Food was barely Luke warm and mostly room temperature. Certain items like the pizza, French fries and things my kids like were rock hard like they had been sitting out under those heat lamps the entire day. We didn't dare try the sushi as it had a weird smell that made us nervous. They took out and no longer have the soft serve ice cream Machine which is a bummer cuz that was my kids favorite part. It was very very over priced and expensive and all 4 of us left completely grossed out and honestly still hungry but had no more money to go someplace else. Huge disappointment. We won't be going back.

Affordable delicious and many options. Very clean but it needs a remodel of the style of the restaurant. Food is good and tasteful. Lunch option

Impressed, almost obsessed, am I coming back? Absolutely yes. At least, for lunch time. The crab wontons actually had filling inside, and were not stale at all (like they so often are at other ayce aka all you can eat buffets). Broccoli Beef? How about try their Broccoli chicken! Their "Jalapeño" Chicken is spot on (this is not called Jalapeño chicken in other buffets, but hey, a rose by any other name, right?) One of only two buffets in the entire area, "Coco Mongolian" only has ayce for dinner, and costs nearly $19/person not including soda. Their "and Sushi" means you can order sushi, but it's not part of buffet. I called Grand Buffet while I was seated at Coco, and told the Coco waitress I was leaving. Grand Buffet is only $14/person for lunch (including Saturday) AND they have Sushi in their buffet (and the sushi is not stale like you are used to in a hot foods+sushi buffet). Soda is +$2.99 extra. I got just water. LET. ME. TELL. YOU: The water was filtered! I have been sitting for about 39 minutes and have had 3 water refills already. The service is spot on. Even the egg flower soup: up to my standards. Usually not salty enough, but the egg flower soup here was just right. Even the egg foo young! Not stale! Nothing here was stale! I'm more stingy with 5 star reviews than my relatives are at leaving food service tips: this place for lunch is WORTH IT.

What was charged for eating a piece of food each. They said it was for the wasted food. I'd have eaten it if it was good.

I'm here actually to go to the restaurant in here. Seasons is basically the all meals restaurant inside the Win River Casino. They open at 6 am for breakfast. The only reason I'm in here in a casino in the morning is I'm meeting one of my corporate bosses whose up from LA. He flew directly into Redding from LAX and loves casinos. I guess this was better for me than to go to Las Vegas to meet him! We need to meet on some stuff and he figured he'd just stay here at the hotel of the casino. I don't normally come to casinos that aren't in Nevada. We meet up around 8am and talk about business and we sit down in Seasons for breakfast. Looking over the menu it seems pretty normal American food. I go for the Chicken fried steak with home fries and scrambled eggs. I ask for lots of gravy on everything including the potatoes. My boss orders the same. Service is pleasant and efficient with the coffee refills. It's not too long and our food arrives. Wow, that's some good looking Chicken Fried Steak! For those of you that don't know, Chicken Fried Steak, isn't chicken, but it's beef, usually a Swiss steak cut that's been tenderized. They call it chicken, cause it's FRIED like a chicken with a batter. Usually deep fried. We both thought the breakfast was scrumptious, this was some of the best gravy I've had, not super gloppy but just thick enough. There was so much food I couldn't finish and took my leftovers back to go. It was a good meeting and breakfast was on the boss. I didn't ask if he won any money or not or if he lost ..... Oh, the inside of the casino is pretty typical mid sized casino decor. As long as the boss is happy, I'm happy!

I have to tell you , truthfully, I called 10 minutes before they were about to close . I begged the lady on the phone , I need to order something. I gotta try your barbecue I'm only 7 minutes away. So they put together a phone order, I showed up and who was sitting at the table but Joe. You talk about a friendly guy, we sat and chatted. I ended up opening up my meal, calling my sister to come in from the car and sit down. He went in the back and made me some concoction that was out of this world. Here's the thing the Carolina barbecue sauce made with the mustard is so freaking phenomenal. I bought a container of it and brought it home and put it in a glass jar and have been allowing my children to taste it on the back of a spoon and tonight we're actually going to barbecue wings and toss them in it. Hands down "This is the best Carolina honey barbecue sauce" I've ever tasted and I've tasted a lot. Whatever his secret is, I would love to have it cause I want to can it and I'm not sure why he doesn't bottle this and sell it himself. It is literally gold in a bottle. Now, as far as their sweet potatoes, I was so impressed because usually when you go to a barbecue place, they give you orange yams and call them sweet potatoes. Not this guy he had straight yellow sweet potatoes with some type of honey brown sugar goodness dripping over the top. The pork ribs were fantastic and so were the smothered fries with the barbecued pork my Lord just rub it on my hips. The hospitality was phenomenal. He gave me a little bit of his rub that he puts on his ribs. Just so I could smell it and have a sample because I am a chef. I told him he needs to come up to where we're from in Portland, Oregon, and bring his barbecue. Don't miss this spot it's BBq to live for!!!

They advertised the sushi boat service on their door, but did not have it during the time window they posted. I had no expectations for great sushi and thought I'd get "ok" sushi here. Instead, It was memorable only for how bad it was. The tuna (maguro) was awful. It was inedibly grainy and did not slightly spring back when touched with gentle pressure--the sign of either low quality fish, or lack of freshness. It is also the common bright pink gassed fish--not a sign of quality. I wouldn't feed this to my cat. I ate one piece of fish without rice. The texture was grainy and gross. I figure it was a fluke and tried another piece before spitting it out. Hard pass. The salmon roe sushi was also off, and inedible. The egg sushi was water-logged and not good. Finally, their chef does not know how to make proper sushi rice. The rice should be sweet with a hint of tartness, both in balance with the rice. No harmony here--it was just slightly tart. When I complained that it was inedible the server was suspiciously defensive insisting it was "fresh." If that's true, it was not good fish from a reputable vendor. If you want sushi and you're in Redding, go to Kobe or Raw.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity of the food at a relatively inoffensive price. I can't say much on the atmosphere of the place--it's slightly secluded from the open floor of the casino, but you can still smell the cigarettes that the patrons smoke. Outside of that, it is clean and well-lit, albeit nondescript. It also isn't a large space, so seating can be limited. The service was very helpful and friendly, but the food did take a little longer to come out than I had expected, especially given we visited at a time where over half the restaurant was unoccupied.
