First night in town for vacation and my kid loves burgers. I was so excited to try a local place. We were seated immediately and had our drink order taken then 15 minutes went by with nothing. Another server saw us and asked if we had been helped. She was nice enough to take our orders. About 5 minutes later the original server came back to say she had a large party in the back and got busy with them and asked for what our drink order was again. Things happen and I would have fully overlooked if the food had been worth the wait but it wasn't. I ordered the Brussels sprouts with bacon jam which were so incredibly salty I couldn't eat them. They sounded amazing on the menu but it was all vinegar and salt and I couldn't taste anything else. The burger was okay but it had the bacon jam as well which was just more salt. Bacon jam to me has always had some sweetness mixed in but this sadly did not. The restaurant has a fun industrial look and right across from a parking lot so great access for downtown, but I left disappointed. This is a solid burger joint. I wouldn't say the burger and fries will knock your socks off, but still were delicious. I didn't try them, but the onion rings looked good and were popular among other patrons in the restaurant. There was a nice bar area as well with plenty of seating and 3 TVs. Driving home after a great vacation in Gatlinburg we were recommended Graze Burgers for lunch. My wife and I and another couple found a very nice pub like atmosphere with a great burger menu. We all had different burgers and added some Parmesan and truffle fries that were so wonderful. All our food was prepared exactly to how we ordered. Burgers were juicy and amazing. Our waitress was as friendly and our service was great. The menu is so much more than burgers so don't be mislead by the name. If we lived near this place it would be a weekly stop. Turkey burger was flavorless and I asked for mayo because it was also rather dry but what I got was miracle whip and if ykyk mayo people dont like miracle whip and vis versa. Probably the best burger I have ever eaten. I got the patty medium, pimento cheese, bacon jam, caramelized onions, pickles, and greens. The onion rings and fries were great too. We got the fried pickles as an appetizer. While they were good, I think I would rather get a side or two of the onion rings instead next time. Service and Server was great too. This place was really good and nestled in a quiet part of town away from all the hustle & bustle of the main roads. I had the nachos as an entree, I love nachos so I had to try them! They were very tasty, definitely meant to be shared with the table but it was only my husband and I so there were lots leftover. I wound up packing them up to go and ate them for supper later that night! My husband got the Tennessee burger and said it was delicious. I had a bite and really enjoyed it as well. This place isn't what the reviews suggested. I was disappointed with the food and service. The only extra star was for the drinks and cocktails they offer. I loved those. We ordered the appetizer ($6 in happy hour) the queso with chips. It was so dilute unlike any traditional queso. The queso was seasoned good though, so I would rate a 3/5. The entrees we ordered Big Fish Y'all (crispy chicken burger with tomatoes and greens) and The Hippie (Veggie Burger) along with fries on the side. The whole order including the burger and fries were all over burnt. It was disappointing to eat those. The service was also very delayed where you have to wait too long for your waiter to attend you every time. Never going back. read more

Delicious food! Tristan was a great server! We had the Hippie Burger and The Local Farmer but the star of the show was the corn chowder!! Hot with a corn and bean base that was so rich and creamy. French fries are delicious, onion rings have that light crispy breading. The Hippie was one of the most flavorful veggie burgers I've ever had. My fiance and I went after lunch and it was not busy. My fiance ordered a burger but it didn't have caramelized onions on it as said in the menu. Mine was a salmon burger...the waitress said it was a salmon patty....when I got it it was just a pile of salmon patty slop...not able to eat like a burger. I found one caper and there was no lemon something spread. The fries were hot but totally lifeless. 15 minutes after we ate, I got incredibly sick to my stomach and puked for an hour . Went here for dinner with my wife and 4 daughters as we all love a good cheeseburger and the reviews were good and we happened to be very close by. Menu is cool, ambience in the restaurant is nice enough, but the burger was mediocre at best. Wife and kids got basic cheeseburgers and I got the "southern Jam" add bacon. All the burgers were severely overcooked. We all ordered medium and every one was completely well done. One of my daughters got onion rings as her side... there was 2 on her plate. The server told her "sorry we ran out but we're gonna make some more and I'll bring you some when they're ready"... that never happened. One of my other girls asked for sauce on the side... it was not, it was on her burger. We asked for some more napkins as the only ones on the table were the cocktail napkins that came with out drinks... we were given 3 napkins... 3.... There was 6 of us eating. And finally and within 20 mins of leaving the restaurant 4 of us were RACING to the restroom because the food obviously didn't agree with us. We called the Local Goat to see if they had Grass-Fed Beef - BUT they didn't. About their other food items: Their Duck Fries, Regular Fries & Onion Rings are to-die-for! They offer Gluten-Free buns. We were a local group and had checked to make sure our group could be accommodated. Service was great. what was not great and this has happened more than once is how hot it was where we sat near the front. We were told the ac is not working. This reason was given the last time we were there. We were polite when we said how hot it was and could have been moved to a group of empty tables where there were ceiling fans, but drink server from bar said she was hot also. This is fixable if management just calls for service. Dinner order was the wedge salad. This should have been a wedge of lettuce or not described as such. The lettuce was from the core and yellow . Really the only reason it's not a 5 star is because the AC doesn't work, like regularly. It was so hot and I asked the hostess if the AC was broken and she said it's just slow, it's always like this. It was manageable for 1 1/2 hour, but our waiter was miserable and that's just not ok to the staff. All that aside the food was worthy of 5 stars. The cheese sauce on the nachos was creamy and spicy and the tortilla chips were thick, homemade?? so they didn't get soggy. The trailer park hotdog was a work of freaking art, big juicy hotdog and homemade pickles, it was hands down the best chili dog i have ever had. The hot rings were a rich spicy blue cheesey sauce heaven in my mouth!! My daughters $18 mad greek burger was worth every penny!! The bun artisan, olive tapenade and the right amount of tzatziki so delish but the lamb burger was so juicy and tasty, it made the thing just perfect! Drinks were ok, overpriced and too sweet, the staff was too hot to be perfectly attentive. But im already planning my return, I'll just wait til the hot weather is over. read more

The Local Farmer Burger is what I ordered and it exactly how I wanted it and was cooked perfectly. Classic Burger is what my finance ordered and she loved it.
