It worked completely fine one night, and in the morning it wouldn't turn on at all. Turns out, it started storming after I went to sleep, and some power surge killed my GPU (yes, I had a surge protector and the PC was off). I took it to them and they had it diagnosed within the day. They tested all of the parts, and called me with all of the information they had acquired so far. Replacing the GPU was a sudden expense, but any questions I had, I called them and they helped from start to finish, and were respectful with me, my hardware, and all other aspects. They installed the new GPU for me and everything seems great so far. My PC is in the same, if not better condition after being with them for 4 days. For both diagnosis and installing the GPU, the grand total was only $120, which would have been much higher had I gone to another repair center. The GPU itself was much more of a hole in my wallet, so I'm keeping that price private. The only negative experience I had with them was their diagnostic price is still set lower on their website, but I believe the increase is a pretty recent change, so I don't blame them for lagging on updating it. If you ever have an unfortunate sudden situation like this, I highly recommend them!
