I saw an add on Instagram and decided to come in and check this place out. They were close to home and offering some great deals. I reached out MULTIPLE times on Instagram messaging them asking way too many questions, to which they always promptly and professionally answered. There service is quite honestly impeccable. The building looks brand new and clean. All the ladies in there were lovely and helpful and it seemed like a family almost environment. After I finished my treatment, which was painless and quick (I swear less than 5 minutes) they were chatting with me about some other concerns I had for the future, and I led me into the Dr.'s office, who I'm so horrible with names I'm so sorry, was also a woman (huge plus having all female staff for me) she was AMAZING. The CoolSculpting kool-aid sales pitch, it's a good pitch so much so you will make an appointment in a flash. They will even remind you of your upcoming appointment. On the procedure day, you get before pictures taken then the procedure hoping for results (up to 30% reduction on that specific area) do not be surprised if there are NO results after the 2-month waiting period and a LOT of massaging. I wish I could be polite and issue a good rating, but to tell you the truth I am very upset and I will be calling about a refund. I went in there, having bought a Groupon for the Cool Sculpting treatment. The staff was beautiful, incredibly friendly, and I thought i was making a good decision because the office was also impressive and I believed they would be up to date with all of their equipment. I ended up spending $3100.00 for cool sculpting I'm not a heavy girl at all. But it has been the substantial amount of time to see the change and I have noticed nothing different except nerve damage and fantom itching. I knew the treatment wasn't going to work when the machine kept breaking down during my treatment and they asked me to come back for a second time to finish. I am very upset, I was there for many hours and achieved ZERO results. My time is very important to me. This was a huge waste of TIME and MONEY! read more

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Gravity Med Spa is very money hungry. They claim that I signed a consent last year when I purchased a package when I actually purchased the package over the phone and provided my credit card number OVER THE PHONE. How could I possibly sign for something when it was done over the phone. They now say that my sessions expired and I can't do anything about it. The specials email I received when I purchased said nothing about expiration and the girl over the phone said nothing as well. I lost hundreds over laser sessions and b12 shots I had purchased and they had the audacity to try to get me to purchase new ones. Like I'm going to give you more business! I hadn't gone in over a year because THE LASER MACHINES DONT WORK. I just wanted to use them since I paid money for them. I'll stick to medweight and lasers in irvine at least they take care of their customers and their machines actually work. read more

This place is clean and the decor is nice, the staff is polite, but the service is sub par. I've been to other places for Laser Hair Removal and have had great results, but not here. The nurses rush through the procedure, missing areas and I'm overall very displeased with the poor results. After the 3rd treatment, you should be able to see results, but I've yet to see much of anything! The laser they use only makes contact with the area one time per treatment, like I said, some areas are completely missed as well. Other places have lasers that pass over the area several times producing much better results. I can't recommend this place for Laser Hair Removal so if you want good results, choose another place. After my treatments are done, I'll never come back here. read more

I tried out their botox treatment around my eyes. I have never had anything like that done before and I have to say that I am absolutely thrilled with the results. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The technician described exactly what she was going to do. The process was painless and it was done before I even knew what was happening. She told me that I should see the results in 3-5 days, but the full effect would be in about 2 weeks. I noticed the difference within a day. And now it is even better. NEVER AGAIN !!!!! I've been to this place for Botox four times. The first two visits were great, i was very happy with results which is why I kept going back. The last two visits (not so pleasant ) I was there a month and a half ago and had to go back today because the Botox they injected was either old, watered down, or the practitioner didn't know what she was doing. I can totally see my frown lines and move the muscles It looks as if I never had it done!!!! Just a waste of money !!! I called them Yesterday and told the receptionist about my problem. She made the appointment for today and told me the Dr. Had to take a look. So I went in today only to be completely disappointed! Dr. Tonya B came in the room, looked at my chart took a few photos and told me I needed a "touch up." I explained to her I always have the same amount of units injected and never had that problem. She didn't have an answer for me, only suggested 6 more units. I had to pay $60 for the 6 units why even see her ????!!! All they did was charge me more $$$ they didn't care to resolve my problem. All they care about is making more money ! not making the patients happy, it's such a shame. I think if they do a bad job they should fix it ! why do I have to pay more when the first 10 units never worked ! Just wasted $160 for nothing ! I just hope the Botox that was just injected actually works this time as Dr. B assured me it was from a "new" bottle. I don't trust this place anymore Never going back !!!! Yes spa looks nice and clean (nice location ) but what good is that when they're injecting you with old Botox and you see no results. Pointless !!!!! Very disappointing experience. I am never one to post reviews, but I felt I need to post this one. I Paid thousands of dollars for the Cool sculpting with literally ZERO results. After the fact, they told me I must do "several" treatments to get results. I wonder why that was not disclosed to me when I had the consultation and paid the money!! Then I was told that they will work some kind of discounted rate for me for these "several" treatments, but months later I still have not heard back from them about the cost. The doctor seems nice, but the staff are less than courteous. I stopped by today, and the front person kept rolling her eyes all the time which made it clear that she's not interested in what I have to say. This place is okay, not the best. You always have to wait forever before you can go in. I don't understand why places make your appointment at a certain time but they always bring you in much later. It's plain rude. Also the nurses and people who work there always try to sell you things, so I don't like that part. There products are super expensive and a waste of money. I can find just as good and natural products somewhere else for cheaper. It's pretty expensive all around though. I think you can better deals somewhere else with a better staff who doesn't try to sell you stuff and who aren't late. read more

