I spoke with the man who was working there (my guess is that he is the new owner) who is a proud Albanian (anyone who has been to Tirana will understand what an extraordinary place it is to visit) and really could not have been more engaging. That alone will ensure I will be back! As it is essentially a "takeout joint/shack," the ambiance is not romantic or artful(!), but the very pleasant demeanors of the folks there, along with a place that is not obviously bathed in grease or filth, make it more welcome than many other places.
