Visited the salon over the weekend for their grand opening they were having a 50% off! Me and two of my friends had made it there around 130 they said they wait Time would be about an hour long which was totally understandable and hour went by and we never got called back so we asked and they took us back about 10 minutes later I got a pedi and all was good fast easy we get to our full set and think we waited TWO more HOURS i was the first of my two friends to get seen I told the man what I wanted and he lied to me and said they didn't do that design when it was on THEIR manican so I asked their manager and she said they for sure did it and she explained to the man what I wanted and he STILL DID NOT DO IT in this process he was really rough and made me bleed FOUR times and the manager is explained he was simply acting like this because "he was fighting with his wife " LOL we were here forever!! We left at around 6pm I spent my ENTIRE day here and it was not even that packed !! will definitely NOT be coming back !! read more

I have never hated my nails so much. I came in for a full set and pedi. This was my first time here and will never be coming back. My nails were so thick and chunky. They were uneven colored and bumpy. My nails were so simple I asked for a full set square and one color but they came out so bad. Then, I got a pedi after that I asked for the same color but nope they lady applied a color 10 shades different. I mentioned something but she brushed it off. Made my whole experience really bad and didn't enjoy any of it. read more

I came in to only get a regular pedicure because I haven't gotten one in a minute and needed my toes done all nice for the upcoming events I have. Off the bat I knew I was just getting the basic pedicure which was about $30 she tries recommending that I need the $60-$70 one with a bunch of additives which again is not what I wanted. She goes "that's like nothing!" And I'm like "ok we'll that's what I want it's just the basic one". So we get started with the pedicure and she's clipping and cleaning them up and she's just making sounds and looking at her tool and then subtlety looking at me and then I shit you not it is the most half assed job that I've ever had for a pedicure and I've paid less for better at other places before! The little foot scrub/leg massage you get she did for like 2 seconds IF THAT and then moved on to painting them. Ok so I went to get my nails done yesterday I called in advanced asked specifically for the price and was told 36.00 said ok great set an appointment. Got there and was able to look at all the colors they have a great variety of colors which was amazing. Was sat down shortly after getting there and I told the tech I would like a full set just square or a little tappered so they are not so wide. She said ok then she straight cut my nails coffin! Didn't want to argue so just let it go. We get to the length I did a medium length which is what I get everywhere I never go long enough to not close my fist. Then I tell her I just want one color she went back and forth of adding a design or bling or something I said no she pushed again I felt bad so I was like sure just marble on two fingers is fine. So we went through the whole set it was just ok nothing special. While putting the acrylic my pinky started burning so bad like I've never had this happen before. All she did was put alcohol on it didn't help! Then she was doing the design and she squirted alcohol on the bottle cap then out the cap upside down in the botttel so it would good it and she was doing the design so she Could dip the brush and make the marble effect after she was done she literally put the used liquid BACK IN THE BOTTLE!!!!! The nails are not all the same shape or length some are shorter then others some are widder then others. Then I go to pay and the charged a total of 60.00 for these basic nails that I would of paid 45 almost everywhere else. It is way over priced and they don't do the work that great for a new shop you would expect better quality you know trying to build clientele but I guess not. And unsanitary if she did that with the liquid I wonder what else must be contaminated and they just opened! Never coming back no matter what. So ladies yes it's a new shop but it's over priced and not worth getting an infection! Good luck. read more

Great place to go if you want to get scammed and pay twice as much as you should for a regular service. I got the the option with everything everything. They wouldn't buff my nails instead of Polish them they used cold water because the machine was broken and wouldn't change seats even though there were several that were open. Overall just a horrible experience abd you should never come here, ever. To management, if you want your business to be successful and to survive... be straight forward and up front with your services and pricing. Do not use an overworded menu under detailed that doesn't even provide all of the services listed in the selections you CAN understand. $134 for 2 pedicures and no customer service or value = 1 star. read more

Zero stars if I could due to the owner/boss man being unreasonable with unhappy customers. I have given this salon far too many chances. Even when mine and my wife's nails come out horribly after multiple attempts to fix them, we are offered nothing more than a 10% discount off our $240 bill and advised if we want them redone (again) they must be redone "right here, right now". Well when our natural nails and cuticles have already been filed down to the point of bleeding, we tried to explain we would like to come back for a free fix in a few days after our nails and cuticles have a chance to recover from todays mishap. This has happened far too many times. The only nail technician there that I would go back to is a man named Yoshi. If we could have gotten a full refund, that would have been more than fair and expected. read more

Buying beware!! This place does not stand behind their service. I have been going to this place for a few months. I get dip nails and upgraded pedicure. This past weekend I came in on my 3 week regular Saturday visit and even with an appointment I had to wait 20 minutes. I had the 1st appointment of the day 9:30 am. Got my services and felt my tech was rushed as she had other appointments (not my fault, I was 5 minutes early). Within a day one of my nails started to peel and the design which is extra started to come off. I called and was told my tech was out until the following Saturday but to stop off at 5:30 pm on Tuesday and someone would fix the nail. I also was told no appointment would be made since just a fix. I arrived at 5:25 pm only to be told I did not have an appointment and no one could help me. Now I spent $102 on Saturday, obviously something was wrong with this one nail. Problem is I am going on vacation so I had upgraded a few services and am treated this way? I cancelled my appointment in 3 weeks and will NEVER return! Poor business practice. There are a ton of other places to go and I will be searching out a new place. Stay away from this business!! If I could give no stars I would have. read more

