Heard about Gravy from a friend and she was spot on with her recommendation. Loved the Southern plate we had for lunch. Mondays special is turkey and gravy with stuffing. You get two sides and hush puppies or a roll. I tried the sweet potato casserole that was not too sweet but just right. The turkey and gravy were delish and the serving was enough for two meals. I also tried the broccoli casserole that was loaded with goodness. Many folks were getting the peach cobbler as a side and it looked darn good. Our server was so nice and she brought an extra pitcher of iced tea/lemonade for our table. I can't wait to go back and try another special as they offer something different daily but also have lots of options. Go hungry and enjoy. It's a cute place inside too.

This a wonderful cozy cabin that the locals go to for reasonably priced down home cooking. The Smothered chicken Breast was delicious with a white seasoned gravy. The calabash fried shrimp were a nice size and they were flavorful. We loved the homemade Mac & Cheese & peach cobbler sides. We got their special carrot cake to go. The service was very friendly. We will definitely come back.

Mediocre by most standards. Draw is the lack of home cooking in beach area. Could be so much better.

I went with the baked potato soup, prime rib sandwich, and key lime pie. All 3 items were such a treat to have. The service was great. Although it was busy, the waitstaff was still attentive - even taking the time to give some personal recommendations. As a result, I tried my prime sandwich with the recommended horseradish sauce and that made it just that much more enjoyable. The restaurant atmosphere is one of the best parts. Its interior is so well designed and decorated. It's great sitting at the bar or in the large dining area. I can't wait to come back, hopefully sooner than another 11 years

There was a waiter I had named Keith (I may have his name wrong if so, my apologies) who was very nice and accommodating, and I really hope he is commended for his good service). Secondly, the food there was was really good as well, and even the cocktails/frozen drinks were very unique and creative, which I liked. I also like how they have nonalcoholic beverages as well, as seen in the photos and I hope more restaurants, such as this one can expand on it more. One of the few downsides I had with the Restaurant for me personally, was the fact that there was no Wi-Fi at all nor was there any form of digital payments such as Apple Pay/Google pay etc, and I'm not sure if the no Wi-Fi thing is an intentional choice, but I think having both of those things in a restaurant should already be common practice in 2026. Almost every restaurant you go to has a digital payment option as everyone is using those. So if you're trying to call someone or use your phone for other things, it becomes way harder with the lack of signal. Overall, the presentation of Restaurant is very nice and I definitely would go again to explore more of their options. if you're a restaurant trying to go for a more old-school approach or style to things, you can at least do so while adapting with the times.

Took our beverage orders, returned quickly with those and water. She told us the specials which we passed on. Fred ordered fried oysters platter, I ordered an à la carte crab cake and oysters Rockefeller. Our food arrived quickly. Fried oysters were plentiful and crispy. House made chips were crunchy and delicious. My crab cake was wonderful - as close to a Maryland crab cake as I've had in a long time. Lump crab, very little bread crumbs, pan fried and served with a dollop of hollandaise. It needed some Old Bay seasoning. The Rockefeller Oysters were delicious. Plump oysters topped with spinach and Hollandaise. They need a splash of Pernod and would be 5 star. We split a piece of house made peanut butter pie for dessert. It wasn't good. Way too sweet and very soupy. Tasted like a cool whip recipe. Our tab was reasonable and we left our server a generous tip. We recommended the restaurant to numerous people we knew back at the hotel. I'd definitely return!

