Our party of six returned for lunch last week, and we were delighted with our visit. The Boundary House is conveniently located directly behind Callahan's Store. After a few hours of shopping, it was a good place to go for a bite to eat. Our server was Summer, and she was gracious and helpful. We love the atmosphere of this place, with not one, but two large fishing boats suspended from the ceiling. The interior is comprised of oak stained hardwood, and is beautiful. They have a full bar, and a kitchen that puts out wonderful food. The menu options are substantial. We each enjoyed our meals.

I went back for the first time in 11 years and had an even better experience than the last one which made me come back this time! I went with the baked potato soup, prime rib sandwich, and key lime pie. All 3 items were such a treat to have. The service was great. Although it was busy, the waitstaff was still attentive - even taking the time to give some personal recommendations. As a result, I tried my prime sandwich with the recommended horseradish sauce and that made it just that much more enjoyable. The restaurant atmosphere is one of the best parts. Its interior is so well designed and decorated. It's great sitting at the bar or in the large dining area. I can't wait to come back, hopefully sooner than another 11 years

I will not stop thinking about this meal until I come back again!! Different, unique menu options like the Hurricane chicken and colorful cocktail list. The service was fast and despite the restaurant being high/high volume our server was attentive and food came out fast. It was packed on a Friday night.

Pretty much regulars here at BoHo. Had dinner at the outside bar and tried the fried shrimp with Alfredo pasta. I don't eat a lot of fried, so first time trying the shrimp. It was fine, nothing to rave about. The Alfredo pasta was merely pasta with grated cheese on top, really no sauce. I did request extra cheese twice, but that did not happen. Yes, in the midst of tourist season, but with empty seats and tables, and seemingly more than adequate staff, was disappointing. Beautiful setting tho.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was excellent, the staff was attentive, and every dish our group ordered was a hit. Our party enjoyed the ribs, strip steak, ribeye, and blackened scallops, and there were no complaints. The house dressing was especially memorable, and one member of our group said the loaded potato soup was the best he'd ever had.

This was a WONDERFUL 2nd time this year (2026) lunch!! My son, his wife, and one of my best friends were able to join us. ALL OF US ENJOYED EVERYTHING!! Hubby had the Monte Cristo, my friend & I had the flounder (she added a bowl of clam chowder) our meals were from the luncheon menu which are perfectly priced & sized!) my son had the Clark's combo off the regular menu (2sides cone with) & a bowl of clam chowder, all four of us had the FAMOUS - DO NOT MISS IT BOUNDARY SALAD!! his wife had the Asian salad off the regular menu, and we all shared a basket of THE MOST DELICIOUS WARM CROISSANTS DRIZZLED IN A HEAVENLY HONEY SAUCE!! DON'T miss them!! EVERYTHING WAS COOKED PERFECTLY, server was great and the restaurant is gorgeous! We WILL BE RETURNING EVERY YEAR WHEN WE VISIT!!

Stopped here for dinner and there was a really long wait. Apparently the outdoor seating has a separate waiting list (also first come first serve but a little less organized) and we had a much shorter waiting time. The outdoor patio is pretty nice. Very roomy and they had some fans blowing which I think helped keep the flies away. The server was extremely friendly and was on top of everything! He was running around everywhere but still managed to frequently check in with us and make some small talk/crack some jokes. The server recommend I get the house salad with 2 dressings and listening to him was one of the best decisions I made. I'm not a big salad person but it was probably the highlight of my meal. I really love how they add a croissant to the salads. It was so soft and flaky and had a nice honey butter glaze. Rest of the meal was solid and pretty much what you'd expect of fried oysters & crab cake. Mashed potatoes could've used more garlic and cheddar flavor but they were still good.

Everything here is PACKED with flavor. We tried a little bit of everything -- empanadas, fried yucca, chicken, soup -- and there wasn't a single miss. Every dish came out tasting fresh, well-seasoned, and like it was made with care. You can tell this isn't just your typical beach spot... this is legit. And the service? Just as impressive. Every table inside was completely full, so we sat outside on a beautiful day -- and even with how busy they were, the service was FAST. Our hostess was fantastic the entire time, super attentive and on top of everything. You'd never guess how packed they were based on how smoothly everything ran. The fried yucca was perfectly crispy, the empanadas were loaded and flavorful, and the chicken and soup tied everything together. Honestly, one of those meals where you keep saying "yo this is GOOD" after every bite. We made it a priority to come back this trip, and now it's officially a tradition whenever we're in Sunset Beach. If you're anywhere nearby and want something different from the usual seafood spots, don't sleep on this place.

