They were a couple months expired. I inquired as to why they didn't notify me because they notified me of another vaccination that was due, and they said it was supposed to be automated. It was missed and I was not notified prior to the appointment. It was two days before Christmas with company coming and I was less stranded. No accommodations, no alternatives, no solutions. I asked to speak to a manager and was advised that I could not. They gave me a card with an email address. I requested to speak to a manager so I could get it resolved so I can get them in but was refused. I guess management doesn't want to speak to clients. Icing on the cake is that my vet graciously got us in within 10 minutes of leaving the lodge, and when I called to advise that they were getting updated Bordetella vaccinations and asked if I could bring them back in, I was told no because their bather preferred for all the dogs to be there on time, even though it was them that pushed me out to begin with. I will not be returning simply for the poor, very poor customerservice aspect of their business.

We absolutely LOVE this place. We have two dogs (puppies) with completely different personalities. One came in very scared, nervous, and afraid of almost everything. Since going here, we have watched him slowly come out of his shell, become more confident, socialize with other dogs, and actually have FUN. Seeing that change in him has meant so much to us. Our other dog is the complete opposite--he is Mr. Social! The minute he realizes he's going to daycare, he runs to the door and can hardly contain himself. He absolutely loves being there. What I appreciate most is how attentive the staff is to each individual dog's personality. They don't just throw all the dogs together--they really seem to understand them, match them with dogs they'll do well with, and make sure they feel comfortable and happy. The people there are also incredibly kind, caring, and as flexible as they can possibly be, especially considering how popular and busy they are. And honestly, I completely understand why they're so popular--they're that good! I also LOVE that they offer extra enrichment activities to keep the dogs entertained, engaged, and stimulated instead of just having them run around all day. We plan to use them for over night so we wanted them in daycare to get use to the place ..we travel for work a lot and need overnight stays , and I feel so much better knowing my dogs are with people who genuinely care about them. No one was at the desk and I stood for 15 minutes looking around. The son couldn't be bothered to pause scrolling on his phone and a lady was on the phone in a different office. When he finally brought our dog to us my 3 and 7 yr old kids had to point out that she had deep wounds on the top of her head. They let us walk out the door without saying anything at all. I brought our dog back in and they acknowledged saying they knew about it and that she wanted to play with a dog in the next run and was rubbing her head on the shared fence. It was known for a couple of days but I never received so much as a phone call nor did they relocate either dog, if that's even what actually happened. The placement of the wounds does not match up with what they claim. I took our dog to the vet and they agreed the wounds do not make sense with what they claimed. They had to shave the top of her head to prevent infection and the wounds are significant. Please do not trust your animals with this company. We are now out an extra $100+ for the vet and have had to cancel additional plans while she heals at home.

She has seen both of my fur babies - Milo and Donny - throughout their life from the puppy stage through their senior years. Her approach and interaction with animals is such a joy to see. She has a wealth of knowledge and I have a high level of trust and confidence in her ability to provide the best care. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She is Family. The staff (past and present) is so kind and patient. Avery, Linda, Meg, Roger, Kate, Amanda, and Celeste were there at the drop of a hat to answer questions about my fur baby. We also got the chance to know Chad and Lauren. We lost Milo to bladder cancer at the age of 13 on December 3, 2015. He no longer had a quality of life, so we made the difficult decision to send him over the Rainbow Bridge. I felt like I lost a piece of me that day. Dr. Michalk's Office was so empathetic and caring. They let us spend as much time as we wanted with him. If it hadn't been for Dr. Michalk communicating with other vets, Donny would not have received the wonderful Medical care at the facilities where he was admitted. It all began with a tooth root abscess. We were referred to Dr. Donnelly at VEI Plano. He was then referred to MEDVET and then VCA Specialty Hospital where he had, as recently as Mid-March, been receiving radiation treatments which were going well until last week. He was admitted to VCA on Friday morning, May 1st for low platelets, lethargy, and lack of appetite. Upon Friday's ct scan, it showed several tumors in his abdomen, spleen, and perforations in his colon. On May 1, 2026, we made the difficult decision to send him over the Rainbow Bridge, given his rapidly deteriorating condition over the course of that day. I am heartbroken.

We bring her to Doggie's Wonderland a couple of times a week and she runs and plays with the other dogs and is almost exhausted when she comes home, which is exactly what she needs. We have taken a few trips since we've had her and we board her at Doggie's Wonderland, they are great with her and great with all the other dogs I've seen there. I did some research and found this place, so I decided to give it a try. IM SO GLAD I DID! From the 1st day, as soon as he got into the car he was snoozing in the backseat. It was such a miracle. At other daycare facilities I have taken him to, he would still have energy at the end of the day, and it would take a bit for him to finally settle once he got home. But here at Top Paw, he sleeps through the whole night! I take him to work with me and even the staff has commented about how calm and sleepy he is after Daycare. I also love that they are so flexible with their times. Somedays I have to be at work before 4pm so I need to grab him before I go in, and they are open from 7a-7p Mon-Fri and I can drop off/pick up anytime during those hours. And they even have daycare on the weekends which is soooo helpful for when I work weekend shifts. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly. They always promise to get him nice and tired and they deliver on it. I have been recommending Top Paw to all of my fellow pup parents when they ask where I take him. All of them are well fed and happy when we get back! The house is vacuumed before we come home from vacation so it's nice to just be able to come home and relax afterwards. They are great about giving medications and following instructions for pets with specific needs. The daily activity log is good to come home to as well. The prices are incredibly reasonable as they charge for time and not per pet. You won't find many (if any) that offer this type of pricing. With cats, we have her come out once a day to feed, brush and play. I would suggest anyone wanting a dependable and kind pet sitter give Brook and her team a try!
