I stopped in looking for a Ballast for an air compressor. The front of the building is very long however when you walk inside the show room is quite small. It's very deceiving "the show room" as I watched the guy that was helping me jump on a picker and disappear into oblivion. 10 minutes later he returned with the part in hand. I can only guess how massive their where house must be, I mean who carries Ballast anyway let alone 50+ versions? Bottom line Grainger's carries a massive amount of hard to get. Specialty items at a great cost. The employees are also super friendly and helpful and take their time with each and every customer.

    The line to hell.

I initially visited Bullnose late on a Saturday, but quickly realized I hadn't allowed myself enough time to properly explore all the options. The store was very busy, and although the staff were helpful, it was clear they were inundated. Feeling lost, I decided to returned on a quieter Thursday morning and was helped by Trish, who was amazing. She was calm, patient, and offered thoughtful, helpful suggestions. I shared some AI-generated inspiration photos with her, and she immediately understood my vision. She guided me through selecting the perfect shades of taupe, beige, and greige, making the process feel manageable and even enjoyable. I walked away with all my tiles and flooring ordered for all three bathroom. I'm thrilled with the selections and can't wait to see the finished spaces come to life.

On top of that, all of the staff members are very friendly and helpful. Trish, who assisted me, was very patient and helped me a lot by giving me great ideas throughout the process. They have two locations, one in San Jose and one in Morgan Hill, which is very convenient if you want to pick something up or visit their showroom. I would highly recommend this store.

Got there, and the people…read morewere very friendly and helpful for the basics, but I wouldn't go there to ask actual technical questions about wood or building. I did going expecting it would have a better selection of lumber at better prices than Home Depot. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They had a lot of wood suitable for construction but not for woodworking. They really had only one type of plywood with any kind of nice surface. Mostly have OSB, CDX, and only one type with a sanded finish. And that was almost $10 more per sheet than what I could get at Home Depot. No Birch or other quality plywood ether. I did purchase about 4 sheets just to check them and then went to Home Depot and got the remaining 11 sheets I needed. It was less expensive and there was significantly more choice for plywood other than OSB, CDS, etc.

She has good knowledge and experience, and gave me very helpful suggestions throughout the design process. For the cabinets, I chose white cream upper cabinets and white oak lower cabinets, with a European-style frame and shaker doors. The quality is very good, and I am happy with the result so far. Kelly also helped with important details, including matching the tiles, countertop, and handles. Her support during installation was also very helpful, especially when my contractor had questions. She was responsive and helpful, which made the process much smoother. I would definitely recommend Kelly to anyone looking for kitchen cabinets.

This is a big store and you can check out their products online as well…read more Our contractor recommended this place as he has an account there with deep discount that can be passed onto the customers. They have a variety of tile selections and most of them were imported from Italy or Spain which with better quality there's less yield loss, hence you can buy less. Some of the special priced items have longer lead times, so make sure you double check with them. We didn't enjoy the process as much as with other shops because of 3 reasons. First of all, our sales contact was quite unavailable on the weekends or even Friday afternoons, so we had a hard time scheduling with her. But if you just walk in and ask for help from the front desk, they will assign someone to help. The second issue we found was the inconsistency of product introductions. We were worried about slippery tiles in the shower, our sales contact suggested us to focus on the tiles that have a special coating. The second sales person we talked to said the special coating was only for outdoor use, using the gauge lines between tiles is good enough to prevent slipping. Thirdly, after we got the quote, we couldn't place the order into the system with our contractor's discount; only that appointed sales person could do. Luckily we could get the rest of the process done via email and she sent out a link for me to make payment. If you have a Rakuten cash back app and pay online, I think you get the cash back as well.

Incredibly patient and provided 5-star customer service. We highly recommend him! I should also add that the associates at this store demonstrate poise and grace, even when getting screamed at. Unfortunately when we were in the store today, we witnessed a customer yelling at and berating an employee, a customer, and the store manager. She stated that she was part of a group of investors who flip houses and that she has spent so much money at the store, so she was entitled to certain things and bypassing rules other customers follow. I have never seen such poor customer behavior and yet Adam (our associate) and Andrew (the manager) reacted calmly and tried to de-escalate the situation despite this entitled customer's tantrum. I, along with other customers, were complimentary of the ability of the associates to keep their cool in spite of the behavior exhibited towards them.
