I've been using Grand Paws for about two years now and Dana and her team are amazing. I book them at least once a month for a week at a time and I know my cats are well cared for. They send me pictures of the visits almost every day. Dana takes care of my cats often, but sometimes Abbey takes care of them (pretty sure my cats like Abbey more than me). My cats are fed and happy, and the litter is always scooped. They leave me a nice note after each visit telling me how my cats did that week. While I can't speak to the pet sitting, I can speak to Grand Paws, specifically Dana and Claire, for going over and beyond to take care of one their customers. I own a construction company and we installed a roof while their/our customers were out of town. The weather forecast showed no rain, but, in typical Dallas fashion, a massive downpour arrived in ten minutes and we scrambled to get the waterproofing down. We thought we had it all, but we didn't. Some water got through, and Grand Paws promptly reached out to their customer, who reached out to us, and then Dana and Claire spent at least an hour helping us coordinate between in-laws and clean up crew. I have a dog walker in Houston and it is challenging enough to get him to show up. I don't know what, if anything, he would have done in this situation other than possibly making it worse.
