Was informed by service manager we would have to pay for new tire((which they did not have in stock). We had already driven car on small spare for approximately 150 miles. Told service manager it exemplified pitiful customer service when repeat customers had to pay for defective tire. General Manager allegedly told service manager to replace at no charge but it did not happen. Also, told them we were bringing in for recall in rear cameras. Nothing was said about parts having to be ordered. This experience ruined it for me with Hyundai and Shottenkirk. I will never purchase another vehicle from this establishment. Since it's no longer under warranty, there is no reason to ever bring it back to Nissan. Had a car not from them,went here to look as some people told us they were good.Found a car we…read moreliked here that we got in November of 2025 one week after getting it the airbag light would come on randomly and turn off stabilitrak and traction control on it.It was a 2013 gold tahoe and had issue after issue I was very very excited for this car until this and until paying $650 for this car a month with insurance and payments combined just to have this many issues.We called and asked if they could fix it as we were told it was as is but wanted to see if we bought the part if they would as they told us they would. Unfortunately this came with being told it could take two days for them to even look at it and we'd have to leave it there and this was our only car and they knew that.When I went there I saw someone waiting and a car in the shop that looked to be like it was getting worked on so not sure why they could be there and we couldn't when we had no choice.Since we got the car it's been issue after issue we were not informed about and it's issues that don't just happen overnight someone that works here knew something no doubt about that.They knew we needed something safe as we had an infant and feel like they took complete advantage.We replaced the body control module for $500 almost $600 with programming,the alternator,battery and still nothing would fix it.They refuse to help,scam you.Sunday evening (5/17/26) we went to start it and it wouldn't even start whatsoever.My husband called and told them to come get it and the first thing that was asked was if they needed a tow truck for it before he even said what issue it had.Save your money and do not go here no matter how good it seems i'm very very disappointed in them and expected better from them with what we were told.Go anywhere they will take and take and put you through so much with a car that supposedly had no issues.Also the payoff amount with what we paid did not add up $573 to be exact that doesn't just go missing randomly.
