This is one of my favorite spot to have hot pot and sushi in the South Sacramento area. There is a new menu option where it is called the premium menu which is their highest tier for 50 per person. . We had such a good time having a private room where there was 10 of us. We enjoy the karoke while having hot pot. The hot pot is all you can eat. . We got to order endless slices of beef, lamb slices. It was all good quality and good meats too. There was a bunch of fresh veggies and enoki mushrooms too. I enjoyed my dinner at Grand Hotpot Lounge. Upon my arrival the person seating us was very efficient and spoke zero words to us, instead he used hand motions to get us seated. We didn't mind, thought it was pretty funny. However, minus one star because I felt like I was inconveniencing them because we had never came here before and were all unfamiliar with the ordering experience. There's a pen on the table and the paper menu, you just write the quantity of items and they come take the paper and you get your order. I also hate self serve sauce bars because I suck at making sauces. But drinks are included (we did course C) the alcohol they get for you, but can drinks you can help yourself to from the fridge. Okay here's the deal. If you love hotpot and you love karaoke, y'all HAVE to make your way out here. This place has VIP rooms for AYCE hotpot AND karaoke. At the same time. I came with family and friends, and while we only tried the AYCE hotpot (no karaoke this time), it hit the spot. The inside is elevated and spacious with lots of seating options. They have booths and round tables and you'll get seated accordingly depending on the party size. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the menu also included all you can drink items too, with a selection of different drinks to choose from--sodas, juices, teas, etc. On top of that, there is all you can eat ice cream. It can't get any better than that. The way you order at this place is to mark all the items you want on the provided menu. I came here for a private party in their large room and I think it's a little harder since the tables are larger and leaning over compared to smaller tables but the food is still really good and service is good too. Currently this is the BEST All You Can Eat Hotpot restaurant for me in the Sacramento area. I came in around 8PM at night and surprisingly it was NOT busy at all and my party immediately got sat. It was our first time dining in and we thoroughly were explained how the menu works. To sum it up, you have 3 courses to choose from Course A ($25.99/person), B ($35.99/person), or C ($47.99/person), priced as of February 2026. In my honest opinion you get so much food options even at Course A. But my party opted for Course B because it includes all you can drink: Sapporo, Chardonnay, Cabernet, and Sake (and Enoki & Shittake Mushrooms which are my favorite) Each staff member who interacted with us was very kind and always checking up on us. The food was greatly delicious and it came out so very quick. I will say that orders of any of the meats are generous and my party was not used to seeing hefty meat portions as compared to other restaurants, for us that was a nice bonus. We opted for the House Original & House Curry broth and it was fantastic. I do wish they had a LITTLE bit more sauce selection at the sauce bar. Their drinks are self serve and all in cans/bottles. The portions are big so for some items like the less desirable meats and veggies, it might be better to ask for half or a third (depending how big your party is). We ordered a variety of dishes - many kinds of sliced meats including ribeye, pork, belly, supreme, beef, fish, fillet, lamb, and flank steak. The best one was the rib eye. I have been eager to try this rather new Ayce hotpot since it opened last year. Located in South Sac on 24th. Came here for the happy hour price $24.99 at 9pm which goes off the lunch ayce menu. They also have a karoake room you can rent per hour if you don't want hotpot. The karoake is located right on the other side of the wall, so it may get loud bc it's so close in proximity. Will try the karaoke another time. The happy hr comes with unlimited drinks but no alcohol. It wasn't too busy when we came in and got seated fairly quickly and was able to order 10 min til 9pm. At your table, you mark off what ingredients and what broth you want. Keep in mind, if you have a party of 2-4, you can only select at most two different broths. The broth pot is centered at your table for everyone to grab from. We got the house spicy curry and veggie mushroom broth. It was pleasant. Our favorites of the night was the honey walnut shrimp and shanghai scallion pancakes, unlimited drinks, and ice cream section. The only let down was the sauce bar. It is an all you can eat hotpot AND drinks which is pretty damn cool. There is an entire fridge of different drinks that are included in the AYCE you can choose from including soy milk, chrysanthemum tea, and