She explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. She explained why my expectancies in the past have been so different. How Each practice has different procedures and protocol for the same findings. The doctor and receptionist were also kind and welcoming. (Maybe I just caught everyone on a good day).The building was clean, nice and the waiting room was large and set up to accommodate social distancing. I think I finally found my dentist.

I never went in there and asked to have them removed, and every time I would come in she would find a new cavity (very hard to believe now looking back) so then out of pocket was running between $150-300 each time, the bigger problem is one of the new composite fillings that replaced a silver filling is now a larger issue for me and will cost me well over $1200 to fix the damage she cause from the removal of the silver filling and leaving a hole in the tooth. My new dentist reviewed my whole file and X-rays and found nothing that could have been a reason to remove the silver filling. Thank god I do not need a root canal but only a crown, and this is coming from someone who has been to a dentist every 6 months since I was 3 years old. My new dentist is also friends with my previous dentist (who retired hence Dr G visit) I must have looked like a patient with $$$ signs above my head but trusting Dr G that she was knowledgeable and now to only find out some tooth damage is a bigger price to pay.

Dr Pal took extra care that my friend was as painless as possible - including providing extra lidocaine and epi. He closely monitored her body language for any signs of distress. He patiently pulled out each tooth using some type of a chisel tool. While Dr Pal was working on my friend, he explained to me the purpose and usage of his tools. I explained the sittuation and what was supposed to be done and she hands me a bill saying I had to pay 500 up front which is fine but I already notified them I would be able to pay it on the next payday, she just said sorry we cant do anything for you until we get that down payment, mind you im telling her that they are just supposed to finish the work they started last week and that I've been walking around for 7 days with a drilled open tooth and exposed nerve , and she just says sorry they couldnt help me . Due to the placement, X-rays couldn't properly capture what was going on. What we thought was a simple cavity turned out to be bad enough where a root canal was needed.
