I just spent over $3100 of my saved moving money for a squeeling issue. I brought it in cause it was squeeling while driving and less when turning... also on/off at braking. I also asked for an oil change and inspection plus diagnosis/estimate for the camera, left wheel buttons, and steering wheel heat (all broken for 4-5 years). I sat there from 2pm to 5:15pm and went ouside to see my car on the riser, all wheels off, and the mechanic was stumped as to why the brakes were not working now. They charged me $800 to fix that and they said fixing ebrake was just cables and would be another $800 but I had to pre-pay parts ($400). They gave me a loaner then called at 10am next day saying they brakes just needed to be bled more and its ready. I brought it back for ebrake and Paul brought me a photo of the wheel base I think showing a 6-7" open crack and said they needed to replace both rear ones plus other things (I didnt get a written format of this assessment or quote or that photo and wish I had). They gave me a loaner to take home for a couple days while they fixed this. I picked it up, but they forgot to do the oil change and inspection so I made another appointment for the following Saturday (this past Saturday). Last Tuesday my AC/heat went off. It has been turning off since last year, but I usually get it back on by manually turning ac clutch with hand, pulling out/in the ac clutch fuse and another related fuse, then reset Uconnect and it has always come back on... not this time. I changed my appointment to Friday 8am and took PTO to get this done plus have longer weekend due to rain coming all Sat/Sun. I sat there for 4 bloody hours... around hour 3 they said its $625 for resistor replacement. I say okay... still waiting. Hour 4 I insist on answer and he says the resistor didnt fix it so they pulled that and dont know whats wrong. They said they have to escalate to engineering which will take a few days total, but Id hear from them next day (Saturday 5/23). Ive heard nothing and have no AC or heat. Im not a native here in PA and have been everywhere in the Milford area with no luck finding anyone competent and fair. I dont have evidence that photo was my Jeep, but Ill never know and now Ive used $3100 of money to move so I can have a room for my terminal brother who is in adv. heart failure to live with me. It took forever to save that and now I am so depressed and mad thinking they just scammed me out of thousands I didnt have to spare. I also take my ESA dog with me everywhere... I cant go anywhere without him when its hot now so we will be stranded on those days. read more

I had an appointment for an oil change for 1pm today. I arrived at the business at around 1250. I was checked in and told to wait. My car didn't get pulled into the service area for about 45 minutes. I cut them some slack I had one person in front of me. It's 3 o clock and I'm still here!!!!!!! I was better off taking the car to a quick oil change spot near me in the Pocono. The 1 and 1/2 stars is very much deserved never coming back. read more

I was told I needed a $700 brake job to repair the noise in the front right of the truck. They found "r/f brake caliper pin is seized, pad is cocked in there and worn unevenand with rotor warped it is starting metal on metal, needs front pads and rotors." I told them not to do the work at this time. The truck was brought to a mechanic I use regularly and I told him I needed brakes due to the f/r noise. When I picked it up and asked how much owe he told me $0. The noise was from a bent backing plate and they staightened it. I asked about the brakes and they said there was nothing wrong with the brakes. NO charge. I bought them lunch. A friend of mine has been a diesel mechanic for 40+ years and when I told him this story he offered to lift the truck at his shop and give me a third opinion just to be on the safe side. I handed him the paper from Dodge with their diagnostic. With me under the truck with him he laughed while looking at it. He said the pin is not seized, the rotor is not warped, there is no metal on metal and the pads he would estimate still had 70%. I am mad and disappointed because I have used this service for many years on 3 of my trucks. My wife also services her Cherokee here and my son had his Renegade serviced here too. I will not use the Gray service again because I would not trust them. In my opinion they tried to rob me and I was close to letting them do the work they deemed necessary. I am telling eveybody about my experience because you should not get away with taking advantage of peoples trust. read more

Worst experience!!! Stay away!! High turnover of people in showroom. Worst Customer service. Lies and hidden fees. Took 7 visits to complete a Lease buyout because of excuse: person that does it is not here, cant do on a weekend, cant do end of month, no one told me u had a appointment, never respond to emails. Took 3 hours to Finally complete paperwork, even after we secured a loan and had the buy out check and check for taxes..then there were $800 of extra fees. Bait and switch with horrible service. Key was lost for truck I wanted to test drive and salesperson knew nothing about the trucks we looked at. I was prepared to buy a truck same day and they mistook that as an easy sale on their terms. I would recommend avoiding this dealership. read more

STAY AWAY FROM Gray Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!!! A long story short. Our insurance company sent our 2014 Dodge Journey to get repaired at this dealership. Even though, the Dodge Journey had factory warranty on it that covered parts and labor, our insurance company was billed almost $5000 for parts and labor. We had to pay out of pocket to get the vehicle over $1000 in deductibles. Just a day or two later the same problem arose but this time instead of fire it was smoke and it engulfed the vehicle with my wife and children in it. Gray Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram refused to tow and repair the vehicle. Our insurance went up about double the original premium. At this point, we are being forced to have our attorney look over our legal situation if nothing is done in terms of refund. I will continue to make known the business practices of Gray Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership. read more

Gave me more for my 2016 Ford Explorer sport on a trade than Ray Price Ford was going to and I bought the vehicle from Ray Price Ford. 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie. I love the truck. Took almost $10,000 off of sticker as well. Got way more truck for the price than buying another Ford. Will always buy Dodge from now on. read more
