We visited this karaoke lounge for the second time and had an amazing experience once again! The staff was so welcoming, and Panda was absolutely incredible. The security Diesel was also super friendly and made us feel safe, Everyone went above and beyond, and you can really feel the positive vibe as soon as you walk in. This place is so fun! It's like having a VIP section to yourself! It's like being in the club without all those club people to annoy, bump, or bring their stink with them around you. lol sorry but the clubs suck so coming here is a very nice change on top of the karaoke just being fun in itself. We had so much fun! A group of us from work rented out the Paradise Room. It is spacious and has a vibrant upbeat vibe. It also has a private restroom. There were 33 in our group and we fit easily and had plenty of room to dance and sing. The staff is amazing. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. My Crew and I booked the VIP room #8 for 888 plus cleaning fee and bottle fees which came out to about $1200 but let me say it's worth every dime. The room was lit to your wildest imaginations. We were all wowed by how big and spacious it was. The Cambodian security was nice he walked us to our room and our server came over straight away to get us situated. The room even has it's own bathroom so u can drink like a fish and take 2 steps to potty. Nothing but nice things to say about this place. 5 stars is a understatement. I came here for a Halloween themed karaoke night! This place is amazing! I loved how the room looked and all the workers were very kind and very lenient with all the people that came in. I liked how the pricing had packages we could purchase, we got a package that paid for the room, a bucket of beer and 2 fruit platters. I did have some issues, the system is simply an IPad chrome casted to the TV, so we were literally using YouTube karaoke. The sound system was pretty solid but I wish there was a better interface for what we paid for. Another thing that bothered me was that there weren't any covers for microphones, these are usually common place at karaoke lounges. But I do appreciate that they are open until 2 AM, my friends left some things and we picked it up the next day. Everything was safe with them which was really good. this place is absolutely amazing.. My family AND FRIENDS did a surprise birthday party for me and it was a night to remember. I've had all the rooms from big to small they are pretty spacious.. There is a beautiful backdrop IN the hallway in front of the bathroom IT GLOWS IN the dark. THE rooms are nice depending on the package you get they have fruits, food, beer, and alcohol.. they also have a bar when you first come in.. the atmosphere and ambiance is amazing too me.. the service is excellent they come and cater to you right away when you call they also check up on you if you need anything through out the night.. the have very alert security they also walk you to your car if needed.. this is the best karaoke place i have been to i love this place read more

Had my husband's birthday here and he had the best time. There's security before entering which is nice. Talked to Panda. He was so helpful and attentive. We had room #2 which held 20-25 ppl. The room had a bathroom inside the room which was convenient and also outside of the room. Very clean. The controls was easy. It's a tablet and type in your songs. Comes with 2 microphones. Music is loud n clear just how we like it. They don't serve food but just fruit which is okay because outside food is allowed. You can purchase alcohol there or you can bring your own but there's a $60 cork fee per bottle or pay $240 flat for 4+ of your own alcohol. We forgot our iPhone in the bathroom and we called the next day n they held it for us. Picked it up a couple of days later. They had the battery charged (which was awesome) and for safety reasons had us to unlock the phone before giving it to us. Very professional and accommodating. We spent 2 hours in. The room was roomy even for a small and the decors through out the place was very nice, the restrooms were clean and I love the way they set up everything. It's a nice vibe here. This place sucks, it is the worst KTV at Sacramento. Me and my friends will not come back to this place again. They don't have the Karoke Machine like the other KTV had and they still charge 60 dollars per hour for a small room. We need to use an android pad to search a song on Youtube to sing. What makes me unbelievable is I need to watch an advertisement everytime I play a song. Come on, you charge us that much of money and you can't afford to buy a YouTube Premium to skip ads for us ?? It is only $11.99 a month, you guys can earn that money back in 12 mins. Don't be that stingy. Mic sucks as well, it will appear noices when you sing lounder. Poor ventilation, people at the next room were smoking and we can smell that our room. Also, the AC not work well, it feel hella hot in the room. Don't trust the image in their website, you will feel a big different when you get into the room. The floor is sticky. The only one thing that make us feel satiafied is their customer service. The young boy at the front desk serve us very well. He did the best that he could and solve the problem for us. But still, I will not recommend to any of the people plan to have a party in this KTV. It is not worth of the price. This is the worst experience I ever had at a KTV in my entire life. read more