There are a few spaces in front of the door and more along the side of the building. We wound up parking in the rear across an alley in a grassy lot marked for parking. Turn to the right after you enter and go along the counter. There are two ordering stations depending on how busy they are. You will walk past their pastry cabinet so be prepared to increase your order. There is no designated waiting area after you place your order so try to find a place out of the way. There is a dedicated pick up window when they call your number. Pay attention to the numbers as they are called as the food is ready which is not necessarily in sequence. A better choice would be to call ahead as you will be able to pick up your order at the first part of the counter avoiding a lot of waiting. Seating is various tables. There is an outside seating area as well. Everything is pretty crowded together and if you are eating inside expect there will be other customers standing nearby waiting for their orders. We waited about 15 minutes for our order to be called. They have daily specials and the one when we were there was a bbq brisket sandwich with tater tots. There was a good amount of brisket on the sandwich. The meat was flavorful but not the best bbq I have had. The tots were cooked perfectly and piping hot. The roast beef melt was excellent with plenty of meat on an excellent bun. The bread was slightly crunchy outside and soft inside. Of course, standing by the pastry cabinet as we waited to order caused a white chocolate raspberry scone, a piece of baklava, a French toast muffin, and a pumpkin spice muffin to follow us home. All were excellent, with the French toast muffin and the white chocolate raspberry scone earning top praise. The staff was very friendly even though they were quite busy. Calabash Deli deserves to be on the list of top places to try when in the area.

Twelve 33 Distiller is a gem, a delight, a treat and worth visiting. My wife and I did the VIP…read moretour and it was amazing - very well led by SAM who spoke well on how they make their spirits as he showed us around, helping us pick spirits for our sampling and leading us through the equipment then to the "secret" Speakeasy. We loved our time at Twelve 33, enjoying our visit with SAM and KEVIN, the food, the spirits and the general feeling of joy persistent throughout the facility. Highly recommend you work in time to visit! TOUR $29 per person gets you a very personalized tour with an employee - in our case, that employee was SAM TICE who we learned is the Assistant Distiller and Operations Manager so he definitely knows his stuff! On the tour, you start by picking your spirits that will be on your tasting flight. Yeah, it seems weird to pick them up front but then while you're on the tour in the back, their staff is pouring all your spirits so they are ready for you when you're done - very efficient! And don't worry, your guide will assist you in selecting spirits and there's a very descriptive menu to help you out as well. SPIRITS The spirits I tried were excellent and my wife enjoyed hers as well, starting with their Intemperance Vodka that both of us got and fell in love with. And that's saying something! We are both Belvedere fans as our number one vodka of choice, and it's a Rye vodka so normally we're not in on the corn/wheat types but this vodka was smooth, delightful and fun enough that we purchased 2 bottles on our way out. Beyond that, our tastes went different directions as I loaded up on whiskeys and my wife went the tequila and cream liquor route. My favorite was the Triple Oaked whisky which I also procured a bottle of as we exited SPEAKEASY Such a fun surprise - at the end of the tour, you open their speakeasy by uttering the password, and step back into time with early 1900's decor and music, plus your tasting flight waiting with water and pretzels for you to enjoy. They give you time to taste and also select a cocktail (included in the tour) from their menu which they bring to you to imbibe in this fun room! FOOD We only tried one item from their Small Bites menu - a flatbread - but it was awesome. Very interesting flatbread as it was smaller than I think we expected but the ingredients were perfectly balanced and appropriately sized - we had the BBQ Chicken pizza with BBQ sauce, roasted chicken, purple onion and 3 cheese blend. It was cute and the perfect amount of food for a snack before we moved on to dinner closer to our hotel. STAFF Besides SAM who gave us the tour, we met KEVIN OSBORN, the founder/owner/head distiller who swung by to say hello and chat for a moment. He was very nice and it was great of him to drop by. We had servers and other staff that were equally friendly and welcoming - a warm, enthusiastic group of people that all seem to truly love working at Twelve 33 Distillery, and it made our visit even better
