Went after seeing the ad on Facebook. The place is very nice big open and clean. Made an appointment for 5:30, did not get seen until 5:50 so I don't know what the point in making the appointment was. Originally wanted a mani pedi but after waiting I decided just to get a mani. The long awaited gel manicure was not worth it by the photos. The lady who did my nails was nice but after the long wait and how I was treated definitely would not go back nor would I recommend coming here. The salon manager wasn't too happy I came in after I called her to tell her that now instead of just one nail completely coming off now I have 4 nails in a week after getting sns...when I walked in she said what color did you get.i said I don't remember. She said well go look for the matching color..turns out I didn't know the name of the person or the face of the Person really so she asked where I satt. I said I sat right here and her face dropped. Then I kind of remembered it was the sailing manager that convinced me to do sns and she was the one who did my nails...sad that this is the "quality" that the salon manager delivered. Well she could see I was pissed and just waiting for her to fix the nails. So she kept saying I can put a top coat on all the nails so they are shiny and nice again too. I said noo thanks. While I was getting finished up another lady walked in saying her gel mani was coming off after 5 days and she wanted them redone. So they redid all of her nails which pissed me off more. They should've done the same for me and now I have one nail again the is not done anymore. Complete waste of money and time. DO NOT G Went in yesterday because I had a 10% off for my birthday which I completely forgot to use. If I could give minus stars I would. I have tried this salon 2 times and each time the customer service was atrocious. Don't bother making an appointment because you still have to wait up to 40 minutes. They do not listen to the customer at all. Okay... I gave this place three chances but now I have to tell you: don't waste your money It is a gorgeous salon....but that's where the good part ends. After my visit yesterday, I realize they do not have the staff to cover such a large salon so the people they have to give you a pedicure aren't the best. Honestly, I went in on their second day for their special during their grand opening which was Saturday. I called and made an appointment with the receptionist on Friday, for 11 am. When I arrived at 11 am they were very busy. Every pedicure chair in the big room was full. There was about 3 people sitting down waiting, and 2 people checking in before me. After signing up with their iPad and checking in, I waited patiently for about 10 mins before the owner (the woman) asked me what color I would like, she brought me the color ring and I picked it out, she gave it to me then I continued to sit down for about 5 more minutes and she told me to sit in a manicure chair. Most employees were at the pedicure stations but I believe they had at least 20 employees working. At 11:25 the owner started to do my nails, I could tell she was getting antsy about me waiting. I was not upset with them at all, I expected to wait. She did my complete gel mani in 25 minutes! And it looks beautiful to me. I will be coming back! read more

I would recommend having an appointment if you're trying to visit this location. The owner is rude and sits you down at a chair but never comes to check on you, so you're waiting to get your service done for about 40 min before you actually see a nail tech. I would continually ask the front desk on the status and they would not acknowledge until the owner gave them direction and the owner would be on taking calls waking around the Salon. Honestly don't waste your time or money on this place. I used to go here for Nicole, but she left a few years ago, I decided to try this place out again for the first time in a year-- total blow. I asked for a French tip. Coffin shape, I found on of my nails was shorter, so I asked her to just remove the pinky nail and make it the same length as the others. She then refused to serve me, and told me I would have to wait for someone else to do my nails. She proceeded to cut the pointer nail off and said my instructions were too confusing and said she would let me wait for someone else to do them since she could understand the instructions. They weren't confusing just asked for the pinky to match the length. I asked for a manager and she told me to go find them, that she wouldn't help me get them. I found them and I showed them they told me it'd be another 45 min wait for me to do my nails with another person. I asked for them to be removed and she proceeded to talk bad about me, and didn't remove half the tip. I had to go back again and ask her once again to fully remove it, and that was another problem. The picture below was what I had asked for, but she found every reason to not do my nails. All and all don't waste your time. She was very rude and didn't want to clearly be there, not to mention they always add prices that don't match their work. I used to go to another salon near by and Kelly was shocked by the state of my nails from their treatment. Two weeks ago I got my nails done. I got dip with gel on top which is what I always get done here. I've been going here for about a year now. I drive from a Tempe to come here because I USED to love coming here. I got my nails done on a Friday night and the next morning my thumb nail chipped. I drive almost an hour for them to fix my nail on Sunday. The next day my other thumb chipped. I work two jobs so I wasn't able to come until later in the week Friday. Then after getting it fixed another nail chipped the next morning this was all in a week span of time. I called to get my money back because I wasted my time, money, and driving an hour back and forth and they said they can't do that. Don't recommend coming here because they do not have good customer service. On top of that none of my nails are even the same shape. read more

This time I was disappointed, I did a walk in and asked for a SNS manicure & was rushed to pick a color by the manager even though it wasn't busy. Started my SNS manicure with Amy and during it my cuticles weren't cleaned or touched at all. I asked for my nails to get filed a bit to give them a shape but keep my length that took me so long to grow out and instead my nails were clipped and made short/uneven. After I washed my hands I didn't get any lotion put on which made my hands very dry and she barely put cuticle oil at the very end. I usually go to Tanya & love her ! Not sure what the issue is lately but this place has some of the rudest employees I've come across. It wasn't always like this, It has increased over the past few months. Front desk staff give little to no greeting when you walk in, almost seem annoyed to see you??? The male tech in the back has awful customer service, and does a really poor job in general. Really sad because I used to come once a month for years! Had to walk out last visit due to the rude ass male tech in the back left corner. Apparently half-off means half-effort... When my nail tech asked if I wanted my nails cut I said no, only filed, but she cut them anyway into an uneven shape. She was aggressive with my hands, upset that I apparently wasn't holding them up correctly. I did not receive a hand or arm massage at all. She did not clean my hands after so under and around my nails there was still sticky powder residue that I had to pull off and my hands are still dusty from the powder. I am not happy with the uneven appeal of my nails but I am reminding myself it was half-off... I always regret straying from my go-to nail salon but my friend and I thought this would be a fun treat nearby. Well I haven't even finished my pedicure and I'm already writing a review.... My sister's tech gave her literally a 10 minute pedicure. Not to mention he left her with crooked toes and didn't bother fixing it. The girl that is currently doing my nails now yelled at me for moving my foot when SHE caused me pain then I happen to look down and my toe is bleeding. She proceeded to slam my feet into the water splashing it everywhere and when it came time for the 10 min massage I timed it because she had already pissed me off. The massage was 2 minutes and 48 seconds. RIDICULOUS! I'm not very impressed and I don't think anyone else should be either. Maybe these people need help understanding that they need to be gentle with other people and maybe try to make people happy. If I could rate this experience a 0 star I really would. read more
