here regularly for about six months, and have been pleased with the food and the service each time. I've only had the slopper, and it's one of the better sloppers in town. The meat has tasted fresh, and been properly cooked every time. Cumin is prominent in the flavor profile of the green chile green, which I don't mind at all, and it has a nice kick. The fries are great. My wife was able to join me the last time I had lunch there, and had a specialty burger (I can't remember which one) and she thought it was excellent. We also shared onion rings as an appetizer, and we both liked them as well. I keep telling myself that I'll try something else, but I really like that slopper. Maybe next time! read more

I've been to this establishment for two plus year's, I have been patient with the lack of staff. It was great. But I have been called a liar. The waitress said she poured me 5 beers when I only had 3. Scam? Manager ensisted she poured me 5 beers on camera when me and my Daughter knew I only had 3 beers. When I confronted the manager, he said I did have 5 beers seen it on camera. However when I asked to see he refused. So basically, he was calling me a liar. I loved this place, but to be treated like a criminal and not caring if I would come back as a customer. It was told explicitly by the Manger that he did not care if we never came back. I have a disabled husband that can not dine in and I know the half off burgers are for dine in only which I always pay for full price for his to take home . If you like hamburgers with meat resembling a hockey puck, this is your place. The fries taste like the oil in the fryer was used for several days. But the worst was the Turkey Cranberry Sandwich. Man, I like having a few drinks here but the food is horrible at this location. I don't know why there is such a difference in food quality from this location and the other Graham's on Jerry Murphy. Makes no sense. I walk in yesterday and ask if I can eat on the patio the server said yes and that she would be right out. Sit outside for about 15 minutes and realized she must of forgot about me. No big deal, I go back in and decide I will just eat inside. There is only 4 total customers in the whole place not including me. The other server tells me to sit where ever I would like so I sit at a table towards the back of the restaurant. Wait 5-10 minutes for her to get to me with a menu, again there is only 4 people in this place. I put in my order and gets back to me super quick, impressively quick. I thought wow. Servers take forever but the kitchen is amazing. Well... I bite into my burger and it's a hockey puck. A shriveled little burned disc with cheese and bacon on it. They must of had a old burger laying around from lunch rush, 2 and a half hours earlier and melted cheese and served it to me. The worst burger I've had in Pueblo. The Jerry Murphy location has good food and better service.
