Pretty average breakfast restaurant. Appeared to have a normal selection and prices were fair. Nothing stuck out as memorable. Very traditional, classic breakfast. It's fine. Nice people. Probably won't return unless I'm next door. 6/10.

Great spot, super homey feeling. Food was excellent and service was quick. Will definitely be back as a recent resident to the town!

clean place, great location, friendly staff, ample parking. i ordered a simply 2 eggs breakfast with bacon and cottage cheese and green chili for my sides. i requested eggs over medium and bacon not too crispy. both were epic fails. the bacon was way over-cooked and the eggs a bit more than medium, no runny yolks at all. the server asked how it was, i told her what i stated above and added, "but i am starving, so i'll eat anything" well, she simply walked away. no apology, no reaction. kinda weird. btw, the green chili was pretty flavorful! but the coffee - kinda weak

So my review is for Colorado Curry, which is inside of Grandpa's. When you sit down you'll get both menus; both restaurants are inside of the same building. It's not immediately obvious from the outside. The host and servers were very friendly. I had the shrimp biriyani with raita and an iced chai. The spice level was great and the portion was large for the price. The food overall was good; we tried the vindaloo, chicken tikka curry and saag paneer. In general the flavors were good but a little over cooked. Naan was fluffy and everything was hot.

It's worth stopping by and very delicious . Service was amazing. We got our food in a timely manner. I just wish they would have asked if we needed refills on our drinks. The serving sizes you definitely get your bang for your buck.

The place is terrible. Overpriced, visible pooling oil on my plate from the fries that were soggy. Gross and waste of money.

It was 105 degrees outside and the pavement just holding that heat and reflecting it back to bake all life outside. So naturally, when we arrived at the restaurant taking escape from the heat, another couple chose to sit on the unshaded patio. Martians! No other explanation. But from the cool cool inside by the window we had the most delicious dinner! First they had you a hilarious number of menus, I think there were no less than 7. However, appetizer, drinks, food all superb! The mussels were unique in like a sweet buttery teriyaki sauce. With excellent bread atop. For my cocktail I got the white sangria, and that was one delicious and stiff drink. Raviolli was the only vegetarian entree and though I wish I had more options, loved it. For dessert we ordered the goat cheesecake, and that was an experience... for one it was crustless and did taste very goaty, the sauces on it were the best part though. Should you get stranded in Loveland with aliens, I highly recommend Door 222! The whole area looks like it's going through a renovation and should the weather be slightly less than scorching, seems like a lovely area for a stroll!

We were all shocked to see the change in the breakfast potatoes... the au gratin potatoes have always been delicious and so unique to anything else at any breakfast/brunch spot in town, so when the plates arrived with fried potatoes you can get anywhere else, it was disappointing. The same dish we have always gotten, the Monte Cristo, was lackluster today. When we mentioned the potatoes the response from our waiter was "yeah that's been a common complaint"... which makes it obvious that we weren't the only ones who have brought it up and asked about the change. The service was decent and the food was good, but none of it compared to what it has been in the past. Oddly enough it was also quite empty for a Sunday at 10AM when were used to seeing it packed in there. Perhaps others have noticed changes that are less than customer-centric? Why make such a change to a staple item which then makes the meal no different than what I can find elsewhere for less money? Sadly it make not make the list next year when company is back in town when it's typically been their request.

We were seated promptly upon arrival although did wait a bit for a server to appear. We arrived at the tail end of happy hour so that was nice. Happy hour is available at any table in the restaurant. We ordered appetizers of smoked trout dip and baked scallops. Both were tasty. Main courses were duck and fresh catch of the day which was trout. The trout and the veggies served with it were delicious. Whipped parsnips, roasted carrots, snap peas and spinach topped with a nice filet of trout. This place is small but very cute on the inside. Make sure to notice the ceiling fan. They have a large outdoor patio too.
