I've driven this car for over ten years and the function of the linear transfer of power from the electric to the gasoline motor is precisely what the issue was as it is driving with the same feel as when it was brand new! I simply asked why not? He claimed a truck was going to show up "any minute" to pick up used tires. Then he said I can ask the guys up front. I said don't worry about it and as I pulled out of the driveway, he screams have a nice day... I went and talked to someone inside the office and he looked at me weird when I said the guy said he wouldn't fill up the tire. And said to bring it back around. He suggested a whole list of things that had nothing to do with my initial visit. Also, the communication was not well. I told him to not go through with anything until I approve it. I just wanted to know what the warranty for my vehicle would cover but because it was covered, he went on ahead and started working on it, which I did not approve of. Then, once he changed the alternator, the radiator and the oil pump a few days, later my car overheated. Had it checked out, it was because the belt was not put on correctly and there was no water in the radiator or wherever water was supposed to be. Lastly, the pricing! They gouge your eyes out because they know you do not know what's going on and they're taking full advantage of that. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with an auto shop. I'm not sure how they have so many good reviews on google.
