The woman who was there to help, Anna, was not pleasant. She wanted concrete set ideas and told me, "My problem is you don't know what you want." This is only one of the other rude things I can name. I was standing there self soothing myself and at the same time feeling like I needed to use de-escalation skills that I teach at work. It seems all so ridiculous! As a business, wouldn't you think that a place would try to build rapport with you? Her tone was intense and did not fit the joyful energy I would want when planning for a wedding. I couldn't take it after a while. I am at least glad I made her aware that her tone was not appreciated and that I am leaving. The gold chiavari chairs arrived intentionally filthy, splintering on the seat area and at the legs which wobbled as if they were in the dance floor. We were terrified to have our guest sit on them at risk for tetanus and didn't put them to any use. The tables weren't going to let the chair steal the show on filth. They were uniquely nasty. There is no reason to patronize this company, they are scamming customers in providing the worst product coupled with nonexistent customer service. .
