Very terrible way of communicating, the reviews are pretty accurate on this topic. I been trying to reach someone about canceling my GAP and 360 Sheild that i paid for but there isnt any record of it with the warranty company. They will answer the phone and give you the run around then hang up the phone , seems like they are using caller ID to screen the calls. I filled out the warranty cancellation form that says someone will contact t you which is also a lie. The car i purchased is great also my salesman was great but what's happening now isn't cool. I have multiple horror stories after they force feed you a warranty that you can only have service at their facility, their service manager quit on them no answer from them after having my vehicle for a week, and then the nerve to charge me a diagnostic when I wanted to pick my truck up and have to a repair shop I would just pay for it myself just to avoid having to deal with them anymore. Purchased a 2018 Mercedes-Benz S560 from this dealership on February 20. I was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, but the windshield was already cracked at the time of sale. The crack is allowing water into the driver assistance camera area, which is a safety concern because this vehicle requires OEM glass and proper calibration. I was told the windshield would be replaced quickly, but it has still not been repaired. The car is also showing a battery warning and shakes when braking, which raises additional safety concerns. I have attempted multiple times to resolve this directly with the dealership, including contacting corporate and filing a BBB complaint. BUYERS BEWARE YOU DO NOT WANT TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM ANY GRAVITY AUTO!!!! Sale was deceptive bought 2016 Lexus GX460 on 09/17/2024. I Live 2.5 hours away.. They failed in every aspect of sales, service and integrity!! List of lies Said the car went through a multi-point inspection and passed everything. Spoiler Over $12,000 dollars of repairs needed Said the tire pressure light was on because it needed new tires and offered me to come back to get them when I came back to get the seat handle repaired. Was told he was throwing in a dealer warranty for major systems as well as a key replacement warranty. Actuality $1,000 added to the online price but didn't mention until after paperwork and approval. I came back and got the new tires. Light was still on. Was told it should go off on it's own after driving it some. Got the seat handle replaced and the technician put a hole in the middle seat. They tried to say it was already there, but you could tell it was a fresh puncture. Then they tried to blame it on a car set. After I showed them that the car seats dimensions and design didn't align with the puncture, they agreed to fix it for me whenever I came back to Duluth. DOWC (Dealer Owned Warranty Company) warranty: going back through my paperwork I see where I was charged over $2500 dollars for the warranty and $1500 dollars for key replacement. (I don't know any key that costs $1500 dollars!) I take accountability for not going over the paperwork again but that leads me to another thing. They take all day and forever to do nothing on purpose so that you will pay less attention to detail because you are ready to go. Multi-point inspection could not have been done it would not have passed. After a year and 2 months driving less than 10,000 miles the only thing that passed inspection were the tires. Over $12,000 dollars of repairs needed 1 year and 2 months after owning the car: Check engine light comes on, I take it to the Lexus dealership, and they tell me I need a transmission rebuild. They notify the warranty company to submit a claim for repairs. It is immediately declined because, " I am within 50 miles of the Gravity auto Roswell dealerships service center" they will pay $125 towards having it towed. I get to the dealership, they clear the check engine light and tell me I must wait until it comes back on. Car is driving fine but the RPM's stays high a little longer than usual to change to the next gear. It comes back on. I drop it off to the Roswell Gravity auto service center. Thursday 3/12/26. Tuesday 3/17/26 I get a text and a phone call saying they did a multi-point inspection and gave the results. Warranty company only approved front wheel bearing replacement and that I would have to pay $514.44 for a transmission flush to see if that would repair the issue before they would pay for a transmission rebuild and to approve or decline. I approved of course what other choice did I have? The next day they call me and said they were done and that the flush repaired the issue. I scheduled to pick up that Saturday since I lived 2.5 hours away. They close early on Saturdays, so I paid in advance and he left my key at the dealership along with my paperwork. First 17 minutes of driving the car seemed ok. Then it started making a clicking noise that sounds like you putting a card in your bicycle tire while it's spinning. When we got on the highway, after acceleration when you let off of the gas the car would stall as if you were pressing the brake. Had none of these issues before taking it to them. read more

