The facility itself is very clean, temperature controlled, organized, and easy to access, offering large dollies to help with unwieldy loads. Cost is much too high. Also you have to walk a long way to get to the units on the 2nd floor.

Easy online reservation with in person finalization with Ramon who was very easy to work with and friendly. Got a walk through of the unit and facility, and set and tested my unit's driver gate code. The gate code is unique to each unit and entering it disables the alarm to the unit; if the unit is opened the facility alarm goes off and is supposedly monitored offsite outside of access hours. Access is only available 7a to 7p; outside of this time the gate does not open I'm told. Gate code also needed to exit which reenables the alarm on the unit. Ramon indicated that there's never been a break into a unit in the history of the facility. This was something I was concerned with when a friend indicated he's had a storage unit broken into at some Public Storage facility in Santa Clara. read more

Finally gave in to rent a storage unit for all our "surplus" and Christmas decor. I went it to check out the place before renting. Ramon (manager) was so helpful and walked me around to show me an available unit as well as how to get in-out of the secured facility. It's located at the front of a residential neighborhood which gives me a better sense of security. They do absolutely nothing except raise your rent every year and slap you with bogus fees like "insurance " even if you don't want it. The only thing this place has going for it is the convenient location. read more

Well run. Clean. No problem with pests. Very helpful manager. If your goods are covered under your homeowners policy, you have to provide proof to them or they will charge you extra for insurance. But my previous storage place got replaced with apartments. It's hard to find a storage unit that's not far away. I only gave up the unit because we are moving out of the area. read more
