I have used David as my jeweler for several years when he was in his Rancho store. We had watch batteries replaced all the way to custom jewelry made for my wife. Specifically, he made a ring to hold a diamond we had bought 10 years prior while adding some small blue diamonds around the center diamond as well as diamonds on the shank. It is my wife's favorite jewelry, except her wedding ring of course. Additionally, we took my wife's mother's old-style tennis bracelet in, added additional diamonds and made a new modern style tennis bracelet. It would turn out that my wife would forget to take the bracelet off in our massage chair breaking the chain. So we have also used David to repair jewelry as well. We saw the advertisements for Grand Jewelers closing the Rancho Cucamonga location. We stopped by and bought 3 pairs of earrings for presents that were advertised at a good price. While we were there, we were looking for something a bit special for an upcoming anniversary. We saw several beautiful pieces and then we were shown a ruby ring with diamonds. The ruby is my wife's birthstone so this just fell into place. David and his staff were attentive and friendly. We made the purchases and had to have the ring sized as well as get an appraisal of the ruby/diamond ring. We picked up the ring a few days later and an appraisal was to be sent. We didn't receive it and contacted David who said it had been sent. He verified our address and had another appraisal sent which we have received. So I been hearing commercials on the radio about Grand jewelers. I actually used to work right across the street from there. I was a server at a Cuban restaurant for seven years. The staff would come to my restaurant and would always tell me to come in so I knew it was a sign I have to stop bye. I'm a type of person that always goes the same place whether to get my eyebrows done or to buy jewelry. So I decided to do my Christmas shopping there. Let me just start off saying great customer service. Staff was super friendly. I forgot his name but there was a gentleman who helped me out I explained to him exactly what I wanted and he showed me varieties . I went in there wanting earrings and a necklace and I walked out with many more they even threw in a bracelet. To bad they moved but I'm willing to travel. I have an antique wedding ring with prongs that started catching on my clothing. I sent the ring to David and he rebuilt the prongs. The work was done quickly and at a fair price. His team stayed in great communication to let me know the ring was received, what repairs were needed, what the cost would be, when the repair was completed and when it was shipped back to me.