There are a few spaces in front of the door and more along the side of the building. We wound up parking in the rear across an alley in a grassy lot marked for parking. Turn to the right after you enter and go along the counter. There are two ordering stations depending on how busy they are. You will walk past their pastry cabinet so be prepared to increase your order. There is no designated waiting area after you place your order so try to find a place out of the way. There is a dedicated pick up window when they call your number. Pay attention to the numbers as they are called as the food is ready which is not necessarily in sequence. A better choice would be to call ahead as you will be able to pick up your order at the first part of the counter avoiding a lot of waiting. Seating is various tables. There is an outside seating area as well. Everything is pretty crowded together and if you are eating inside expect there will be other customers standing nearby waiting for their orders. We waited about 15 minutes for our order to be called. They have daily specials and the one when we were there was a bbq brisket sandwich with tater tots. There was a good amount of brisket on the sandwich. The meat was flavorful but not the best bbq I have had. The tots were cooked perfectly and piping hot. The roast beef melt was excellent with plenty of meat on an excellent bun. The bread was slightly crunchy outside and soft inside. Of course, standing by the pastry cabinet as we waited to order caused a white chocolate raspberry scone, a piece of baklava, a French toast muffin, and a pumpkin spice muffin to follow us home. All were excellent, with the French toast muffin and the white chocolate raspberry scone earning top praise. The staff was very friendly even though they were quite busy. Calabash Deli deserves to be on the list of top places to try when in the area.

My wife and I did the VIP…read moretour and it was amazing - very well led by SAM who spoke well on how they make their spirits as he showed us around, helping us pick spirits for our sampling and leading us through the equipment then to the "secret" Speakeasy. We loved our time at Twelve 33, enjoying our visit with SAM and KEVIN, the food, the spirits and the general feeling of joy persistent throughout the facility. Highly recommend you work in time to visit! TOUR $29 per person gets you a very personalized tour with an employee - in our case, that employee was SAM TICE who we learned is the Assistant Distiller and Operations Manager so he definitely knows his stuff! On the tour, you start by picking your spirits that will be on your tasting flight. Yeah, it seems weird to pick them up front but then while you're on the tour in the back, their staff is pouring all your spirits so they are ready for you when you're done - very efficient! And don't worry, your guide will assist you in selecting spirits and there's a very descriptive menu to help you out as well. SPIRITS The spirits I tried were excellent and my wife enjoyed hers as well, starting with their Intemperance Vodka that both of us got and fell in love with. And that's saying something! We are both Belvedere fans as our number one vodka of choice, and it's a Rye vodka so normally we're not in on the corn/wheat types but this vodka was smooth, delightful and fun enough that we purchased 2 bottles on our way out. Beyond that, our tastes went different directions as I loaded up on whiskeys and my wife went the tequila and cream liquor route. My favorite was the Triple Oaked whisky which I also procured a bottle of as we exited SPEAKEASY Such a fun surprise - at the end of the tour, you open their speakeasy by uttering the password, and step back into time with early 1900's decor and music, plus your tasting flight waiting with water and pretzels for you to enjoy. They give you time to taste and also select a cocktail (included in the tour) from their menu which they bring to you to imbibe in this fun room! FOOD We only tried one item from their Small Bites menu - a flatbread - but it was awesome. Very interesting flatbread as it was smaller than I think we expected but the ingredients were perfectly balanced and appropriately sized - we had the BBQ Chicken pizza with BBQ sauce, roasted chicken, purple onion and 3 cheese blend. It was cute and the perfect amount of food for a snack before we moved on to dinner closer to our hotel. STAFF Besides SAM who gave us the tour, we met KEVIN OSBORN, the founder/owner/head distiller who swung by to say hello and chat for a moment. He was very nice and it was great of him to drop by. We had servers and other staff that were equally friendly and welcoming - a warm, enthusiastic group of people that all seem to truly love working at Twelve 33 Distillery, and it made our visit even better

Our entire bill, including all food, drinks, taxes and charge for using a credit card totaled $67.02. I gave our waitress the gift certificate ($10) and our credit card. Our credit card was charged $58.73. I immediately spoke with the manager. She said that's the way the computer system works, but that she would give me the $1.50 out of her own tips. Of course, I didn't take her tip money, but this sort of story is typical of this establishment. Our group visits this restaurant on a regular basis and this is the same sort of story over and over again.