grass jelly drink and so much more and sake and beer also come with the AYCE as well! The menu comes with such a large variety of options and includes a ton of appetizers too! Everything was soooo good! My favorite meat choice was the lamb shoulder and fatty beef (toro) and my favorite appetizer was hands down the honey shrimp! There is also a ice cream machine in the back which multiple choices to choose from so definitely make your way back there to check it out! The workers were suupper attentive, they picked up the empty plates so quickly and I dropped one of my chopsticks and they replaced it within seconds lol Such great service and they were not only attentive to my table but to everyone else's too. I'm a big fan of hotpot and shabu so this place has been on my bookmarks. We came on a weekday night so it wasn't too crowded at all. The ordering system is all done through a paper sheet that you fill out and hand to your server. Drinks and ice cream are included too and those are all self-serve. They have a pretty good selection of drinks too, more than your standard sodas and water! They also have a sauce bar so you can put together your own sauces. Our first order came out all wrong so that was not a great start. They gave us a bunch of things we didn't order, and then forgot a bunch of other things. She gave us what she could and then just told us to do another new order for whatever else we were missing. We came at dinner which has a pretty good selection of extra items only available at dinner but overall the only thing I actually liked from that list was the ribeye steak slices. If you like to drink, beer and wine was included at dinner price also (the lunch vs dinner price is a $10 difference at $25 and $35). They have a pretty good selection of broth options. I was most excited about tom yum since that's always my go to. Unfortunately this wasn't a typical traditional tom yum flavor though, and was so salty and had more of the sichuan spices and flavors to it. I wasn't a fan at all. Luckily the tonkotsu on the other side was much better in comparison. The beef options were all good and I liked the fish roe ball. The sesame balls were also nice and crispy on the outside. They have a few noodle options so I got udon but the portion for the noodles is way too big so we couldn't finish all of the ramen and udon we had. They had several ice cream flavors and they were all self serve but I was not a fan of the black sesame at all- it did not taste like black sesame and I couldn't even explain it. Service was nothing memorable, I don't think I heard them say more than a few sentences. Overall I was stuffed and got my money's worth but I probably won't return. I prefer Japanese style shabu broths more and wouldn't drive out here to this part of town again. read more

Reserved a karaoke room for a birthday celebration a week in advance. The service was outstanding, the food was decent, and the ambiance was lively, cozy, and modern. Food: The food here is consistently decent. I've come here at least 5+ times over the past year and it never disappoints. They have a self-serve bar for sauces, rice, and ice cream and a fridge full of drinks. Their menu is comprehensive and includes multiple tiers. I would highly recommend their honey walnut shrimp appetizer; it always tastes amazing. All the hotpot broths are great and the meat quality is good. Service: I called about a month to check on their process and called to reserve the room a week in advance after I finalized the RSVP count. In retrospect, I should have called with an estimate of the number of people 2-3 weeks in advance. The staff had impeccable communication and follow-through throughout the process and managed to accommodate my party despite my oversight. During the party, they swiftly addressed concerns we had about the karaoke machine, took our additional orders of food, and topped off the broth as needed. They even stored the birthday cake in the fridge for us and provided utensils, plates, and napkins to serve the cake in the room at no extra cost. Karaoke room: Room 5 came with two tables with 4 places for hotpot pots each. This was a cozy, but workable setup for my party of 26. The downside to this room with so many people and hotspots running was that the room steamed up and we had to keep the karaoke room door open to ventilate; there was water dripping from the ceiling from the steam! We were honestly grateful to even get this room because we booked so last minute. Bear in mind that late arriving guests will still be charged at full cost, one of my friends came in the last 30 minutes and still paid full price despite not eating anything. The karaoke room came with 2 or 3 microphones (can't remember) with a great sound system and TV display viewable by everyone in every part of the room. I highly recommend using YouTube Premium because the karaoke machine works with YouTube (with no other built in system) and you will get ads if you don't have it.