I've recently hit a curb outside of the auto shop. Luckily, I was able to get 2 of my right side tires replaced. Both tires exploded instantly during impact. The attending manager graciously assisted with driving my car into the shop. They didn't have my tires nor do they service tires. But, the manager managed to get ahold of couple tires at a neighboring location for my replacements. I didn't wait long for them to have both replaced. I think I was only at the location for about an hour or less once it was ready for pickup. I was told they usually only service their own cars that they sell. I got a good deal on a decent car but bought it remotely. My transaction took place on 6/28/24. I was told after the sale it might take up to 30 days for them to pay off my car. I checked with my lender and they funded my loan in 1 week. I am 100% certain of this because the same bank also is my business credit facility. I am aware my trade in was sold immediately. Let me start out saying, I normally don't write reviews, especially not bad ones. My experience with this dealership was over a year ago at this point, so this isn't a harsh review made in anger over something fresh. I've had plenty of time to think about this and calm down, but a year later I'm still unhappy about the situation that happened. I'll just say make sure you get any car you purchase inspected by a professional mechanic prior to purchase if possible. I bought a car from out of town at this location and when I drove it home 6 hrs away it broke down on me the first day. Once I took it to my local mechanic at a licensed Chevrolet dealership, I was told it would approx. $6k to fix. When I messaged Waleed, he didn't really have any comment, other than sending me a happy birthday message around my birthday month. Also, the car was missing a piece for the inside trunk, which I was told was on the way several times and it never showed up. As I stated at the beginning, this was over a year ago. I can't leave one star because they definitely some things right, but they got my business by offering a lower-than-advertised price on the car (without me asking) because they knew I was talking with some other dealerships. The car needed a repair, but they wouldn't perform the repair until I signed the contract. So I did, and then the repair took 2 weeks to complete, and almost another week to get the car shipped to me. It's currently in transit. The financing has already started and I haven't received the car which is frustrating because it's an expensive car and high payment. The GM wouldn't do anything to help because they already "discounted the car" (without me asking them to) and now I'm 17 days after contract signing and still do not have the vehicle, with my first payment coming up. I purchased an escalade for my wife 4 months ago from this dealership in cash. As of today, I still do not have the cars title. The entire process has been extremely frustrating. From 3 delivery cancelations (which each time I had to follow up on) of the car, the delivery driver coming to my home at 2am on a Friday, two temporary tags expiring, sending the prior title to the previous owner (and initially lied to about that), being told my prior tag had been transferred to the new car and was able to finally replace the temp tag (a lie), to find out 2 months after that it was never transferred when I received a new license plate with a $750 bill (my wife was driving our kids with a non registered plate). After all that, we take "our" car to get a few recalls complete and they go through an extension list of maintance items that were never preformed at the 30k mark, which we were told had fully been done. We have requested the report of those, but Gravity auto says they cannot provide any documents for maintance done by them. This will be an additional $1500 in needed service that we were told was done! I have never once received a follow up call on any of the issues/concerns over the 4 month fiasco, despite being told countless times that I would. Most recently I have spoke with Tony (manager) who has stated this would be addressed immediately. I would be hearing directly from the GM (Danny) that day, which was 4 days ago. I have never left a negative review about a company, but this is the place this dealership has put me. Alright, so the 2021 Lexus IS350 with 26k miles shows clearly the car has been in 2 accidents on cars guru! So my first mistake why are you looking at a car with 2 accidents? Well it's the perfect color, says no damage and quite honestly my current 2021 Lexus has been in an accident same area, rear side panel and it looks and runs great! If this car is as advertised, no damage I will buy it upon arrival! Simple right. Had to catch flight, last minute $700 no worries this is for my middle daughter and we have been looking a few months. Arrive it was dark, so had to use my flash light to see the car, I mean 20 second scan the rear side panel is bulging out, deal should be done here folks, false advertisement, but nope this smart guy typing likes Mark, let give him a chance. Mark say no problem I will get that fixed. Then I noticed one light in the door not working, driver side, severe curb rash on front passenger side rim and 2 back tires bald! Mark says we will take care of that as well. Ok folks see the problem here, car with no damage has clear and present damage but I got in writing these issues would be resolved before 11/18/2023 or the deal would be off. So I gave $1000 deposit to show I'm serious and if the repairs are complete I