They are still seating and serving customers inside despite the government overreach that has shut down all the other indoor restaurants in Larimer County. They are sanitizing and checking employee temperatures and have barriers between booths. Staff are wearing masks but customers can wear them or not. My health, my responsibility. It is so nice to have someplace to go and just sit and have a beer, cup of coffee, or nice home cooked meal. Staff is awesome and food is great. Disappointing! 35 minutes still no food and it wasn't busy. Eggs over medium not easy as requested. Waitress replaced our pancakes after the cook told her they were old (we hadn't tried them yet). But why were they even sent out cold? Asked the waitress for syrup and she flat out told us they were already sweet. I told her I knew that but I still wanted syrup. Sorry but you don't question customers requests especially when it's for a simple bottle of syrup. I asked for syrup not her opinion. Pretty decent food at appropriate prices. The draft beer always tasted off but the waitresses were always so welcoming and nice. The review is based on the restaurant alone, not the owner's political opinions. There are new owners and we really want to get there for dinner soon but instead we dropped in for breakfast and had a very nice meal. But what was the sweetest thing and why I want folks to give them a try was how they went out of their way to bring me a sweater I left behind. HOOLLY SHIIITE... I stopped by to test this place out and man was I surprised! Nice SAWEEEET surprise . Was a treat not a trick. Three words, PUMPKIN FRENCH TOAST! I have loads of food allergies and decided Gluten be damned I'm suffering for these babies. Apparently they have a seasonal menu.. sooo I'm thinking many more pumpkin French toast before January lol I got some eggs they were good and the sausage patty was like a small hamburger and juicy!!! I usually eat sloth slow and the French toast was annihilated! Also I should menu I would of taken a picture but was too busy crammed down my throat. I asked for my check and she said on me. I asked to pay for my drink. She argued and I walked out. I won't be back. Think old school farmers cafe. Local retirees make this the regular coffee stop in the morning to speak of the great days of yesteryear. Often time there is a Model T or two in the parking lot at breakfast, no joke. Food is of average quality with a few stand outs on the menu. The portions are massive. Service is good the the most part. Turnover seems to be high enough you get hit with new servers often, not an issue. Weekends always seem to be slammed and about the only time you will ever wait for a seat. read more

This place needs some major help during the dinner time. We have been here for breakfast and it was nice. However, tonight for dinner, it was terrible. There were five people in our party, and ONLY ONE meal came out correctly. A chicken dinner came out ice cold and it was sent back with two bites taken out. That same piece of chicken came back to the table 3 minutes later. This shocks me, especially in the era of COVID, that they would "reheat" a touched and bitten out of piece of chicken on their grill. Oh...the chicken dinner comes with a dinner salad and that was never brought to the table even after reminding the waitress two times. We were charged for drinks that were never brought at any point during the meal. Everyone at the table was stuck with one cup of water (because we never got refills of water, even after asking). We asked for a manager and the waitress said that she only works in the morning. No manager on duty during the dinner time? I will never eat dinner here again...and probably never eat breakfast here, either. read more

Stopped and had a late lunch, very disappointing to say the least. Paid $11 for a chopped steak dinner which was no more than a burnt hamburger patty and a biscuit. The side salad was good (hard to screw that up) but the waitress seemed confused when we asked for dressing. She never came back to refill our drinks either. We won't be going back. Wanted to try a little cafe today and this place looked good. Stopped in for lunch told to sit anywhere. Picked a table that needed cleaned and waitress stated there were other booths available. We didn't fit in the other one so we moved. Should have known this wasn't going to go well at that point. Finally got our drinks and ordered. Decent early day menu. We both got burgers, good and hot. Waitress never returned. Needed drinks refilled (really small glasses), didn't order dessert (wanted to try the bingets) and couldn't find her anywhere to even get the bill. Finally flagged down Another waitress to get our bill. They were so busy closing we could have walked out of there without paying an no one would have been the wiser.
