The fat cap was gummy and not really rendered; the meat towards the exterior was a little on the rare side, but I was initially willing to put up with it until about a quarter of the way in, when I started discovering straight-up raw/uncooked meat. My guess is, the steak was just seared from flash-frozen and nobody actually bothered to temp it or check for doneness. At this point, I asked for the manager (which I've literally never done before in my life) and requested a refund rather than a recook, as my wife and in-law were nearly done eating and I didn't feel like holding them up/also don't want to pay for only 3/4ths of a product that was cooked the way I asked or even cooked at all. Manager actually wrinkled his nose at the steak, and agreed to take it off the bill, really appreciated that. Additionally, the waiter was a really nice guy. Sadly, I do think you probably shouldn't screw up steaks at a steakhouse, and all three of them had something wrong with them. I also didn't feel too great after eating just a bite or two and two or three fries (I said I would stop eating in exchange for the refund), so with all that in mind, I will have to give this place a one-star rating.
