Escalating it did no good and they gave the other person doing a "makeup" session have priority (unbelievable!) so we had to either skip the week or book with a different therapist - my son cried because he didn't get to go during his usual time with his therapist. Terrible customer service and the owner doesn't care at all about their clients. Avoid if possible. Edited to update: Added 1 star because my child is doing well there. It's just sad that the owner/admin cares more about the $$ instead of the kids.

This goes on back and forth with my husband and I and this office until the beginning of Feb in which i get an appt in wi the doctor. This office staff will NOT call you back and you pretty much will have to chase them down yourself. My kid is lucky that i am a healthcare provider and understand how insurances otherwise it would've taken even longer. I wouldn't even have gone here if it were not for a referral from my wonderful pediatrician. Dr Fernando on the other hand, is great to work with. Very professional and super smart. He gives us a lot of tips and ways we can help our kiddo.

When we first started here, my son was speech delayed and no one understood the few words he did say. Instead of listening, the office continued the process only to later tell us they could not accommodate what was already discussed. Melva contacted me multiple times only to repeatedly say there was "nothing she can do," which is unacceptable considering this issue was created by the facility's own lack of communication and scheduling consistency. She also refused to provide management or owner contact information when requested, making it even more frustrating to try and resolve the issue professionally. To make matters worse, Zoom appointments were suggested for my son despite being informed he cannot effectively participate in long virtual sessions due to focus and attention difficulties. Families seeking services deserve clear communication, honesty, and respect from the beginning -- especially when dealing with children and lengthy referral/authorization wait times. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

So without divulging my entire medical history, I will share with my fellow Yelpers that I, Margo "Yelp-go", have EDS (has nothing to do with ED and everything to do with chronic pain) I have been to SO many pain management doctors (around 6) and after a bad experience at Risser Orthopedic (don't worry, I'll get to that review later) I decided to search for the Dr that led me to go to Risser in the first place (*cue the music*) Dr Moradian! I had seen Dr Moradian briefly around 7 yrs prior after a car accident, at Risser. He was kind, professional and after 5 other pain management doctors later, definitely more skilled. (Yes, I will publicly shame these past practices at a later date. Your girl's trying to stay positive here) When I returned to Risser, I asked to see Dr Moradian and was told he was no longer there. Obviously, I created a false narrative that he retired young and was traveling the Bahamas in happiness and that he was no longer an option for me. So fast forward to me having enough of the disappointment with Risser. (I'm talking about them randomly changing appointments on me without letting me know and literally calling me for a phone appointment when my poor grandma was dying in a hospital and then charging me for not being available despite not ever scheduling me for that day. Then mix in Evelyn with the attitude...) I digress, I was just done. I felt like I was starting from ground zero and decided I would just google Dr Moradian. I guess I thought, "hmm, maybe he's retired but has a a twin with the same career and professionalism". I'm so glad I did because *BAM* I found him (in hindsight I should have just started with this, but hey, you live and you learn) When I called to schedule, he wasn't available. An invisible tear fell from my face. The lady on the other line recommended that I try his colleague Dr Vartanian. I admit, I was hesitant but figured he had to be "okay" if he was with Dr Moradian. I was RIGHT (and a little wrong) because Dr Vartanian is amazing! *confetti emoji* He's not only the most gentle Trigger Point Injector (again, I've had this done by now 7 drs.) but he's also compassionate towards his patients and encourages a plan towards maintaining mobility for a rewarding life. He's the first doctor that I would vouch for to say that he's a genuinely good person. Not just a "good doctor" but a "good person".

We cannot recommend Little Land Recess enough, especially our son's therapist, Marisa. Marisa has been working with our son, Remy, since August 2024, and it has been such a privilege to watch his growth with her by his side. When they first started together, she helped him with tummy time and building the foundational skills he needed. Since then, she has guided him through every major developmental milestone from sitting up, crawling, standing, walking, talking, and everything in between. Looking back, it's incredible to realize she has been there through every stage of his development. What makes Marisa so exceptional is that she doesn't just focus on Remy, she supports our entire family. She has helped us become more confident parents by teaching us how to encourage Remy's development at home, answering our endless questions, and providing thoughtful advice every step of the way. My son Ian and I had a great experience at Little Land Arcadia! The play area was very clean, well-maintained, and organized. Everything looked sanitized and taken care of, and there were plenty of fun structures to keep the children entertained. The customer service was also excellent. Marissa at the front desk was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we walked in. She made check-in quick and easy and answered all of our questions with a smile. My son just graduated out of speech and we are over the moon…read more As I'm writing this, I'm reflecting on the mind blowing progress my son has made in just 3 years with the incredible help of Mrs. Teresa. When we first started here, my son was speech delayed and no one understood the few words he did say. Mrs. Teresa was able to target his problem areas and gave my son the tools he needed to communicate clearly and effectively. Mrs. Teresa is kind, gentle, patient, stern when needed, and truly invested in my son's growth and progress. They worked hard together during sessions, and she always rewarded my son with play time at the end which he appreciated. She always pushed and challenged him -- every session the improvement was undeniable. My son is a better speaker, a more confident communicator, and is able to focus and apply himself so much more now. I have a daughter at a different clinic who has now seen several different therapists, and I truly don't think with them all combined they could do what Mrs. Teresa does. She is an expert in the field and my son and I were truly blessed to work with her! Shout out to Miss Rosa who runs a tight ship! She truly keeps everything running smoothly, handles everything from scheduling to billing to whatever else falls on her lap, and she always does it with a welcoming and warm smile. She's the first and last face we see -- the face of the company. It's bitter sweet to say goodbye. Thank you sooooo much to Mrs. Teresa & Miss Rosa for being a part of our lives for the past 3 years.

