Gravity Coffee serves some of the best coffee around! I always order The Force, and it never disappoints. The drive-through lines can get pretty congested, and since all Gravity locations are standalone shops, there's no place to sit and enjoy your drink. The service can be hit or miss, but despite that, the coffee itself keeps me coming back. Definitely worth a visit if you're a coffee lover! read more

love it at gravity, a blended white chocolate mocha or a installer wit cherry is my favorite I always have a welcoming atmosphere. I live in Auburn so I go to that one a lot, but I work in Kent so I also go to that one too. My sister lives in Federal Way so I go to that one sometimes but everywhere has a welcoming atmosphere. Gravity coffee turned out to be a hidden gem in our community! Their coffee is tasty and their drinks are not overly sweet.

I'm not able to sign in with my number using the gravity app which was extremely convenient for ordering ahead before work so need to go through drive thru which can be a hit or miss. I pay $9.99 for the GC membership which allows me to get discounts off my order and 2 drinks that have renewed for each month. I can't cancel the membership because the app doesn't work: when I punch in my number I never get a code, even if I press resend code. I've also tried to use the app on my husband's phone and wasn't able to retrieve a code. Most of the employees are friendly and provide wonderful customer service like Alia and I think his name is Jaylin. read more

A huge selection of coffees and drinks! I love how friendly they are when you drive up. The baristas were all talking with us and making sure we were enjoying our short visit. I was a little hesitant to try the Salted Caramel Macchiato because I wasn't too keen on the "salty" part ...but why not? Tried it anyway and I was very pleasantly surprised. It came out PERFECT. Not salty at all and I have to say I like it a little better than Starbucks I may have to stop by again whenever I'm in the area. The staff at Gravity are so polite and make me feel good to go there! They are helpful and love the taste of their beverages. I've never went away disappointed. Usually get a flavored Red Bull. I'm very selective when it comes to coffee as I find that people tend to burn coffee. While this place is kind of pricey, I appreciate that I've always had a really good cup of coffee. My favorite is to get the largest size oat milk iced latte with sugar free caramel. It's always delicious and I never regret spending the extra money. Hit or miss. Depending on who's working. They have a few baristas who are great at the job. I always leave a good tip because some of the customers are so mean to these baristaS. This morning I was having trouble picking my drink and the barista there suggested an iced rasp white on white, this drink tasted beautiful. My girlfriend and I used to swear by gravity coffee.. even refusing to drink other places. But our opinion changed after we returned from just sticking to drinking coffee at home for a few months. We decided to treat ourselves over a week ago before a Costco trip and were pretty disappointed with our service. None of the same girls we used to see. No niceties, just take our order and make us pay and talk to other baristas while we have to wait for our drinks. This stand has CHANGED. We were willing to try one more time and stopped by the other morning. Needless to say we will Not support this stand or company in general moving forward. You should get a load of what you hear these girls say to each other. My girlfriend was shocked. Not a nice place, not nice people any longer. We are sad, but we will find a new stand. read more

I love this place but they always have log wait lines. I was so excited when they got their app to order online. Come to find out, I still have to wait in line to pick up my drink that I ordered AHEAD OF TIME. Not only that, I had to wait for them to make it even though I got confirmation that it was ready for pick up at the "pick up spot." Then I was given attitude for not knowing where the "pick up spot" was. What's the point of ordering online if I still have to wait in line and wait for them to make it? read more

It was me and my husbands first time to try out GC. I'm not a huge coffee fan, but I wanted to try something new! So it was really busy when we lined up probably 5-6 cars ahead of us. But the line did go quickly which was nice but I notice one of the employees kept going outside of there expresso shop , only helped out the left lane , she didn't help any of us on the right lane, not too sure what's that about. She should have helped both lanes. So I thought that was odd. But anyways, I ordered the blended snickers drink 24oz, and my husband ordered off the secret menu a drink called " Lunar Swirl ". The ladies who helped us was super friendly and got our drinks quickly. I paid about $13 for both drinks. So I sipped it, I wasn't too crazy about my drink it was very strong coffee and way too sweet. I also wanted drizzle of chocolate, caramel and didn't get any. My husband said his drink was refreshing , I tried it and it was , they have awesome energy drinks, lots of choices. If you aren't a coffee fan don't get any of the coffee blended drinks they are sweet and strong. I'll give this place another shot and try something else next time. But my go to is definitely still BIG FOOT JAVA, just sucks there isn't any in this area. read more

Customer service on point! Very nice and super attentive workers. Most importantly, the blended coffee drinks actually taste like coffee, which I appreciate! Since I'm not a fan of Starbucks I always go out of the way to support other local coffee businesses and see what else if out their that actually tastes like coffee. One thing I would recommend to the business is to switch to compostable cups and straws, but I understand that's expensive. Hopefully that can change in the future. Decided to try this place because why not, I like new coffee places. Glad I did! I ordered a 24oz iced mocha which I what I usually get if I try somewhere for the first time. Oh my coffee God! It was one of the best iced mochas I've ever had. Second to Dutch Bros iced mocha which is awesome as well. Many places over do their mocha with too much chocolate sauce and not enough espresso to balance the sauce so it's too sweet. I think the 4 shots they use in relation to their sauce is the perfect amount for my taste. I tried this place a second time but at the hwy 99 location which is near by and enjoyed another perfection iced mocha. Step aside Starbucks and Bigfoot Java, Gravity is now in the mix! read more
