My family and I have been renting jet skis around the globe for years, and not once did anyone perform a post-use inspection. I have no problem with them performing a post-use inspection, but if you are going to do that, you need to also do a pre-use inspection in front of us. We were on the lake, away from debris and the shore, yet she said the jet ski sucked up something and was damaged. We were charged an additional fee for parts and labor for repairs. The thing is, if you didn't perform a pre-use inspection in front of the customer, how do we know this isn't previous damage? Do they do this to all unsuspecting customers? Who knows. Lesson learned for next time.

She wasn't pushy at all and didn't upsell me anything - just gave me all the tips and info. We decided on a tandem snowmobile for an hour with a guide. We arrived 20 minutes late but she was so professional - she shortened and made the check in process so easy. There was a cabin with fire where you can change since Deer Mountain was quite cold and was snowing that day desolate the snow drought. She was mega attentive and taught us everything and told us exactly where we were going. She took couple of pictures for us and explained what we'll see had it not been so foggy. On the way back when we stopped at a viewpoint my boyfriend accidentally accelerated and we toppled right where the cliff started - Michele rushed over and helped us up and we genuinely concerned for our well being. We're so grateful she was our guide and can't recommend her enough. She's an amazing person with a beautiful smile and we definitely suggest everyone go snowmobile with her, especially first timers!

About half to 3/4 of my fishing days I use a guide. Engaging with a good guide not only gives me access to great water but it also increases my fish count and - with the right guide - helps me improve as a fisherman. California, Oregon, Nevada, Montana. I'm licensed and four states every year and hit these State's waters top waters regularly. The guide community in each state is pretty small community. I have spent time with many guides over the years narrowing down to the top view in each state. In California I fish many different water types. From my place on the Fall River, to the wild Trinity, to the mighty Lower Sac and quite a few in between. Over my 30 years of fishing I've created great friendships with guides along the way. And Arian Aaron and Wild Harvest is among the best in the state! The first time I fished with Aaron was well over a decade ago. We floated the lower Sac. I was quite familiar with the river, so to me going with a guide was more about having someone row a boat while I fished then necessarily teaching me about the river. We'll was I surprised. Aaron far exceeded my expectations. Showed me more about the River than I could possibly have learned in a lifetime of fishing with others. From stealthy holes to underwater obstructions to back channel Eddie's, Aaron was on his game and I knew I had found an expert. I have since fished with Aaron on many northern California rivers since with the same experience. Nothing but best of class knowledge and best of class fishing experience. He's super personable and fun to hang with. And believe me, these tend to be long days fishing and with the wrong Guide they can be painful. Aaron makes these days fly by with success on the water and great conversation and camaraderie in the boat. Whether you are an expert or a beginner, I highly recommend Aaron and Harvest Wild for a guide service. But, book early since he has many "regulars" who pre-book him every year.

Lance is a GREAT guy - very easy going and down to earth so I suppose some people may misinterpret…read morethings, according to the other posts. But our experience from the beginning to end was extraordinary. And in the beginning, we also called him like 100 times because we kept getting lost but he was patient and directed us back. Gave us advice to pick up snacks for the calm parts of the river - which we were thankful for 2 hours in to the 3 hour rental. Gave us safety guidelines that were also worth knowing about the river- we definitely would of panicked as there are several bends and just keep in mind the first 3 bridges come fast and then the last two take quite some time as we did sign up for the 6 hour tour. It was great! The 3 hour would have been fine. But all together a great way to end our weekend escape. Thanks to Lance and his staff!! ***Thought I had sent this a while ago!!
