This was the first Gravity Coffee to open in Federal Way and I'm glad to see them still thriving and serving fantastic drinks. This drive thru has two ways to order from and the staff here is great about going out to grab drink orders during busy times. They have your drink pretty much ready to go by the time you get to the front and even if you just ordered from them, they make their drinks pretty fast. We usually have our fur babies with us and the baristas are always so friendly and offer pup cups/treats for them. The drinks here are always made perfectly. They always accommodate my light ice or no ice accommodations fairly well, especially compared to other coffee drive thrus. Ordered a 24 ounce iced americano with white chocolate and this is what I am handed. The manager Cat at the window who took our tip was extremely rude and didn't ask us how we are doing or made no attempt to socialize with us. Handed us our drink and said "here" that was it. This is all white chocolate that's completely unstirred. I'm disgusted at the way this company is treating their customers. I'm also incredibly confused on why they would hire and have someone as management in a store who has the worst customer service and does not properly train their baristas on how to stir a drink! that's one of the first fundamentals you LEARN as a barista. If they can't even do that. Go get a new job or shut down the business or both. End of story read more

We decided to go here for a quick stop before going to Costco. I've only had gravity coffee 2 other times and I never got their energy drinks. I ended up getting the down to earth and it was SO GOOD. It was exactly what I wanted. I wanted sour, and less sugar (so I got sugar free base), and "milky" but not the type of milky that wasn't separating. It was all of those and could not be any happier. The girls are the best I've been going to this coffee stand for about 3 years or so and there the best. A few of them have gotten my drink down to the T and have even gotten my number down to for those points they have great drinks and a very good selection of them. There service is awesome I've personally ly have only had one problem with one location but other then that the rest of them are the best ive made a few friend with a few of them. We came here on a Wednesday afternoon. The location was convenient and the drive thru was fast and easy. However, the coffee itself was possibly the most mediocre coffee we have ever had. We were greeted by a friendly barista and a sign that made the drinks look delicious. We ordered a standard caramel macchiato and white chocolate mocha. It took about 7 minutes to make which was average. However the drinks themselves tasted artificially flavored and the espresso was bitter. Very disappointing for a washington coffee shop. Yikes! We were looking for a quick coffee place to stop by before we going back on the road, and Gravity Coffee was nearby with some great reviews. Unfortunately, our experience with GC was nowhere near as positive as the others have had! I tried one of their Signature Coffees, the White Chocolate Mocha, which was made with espresso shots, steamed milk, and white chocolate - this was super watered down, and the syrup(s) that were used tasted artificial. The drink was tossed after a sip. The menu also offered energy beverages, white coffee, tea fusions, blended coffees, shakes, smoothies, and kid options. Staff were friendly, and the drive-thru was empty when we went, so we received our drink quickly. No dice, GC.
