Here is my experience for my last 3 visits in the past 3 months: -it takes 6 weeks to get an appointment with 50% deposit upfront. They have a stringent cancellation policy which I understand, only if they were respectful for the client's time as much as theirs. They often change it last minute from their end and don't give much flexibility for people who did the due diligence to get appointment early. -past 3 times I was there, they refuse any additional service citing "I don't have time". They won't fix one broken nail or make one design that customer requests. I wait that long and pay more to get the nail I want. -quality of service has gotten worse. Technicians are not as skillful as they once were and so aggressive. Past 3 times I was there all with different people I came out with at least 3 nail bleeding and hurting for several days. The last time it was even worse it's a deep cut! This is what really pushed me over the edge! All of this while raising the price by $10 and literally charging extra for every bit of service. I'm sad I have to find a new salon but I'm giving up.