will buy the car. Now we waste like 2 hours in this dealership waiting too see the finance person although we are already pre-approved for 6.09%, todays rates suck . Anyways this clown, yes this guy in the office puts up his privacy screen and says this helps me see better. Lol, what a clown and then he says 8.89% int for 60 months! Almost jumped out of my seat but that was the easiest walk out. Now the joke is still on me because I gave a deposit of $1000. Next, See photo of what the repair looked like on the bumper and notice I'm already out of $1700 still no car. The leader of the circus and it all comes together. So he starts out great, I will put it in writing and make this right. No worries, I got you, I'm a man of my word. Now watch how this changes. They pull the car back to the guys to buff and try to make the issues right and this guys decides he wants me to come take a closer look. He says so you can barely see the issue what the big deal? Originally, I can have that fixed for $125! Ring leader is kind of funny but I like jokes, well that repair was $2200 on my Lexus just a few months ago, I can't get it repaired for $125. Now he realizes I have a clue so he says yeah my guy said we can put some glue on it but won't be perfect without taking the whole bumper off which is close that $2000 you are talking about and I'm not doing that. Is this a 1st grade project, glue? Ok ring leader so lies a little earlier and the twist of greedy, shady, owner rears its head. He then offers $500 off and get this, tells me it can be used for shopping on the trip to France, guess we can buy a burger and some fries and come home to a damaged car we just spent $40,000 on. So folks if you made it this far you know I didn't buy a car from the scam place and to end on the high note, I asked for my $1000 deposit and was told go sit in the lobby and we will see what we can do! I recently purchased a 2020 Mercedes-Benz E300 from Gravity Auto on August 21, 2024. Due to the check engine light being on, and the car dealership not being able to fix the issue I had to return the vehicle. Instead of fixing the issue they would turn off the light! I decided to ask Danny which the general manager is to take back the vehicle to get my trade in back, this decision was made on September 14, 2024. Danny took back possession of the Mercedes Benz on this day as well. Unfortunately, my trade in was sold already without it being paid off. During this month time period I was also was paying for two vehicles which was a big burden. One of which I didn't have possession of. Danny stated I had a negative equity balance from my trade in which needed to be paid off before he would send the 34,000 back to Empeople Credit Union. September 25, 2024, I came into the dealership to pay the negative balance owed. Empeople credit union also sent a payoff statement of the total due he requested in order to send the money back to the credit union for the vehicle he has in his possession as of today! On this date, I also sent him a receipt of the transaction that was made to pay of the balance. Danny messaged me back and stated that they would send the check over the same day. It has been 13 business days since he claimed he would send the 34,000 back to Empeople credit union. Sept 25,2024 was the last day I have heard from him. It seems as he is avoiding paying back the 34,000 to Empeople Credit Union. I have been under a lot of stress and depression with dealing with this car dealership. As well as missing a lot of days from work trying to handle is situation as soon as possible. I've been paying on two car notes which is unfair to me! On top of everything, my credit score has dropped because I'm unable to afford two car notes. My hair is coming out because I'm depressed and stressed out. I don't know what's going to happened next .Times are already hard enough and Danny/ Gravity Auto is making it even harder. I would like the situation to handle as soon as possible so I can move on with my life. I Wouldn't recommend anyone coming to this car lot!!! I wish I would have went on BBB sooner to verify what kind of dealership this was in the beginning. So many other people like myself has been going through similar issues as well. All of this could have been avoided if Danny Haddad would have sent the 34,000 check back to Empeople Credit Union as promised. I did everything he asked on my behalf to de-escalate this issue. I was reluctant to write this at first but maybe it can give a future customer a heads up of what to look for. I purchased a 2018 Mercedes CLA250 here. I originally corresponded with JC. He was very attentive, would send me cars based on what I was looking for but never what I really wanted. I thought I was reaching out to another gravity autos location when I inquired about the CLA 250 and I ended up with Marco. Marco went above and beyond every step of the way. He was almost about to drive in midday traffic to let me see the car but it was getting late in the day for me. Marco was honest with me about the car flaws and transparent in expectations. When it was time to sign my name on the line. I realized I was with 2 salesmen at the same location so I done what I thought was right and worked with JC because he was really working to find the best car for daysssss. Marco told me the tires on the car would have about 5,000 miles left which knowing