Gravity Med Spa was a massive disappointment. I bought a Groupon for 6 laser hair removal treatments and I still have FULL hair growth after all 6 treatments. Not only did I receive conflicting information from the physician and technician, but the huge lack of results made this a complete waste of time/money. They claimed that they would clean my laser tip after each use and they didn't. The physician said 6 treatments would take care of my underarms and then on the 5th treatment the technician said it would take 12. I just want my expectations to be aligned with reality. Frustrating. I was "in back" for no more than 5 minutes for each treatment but my commute to Gravity Med Spa was an hour round-trip. The physician said that they would honor the Groupon price I paid for more treatments. After 5 treatments, they tried to get me to buy more treatments for an inflated price. I mentioned what the physician said during the consultation and they were very insensitive and didn't honor what was previously promised. As I stated, my treatments were for my underarms. When I say that results were lacking, I shaved twice per week prior to treatment and I am now shaving 1-2 times per week. The growth is less coarse but still covers the entire area. I can't comment on any of their treatments aside from laser hair removal. Do not go to Gravity Med Spa for laser hair removal. I won't be back or recommending this place to anyone. read more

This review is for the hydra facial and Laura! Not really sure I can go back to doing regular facials. The Hydra Facial is AMAZING and you can see results instantly. Plus the procedure is extremely gentle. It's all about the medical grade products they use they make all the difference in the world. I have had facials before where your skin looks worse or a few days looks worse before it gets better. Not with the hydro facial. My skin is super soft and clean instantly. Laura was great and walked me through the entire process and was open about what products she uses and recommends for my skin. Worth every penny. I actually recently moved away from the OC area so couldn't continue with my hair removal treatments from a groupon I bought and they were gracious enough to apply the money I had left from groupon to my facial great customer service :) read more

I have been coming here for about 6 months The Staff and DR. are all very nice.I really hesitated to make this review.I had several Botox injections and Juvaderm for my lips.The Botox didn't seem to last and my lips deflated after a week.I asked why this would happen and they really could not give me an answer'I have had Hydra Facial and so has my Daughter loved it.Been doing the combo shots for weight loss.They don't work.I have had these other places and can always smell Vitamin B after shot. Also had a round of Endy Meds done.Really didn't work either'Spent so much money here for nothing. Also I had a Hydra Facial which was very good.She for got to tell me that she had not lowered the bed down and I got off and feel hurt my left knee cap.If I have to have surgery Its on them!! Do yourself a favor go else where. So with all this said and done I learned I will not go to med spas anymore.I will only go to Dr. I have used all along.He is more expensive but treatments work and last. Always ask to see the Botox Bottle they are using ,and syringe.Same for all fillers and shots.I believe they water down their products. Their Botox is Horrible doesn't work and how do ones lips become deflated after a week? They should have offered a refund Yes I agree with others the waiting time is awful! I have been there twice for lip fillers. Both times with kindle. She's really good, went thru the whole process slowly and worked to my needs. She gave me a really natural look, yet my lips are fuller and look great. The first time I bruised a little but the second time there was no bruising at all. No pain whatsoever. Staff is great and very friendly. They give you the best advice and recommendations but never pressure you for sale.