I have been coming here a while and it's been relatively good. However, this time coming here I must say I'm disgusted and worried. My nail technician for my pedicure had stained gloves. She REUSES her gloves over and over! I get you don't want to touch feet, but that is appalling! It's unsanitary and quite frankly, disgusting! CHANGE YOUR GLOVES! Protect yourself and your clients! After went to a few salons and knew that the waitlist wasn't under 2hours, my sister & I decided to visit this brand new salon. This salon is huge , clean and all the staffs look very friendly and greeted us with a big welcoming smile. The boss is super nice . She even gave me a buffer before I left. They have tons of colors to choose and they are amazing high quality. When we left, the manager even gave my son a book that he liked. My daughter and I went to get pedicures. The woman that I got didn't massage my feet, only my calves. I'm on my feet all day, that's one of the reasons I even get a pedicure to begin with. She had absolutely no personality. My daughter got a guy that was just jerking her feet around. Just very unfriendly all together. That's not the kind of experience you're looking for when you go in for pedicures I don't recommend this location at all! Definitely NOT a happy environment! read more

I used to drive 30 min to a different location and i wanted to try some place new and it was the biggest mistake ever.. i went because the inside was so nice and clean looking but anyways first time there i was getting a pedi with someone while i had someone else also doing my full set at the same tiMe where i couldn't even enjoy my chair massage because i was all twisted in my seat, very uncomfortable but anyway i didn't want to say anything. About A week later my nails were lifting from my cuticle area which I don't like because it gets my hair caught in between and that could also cause mold. So two days later went on and I decided to get my nails done again and I took my step daughter to get a little spa day with me, I didn't want to complain all I had told them was that my nails were only a week old and they had lifted and they told me it could've been some oil that they put on my nail so when I went to my pedicure seat the same lady who did my manicure came and sat next to me to do my fill and I had mentioned to her that she had done my previous nails and that they had lifted and she wasn't so happy about it she then went on and told me that why did I ask for her that she didn't know why She kept getting me and I kindly told her that it was only my second time there and I had an asked for her but that I wasn't mad I was just letting her know so it wouldn't happen again or try to figure out what made my nail do that so quickly. So after a while she was just getting my nails done super quickly she was very rude as she would ask me questions I didn't say nothing I pretended like I didn't really care that she was mad about the situation so my nails looked way better than the first time I think everybody and I also tip them as I always do. Four days went by and one of my nails broke which also broke my actual nail from underneath. Two days later after that two other nails broke as I was washing dishes they just popped right off. My husband was very upset and had me call to get my nails fixed so I did and I asked to speak with somebody regarding my nails that I had just gotten had broke and he was already asking me if I could go in but I was going to pay for them then I told him that I shouldn't have to pay for something that way was not done correctly and all I was asking was to get three nails fixed and that I wasn't mad about it I was upset but it was something that could always get fixed. He told me I could go in but they weren't going to do it for free he also told me in a very rude way that there are many nail salons out there that I could always just go to a different one that I don't have to go back. I've never gone through something like this and I felt really shitty because I was being nice and I usually tell people how it is and how I feel and I thought that it was very messed up how I went and spent all this money didn't complain the first time and this happens and I'm still getting treated like trash. I thought that maybe being nice would make everything easy and have them help me but it just seemed as if I was just there getting something done and I couldn't complain because they acted as if they were doing everything so perfectly and I was wrong and it was possibly happening because of me now because of their work. So for somebody especially manager to tell me not to go back just because they don't want to take responsibility of not doing their job correctly it's just pathetic and for anyone out there I would not go to this place there are many salons around Arizona and I rather drive 40 minutes towards the west or south side of Phoenix like I was and I got treated a lot better than they treated me. read more

Genuinely sad that I have to write this review. I've been coming here for over a year. Unfortunately due to my last experience I will not be coming back. I had to come back in to get one nail fixed (there was a portion of my nail that did not get dipped/painted, somehow it was missed). I was shocked at how immediately rude the front desk was, especially since I had been nice and understanding about the whole situation. The amount of attitude I received was disappointing, they treated me like a complete inconvenience. When you are a kind customer, you expect kind customer service, and I received the farthest thing from it. I understand that everyone has rough days at work, but rude customer service is how you will lose loyal customers. I've been to this place many times because of the convenience of how close to my house it is... just to be disappointed every single visit. Do NOT waste your time with dip - they will either be so thin that they chip off in 2 days or on the flip side they will barely file them down at all and they be chunky and uneven. I have gotten dip from this place atleast 10 times and have never been happy with the result. They are all about getting you in and out as fast as possible. I've seen them reuse tools as well. Although it seems very nice from the decor and atmosphere - the quality of the actual nail care is the worst I've ever received. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I absolutely would!!! I've been having so many issues finding a place that carries the product I want or that can do the designs I find, but this place can seriously do ANYTHING! It is designed so well inside, Music was great, and everyone was full of smiles and so friendly. As soon as I walked in the gentlemen was SO friendly and got me checked in right away. I waited a little bit to get my nails done past my appointment (which I was totally expecting). My nail tech is Kelly and omg. Needless to say I will not be going to anyone else! She is SO fast and got my nails done under an hour not to mention how sweet she is, we talked a lot about my Disney trip while getting my nails done and she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable.
