Really wanted to like this place. It's walking distance and would save me a lot of headaches with the kids. I have tried it 3 times (relucantly this time due to snow). I will never return. First, I'm not sure what planet other reviewers are from but $24.95 for a plain cheese grandmas pizza (nearly $35 for supreme) is NOT "reasonably priced." It's insane. And, thats before a delivery AND seperate "service" fee. Second, the pizza is awful. I'm not a pizza snob. I just have a certain expectation of what a plain cheese pizza should look, feel and taste like. Never have I experienced such a disaster that wasn't trying to be different. Strangely, they make like 3 styles and they are all hard and oily. They don't claim artsy pizza. They claim NY style pizza. I'm not saying some people wont like it. Today's "extra" experience: first order was messed up. Called but couldnt seem to communicate with them, took the hit and placed a second order. Now for a small plain neopolitan in the hopes my daughter would eat it. Apparently "contactless" delivery means they leave it on your doorstep in 30 degree temps with NO notification of delivery, no doorbell ring, nothing. Kid is crying, now starving as its been 2 hours (including the first delivery), and when we locate it, its frozen. I'm now $91.69 into this mistake and everyone is still hungry. read more

I did an online order for a large grandma's pie, which was $16 total and fresh out of the oven and being cut when I walked in at their given time. We sat at the window bar, facing the lot. NY style again. What is really like NY is the shakers on the table with Cheese,Pepper, Garlic Powder etc. Now we only had a Sicilian Pie and a large Caesar Salad. On the scale of quality with ten being best I ever had, both earned the same grade of 8.5. I lived in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Even Little Italy. I grew up with my Italian Immigrant Grandparents. I ordered a slice of the veggie pizza and the person who put it together basically gave me a slice of pizza with so many onions on it I couldn't eat it without removing the toppings to get the onions off. It was a slice of onion pizza. The toppings consisted of green pepper, onion, and tomatoes, so they clearly weren't familiar with their own menu and just winged it. I placed an order tonight and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. After an hour and 20 minutes, I called to check on my order. As I was asking, I realized that I never told them this was supposed to be delivery. I apologized and said I would be there in a minute to pick it up.
