Had an excellent experience with Errol's Jewelry. The fact that took the time to not only educate us on what we are purchasing, after visiting a dozen other jewelers we ended up buying from them due to their patiences, honesty, kindness, professionalis, pricing, and the customer service was wonderful. They finished my wife's engagement ring in just under 1 hour than finished her wedding band less than a week. They have a very large inventory of engagement rings designs and fine jewelry. Along with any shape, size color, clarity diamonds on hand that's for your price range. I referred my colleague over to Sonny for a unique design which they were able to create a 3D model of the exact design he was looking and searching for he was also very impressed on how quick the turnaround time from start to finish on the design. From showing an image of what he was searching for but wasn't able to find anywhere along with the price was ridiculous overpriced. The first time I met Tony/his mom was when I needed my ring resized. It was done pretty quickly, and we chose wedding bands while we waited. I really dig my wedding band and can't wait to wear it. I got a few customizations on it to match better with my fiance's ring, and they did it very nicely and at no extra charge. Also, parking when I went was not super easy. But all of that aside, I was very pleased with my experience. I was looking for a yellow diamond to have set and they had some nice choices and were willing to bring me in for me if I wanted to have a bigger selection.