Marcy (who works in the front desk) is very knowledgeable about the regional center and has contacts to help expedite the process. We've worked with Brittney for about a year and a half, and she has been instrumental in helping my daughter gain the confidence and skills to work on her expression. The therapy is play based and she makes it fun! We consider her more than our therapist, but a friend. Cheryl is amazing as well. She is sweet and is great at getting shy kids to open up. Brittney Goodwin was our speech therapist. There are seriously no words to describe her dedication. She would text us and call us in between appointments to check in, asked about the overall health of our family, and wrote extensive emails and reports to assist in our transition to the school district once our daughter aged out of the regional center. Also, the office manager Marcy fought to keep our services when they were prematurely terminated because we moved. She did that completely on her own without us even having to ask. The best way I can describe this office: true patient advocates. This is an overdue review, but thank you for everything!

Staff at Dream Big are incredible, very personable, and create great rapport with both the parents and the children that they have worked with. My son is EXCITED to go to school there every day. And it warms my heart seeing him give all the staff member's huge smiles, even if they don't directly work with him. His social skills, coping tools, and receptive understanding has improved greatly in just the one year that he has been enrolled, and we are looking forward to seeing his continued growth in this next year.

Wow what an amazing location for kids-a dream room literally. They have different themed rooms like…read morespace/kitchen/art/trains/music/doctors waiting room/dinosaur excavation room/nursery/etc all under one roof. It's so clean inside with no shoe policy and the toys are clean. I've been to other places where the toys are filthy and look as though they never wipe them down. This place is the opposite. The day we went they also had the monrovia fire truck come outside and give the kids a demonstration of the uniform, air tank, and let the kids operate a mini fire hose. It was amazing. My son didn't want to leave. Make sure you feed your kid first or bring lunch because your kid will not want to leave. You can bring a sack lunch and there's a designated room to feed your kid and eat. Wish I could come back but only open weekdays for public and weekends is usually for parties.

Nessa was consistently unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful. Nessa would cancel appointments last-minute and schedule makeup sessions without notifying us, even after we explicitly asked to be informed. Our requests were completely ignored. When we tried to address our concerns directly and requested a meeting with Nessa, she never responded. She refused to answer scheduling questions and address our communication issues. For someone who promotes herself as collaborative and compassionate, Nessa proved to be the opposite -- prioritizing her own convenience over the families she's supposed to help. Thankfully, we switched to another speech provider who has been professional, responsive, and effective. Our son has made great progress in a short time. Let's Blossom may have good therapists, but Nessa is not one of them.

She also schedules makeup sessions without our knowledge or permission -- even after we repeatedly asked to be informed. The lack of communication and transparency is severe. If you're looking for a speech therapist who respects your child's time, communicates clearly, and genuinely collaborates with families, do not work with Nessa at Let's Blossom. To other families: do your research. Multiple negative reviews about Nessa and Let's Blossom exist on Google and Glassdoor, including one where Let's Blossom owner, Nessa, allegedly "belittled, attacked, and emotionally abused" a student reviewer. We found Let's Blossom through our child's school and wish we had looked deeper before signing on. Nessa prioritizes herself and her convenience over the children and families she's supposed to help. Please learn from our experience. Update: I want to respond to Nessa's misinformation in her reply. First, this was not a "miscommunication." We clearly communicated to Nessa and her staff at least three times that we wanted to be informed of any scheduled appointments. Despite this, Nessa told us directly that as long as my child is in school and due for make-up sessions, she would go ahead and schedule them without our knowledge and permission. Second, Nessa stated she had hoped to connect -- but in our case, she chose not to connect. We raised our concerns multiple times and even requested a meeting to address them directly. She never responded to our meeting request and refused to answer our scheduling questions or discuss communication issues. A truly collaborative provider who cares about their clients and families would have spoken with us -- but she did not. Given Nessa's unprofessional conduct and misinformation, Nessa lost our family's trust.