this I would've made buying the car dependent upon getting new tires, I told this to JC and the manager and they took a look and assured me I had much longer "i don't know why he would tell you that". The whole staff was super friendly and made me feel like I was making a good choice. I felt like they wouldn't do me wrong. Day 7 I realized there was an issue with the tires keeping pressure. I traveled out of state for 2 weeks and came back to find my car in the garage with all 4 tires needing air. I took the car to see if there was a slow leak in the tires and I was told there was a whole nail in the tire!! Considering I barely drive (~10 miles/day m-f) I am completely confident I was sold a car with a nail in the tire. It was not in clear view but this definitely would've been spotted in the inspection gravity autos claims to do. Today i paid $290 to get a new tire and was told I need 3 new tires & an alignment by Mercedes and i still have a dealer tag!!!. The one star this place deserves is for Marco! He was honest, and he cared more about making sure I liked the car than trying to get me to go out with him that night. Main point, these people are not your friends, they are car salesmen. Overall the transaction went well. It was really at delivery that I was disappointed. I have never bought a car sight unseen over the internet. I saw better reviews on cargurus.com than what you see here and I expected them to be able to handle it in a way that would keep me comfortable throughout the process. It was the car I was looking for and the mileage and price were in the ranges I was looking for. I got a video walk around from the sales person who assured me they do these internet sales all the time. When the car arrived it had only 1 key ($700 to replace) and the check engine light was on (which with the diesels is almost always emissions related $600 to diagnose at the dealer). But, that was the first time I found out about both of those. So while I made allowance for there to be some small things to fix, I expected these types of things to be disclosed as part of the process. The car smelled funny and didn't look like it had been cleaned, the tank was nearly on empty. These were all disappointing. I would have expected a full tank, the car to be detailed and for known issues to be disclosed. Overall, as a first time internet buyer, I guess lesson learned but I lost trust with this particular dealer since they weren't up front. read more

Purchased a 2018 Mercedes. Asked for a few things to be done before picking up and none of it was done. Still waiting on my detail and new windshield wipers. The tires were old so one popped and the rest keep deflating. There was no spare in the trunk and I should've been advised of this. I've had the car for 4 months and they still have not updated a mistake they made on my warranty. ALSO I was pulled over and told that the car is not registered at all. After 4 months. My car could've been towed because they're not doing their job. You don't stop being a customer once you pull off the lot. Now I am trying to call and for days it's an answering machine that won't accept input. So I have to drive to Roswell to have this resolved when none of it is my fault. Do not buy from here. Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I only purchased this vehicle off the strength of Yaz' assuring personality but after the time I've had being dodged by him, I'm completely over it. The day after I purchased my vehicle, I was given different times of when my 2019 Tiguan would be ready for pick up. I go to pick up the truck and it's dirty as shit. I hit Yaz up like uh, I know y'all supposed to clean this truck out before it leaves the lot so what's up? Unfortunately Yaz had a family emergency so he could not be there to see anything being done or not done -- which tbh wasn't shit done on his behalf, if anything they half assed everything just to get me out. Now here it is in December, ALMOST 2023, my temp tag expired Nov 18th and I've been calling them about the vehicle registration and title since I bought this mf! I am OVER THIS ENTIRE COMPANY. Y'all have the WORST communication I have ever experienced -- I've been overly professional and courteous to the staff and this company but today I have HAD IT. Y'all lack accountability for anything, who the heck takes money from a person AND A BANK but don't register shit? In fact the tag ain't even showing up as a temp, it's showing up as CANCELLED. Yaz from Gravity Auto reached out because somewhere along the line, I showed interest in a 2020 Acura TLX I explained my situation and told him that car was out my price range well he encouraged me to try because like all salesman they have banks, well later I find out they don't go through banks at all they do in house finance. However I wasn't aware at the time. He called me back stating I was approved for the 2020 Acura for me and my co-signer to send him 2 most recent pay stubs and utility bill. He kept saying I was approved. So I asked how much I had to put down since he never mentioned that part. 2000 ok. We drove almost 2 hours to find out nothing Yaz said was true. When we arrived he needed more paperwork from my boyfriends job and another representative not Yaz stated he needed the bank was asking for 2500 down instead or 2000 me and Yaz discussed. We finally agreed on the 2000, but they still needed more paperwork. I gave Gravity Auto 2000 dollars to take the car off the market with the idea I would be purchasing the car once they the paperwork they needed from my boyfriend job. Come to find out they still had the car on the market , because I had a friend call to inquire about the car and that's when I found out they do in house finance. So basically they disclose to certain people they do in house finance. I got my money back. This place is a job. An personal I think their good reviews are fake. Buyers beware. Started off great.......and then. I purchased a 2016 BMW 640i from Gravity Auto in November. I had a great experience from first contact to purchase. During the walk-around of the vehicle I noticed scraped paint on the bottom of the front bumper. I alerted the salesperson and he assured me that it would be taken care of. I explained I lived 4 hours away in Asheville North Carolina and wouldn't be able to come back until at least until after the new year. The salesperson showed me the carfax and said it had never been in an accident. I proceeded with the purchase and the dealer noted that they would address the front bumper. Shortly after the purchase I took the car in for an oil change and the dealer I asked me to come out to the service bay. They showed me that 3 of my 4 tires were coming apart and splitting. It wasn't apparent at the time of purchase because it was the inside sidewall of the tire. I then scheduled to have my tires replaced at Discount Tire. The service advisor told me my brakes had about 5% pad left and I would need them replaced. I was pretty floored, but understand I bought a used car and these are wearable items. So I then replaced the tiers and brakes all within a month of me purchasing the car. All went well from there, but then I noticed the paint on the front bumper was bubbling and peeling off. I keeped my eye on it and for months it just got worse. So I took it to the local body shop and they informed me the car had been in an accident and the front bumper was bondo'd and repainted (badly). I made a call and spoke with Alan the sales manager. At first he seemed unhelpful, until I explained the situation and he asked for pictures. He explained he couldn't make a decision on this but he would get with the GM as soon as he was back from vacation. I called 2 weeks later for an update and he said the GM was still on vacation. Okay..... 2 weeks after that I called and was told Alan was on vacation. Okay...... made multiple attempts thereafter leaving messages with not one returned phone call. I made one last attempt today and was told Alan was off. I asked to speak to the GM and the person I was speaking with said "he was with a customer ". I explained I would wait. At this point someone else got on the phone and told me the GM had gone home for the evening. I said "the person I was just speaking with said he was with a customer ". He informed me he was and left with him. He then said " the customer was high profile, you understand". NO I DON'T UNDERSTAND. Back when I bought my car I wasn't using Yelp reviews. I recently purchased a car from IQ Autos/Jim Thompson Autos in Marietta and the difference in treatment between IQ and Gravity spurred me to write this review. Before I begin, please review the ratings for IQ autos before you consider buying anywhere, they were fantastic! Now on to Gravity Autos...the name is apropos because the customers have no idea of the "gravity" of the situation they are entering into when they do business there. Background: I saw a Mercedes E550 on line that had everything I wanted and at a fantastic price. I arrived and agreed to trade my current E550 (I still had a small loan on it) for the new car, and everything went fine through the transaction, no bate and switch like so many are saying. The problems begin: Three weeks after the purchase, I called my state's DMV to inquire about the title process and was informed that Gravity never submitted the title. Not good, my temporary tag was going to expire. I began calling Gravity daily to inquire about the status and kept being told they are working on it. Understand, calling them and getting ANYONE to take my call involved hours of calling over and over again. When I told Gravity I wanted my old car back they said it wasn't there. IMAGINE THAT, THEY SOLD MY TRADE IN BUT NEVER PAID OFF THE LIEN, MEANING I WAS STILL STUCK MAKING THE PAYMENTS. This process continued until well after the temporary tag on my new car had expired. I requested an extended temporary tag and was told they couldn't do that. I ended up having to make payments on my old car because they didn't pay off the lien, had to begin making payments on the new car and rent a car for over a month to get back and forth to work, just so I could remain employed and keep my credit intact. Imagine, having to make two car payments and pay for a rental car! Finally, as a last straw, after getting daily runarounds from Gravity, I drove the 2 1/2 hours back to the dealership and asked for the Manager Dallas. When I saw him I said my name and told him either my old car gets paid off and I get a release on the title on the new car or I was calling the police. It took about three hours and I finally got resolution. During that time, Dallas admitted that they were "floating cars" because they didn't have the funds to cover the transactions.
